You don't get enough for your buck!!! Plus it's not any better than Suave!! Had to use the whole bottle on my hair right after I dyed it. had to wash & condition my hair 4 times to get all the dye out & I have extremely thick & long hair!!! Oh and even though I said I had thick & long and had highlights in my hair they didn't give me enough dye for my hair nor did it look like I even dyed my hair

This shampoo is good for retaining the original color that one dyes the hair with; however, it fails to suds up so I find myself adding more "squirts" of it until I feel enough suds are there to clean my hair.

You don't have to wait for your hair to fall eventually in a due course of time. I had noticed as soon you use the shampoo/conditioner... You see bunch of hair coming off your head. The first tiimes I used this shampoo, my hair was shiny and pretty afterwards. It does seem to protect color, but it leaves my hair dull, limp and not clean-feeling. I am not going to use it any longer.

When you're in a hurry, you don't need a poorly designed dispenser, it takes ages to get a good amount out. Nightmare in the shower trying to push down on the pump, I ended up unscrewing bottle and losing half the shampoo, really angry because the product isn't cheap!. Bottle looks great but sadly that's not enough, nor is the product so amazing you would tolerate the bottle for the contents

My hair seems to absorb the shampoo but it does not create much lather and it hard to rinse out. I do not like the way my hair feels afterwards unless I use the conditioner. May work better on other hair types.

So I use the packets with each dye kit that comes and love them, but for some reason the stuff in the bottle doesn't lather up well. It seems like I pump and pump and pump shampoo out and it just doesnt lather. I wash my hair twice trying to get a good lather. I do wash my hair every other day so I will try to see if every day works better, but I have never had this problem with ther shampoos. I do like the finished result I just would like to feel like I am lathering up the hair like it does with the packets.

This shampoo is difficult to use if you have long hair or your hair is at all thick. I regularly use 8 or 9 pumps to get enough to clean my hair, and the amount that comes out with each pump is what I'd use on a baby's head. I won't buy this again.

The only thing I wasn't aware of when I purchased it was that it didn't lather up well. I have had other sulfate free shampoos that are the same way so I get it but I like a lathering shampoo. I didn't really notice that it made a lot of difference with keeping the color any longer then other shampoos though.

I've never purchased their shampoo before so I thought I'd give it a try... Worst decision. I have to use 30 pumps of it just to get my whole head covered and lathered. Even after that it doesn't feel clean. I will never be ordering this product again. Very poor quality.

The pump will not open (had no trouble with the conditioner bottle!). I can not get this product to spread through my hair. I used to wash my hair every other day and now I have to go back to washing it everyday - one day I wash the top, the next I wash around my neck.

I have shoulder length hair, and it takes about 15 pumps to get an adequate amount of shampoo. Maybe that was just THIS pump, but I don't want to try it again. It doesn't clean very well and seems to build up. My hair did not feel clean with this product. The conditioner is great, though.

Takes too much product to get my thick hair clean. I'll have polished off the bottles in a week (too much $$).
Also could not get the pump to unlock on the shampoo. Now I'm just pouring it on my head. Wouldn't be surprised if the bottles are made in another country. The trick to a successful international supply chain is lots of oversight/quality control. I'm sure the weird arrows pointing at each other is an inside joke (twist cap in which direction to open?)
Anyways, there are other products I like. Bought a leave-in and heat styling spray.

I've been using this shampoo however I noticed that I had to apply twice just to get it to lather up. This means I've had to use quite alot.

Color stay good, shampoo not so much

I have shoulder length hair and it takes 6 or 7 pumps to get enough shampoo to make any lather. It looks great out of the bottle but when I wash my hair it turns into nothing.

This is just like the packaged shampoo. I'm not as happy with the shampoo as I am with the conditioner. I don't care for the way it feels. My hair feels very dry afterwards, you definitely will need the conditioner!

Awful shampoo.

When I buy the color kit, the shampoo is great. I thought this would be the same shampoo. It is not!! It is possibly the worst shampoo I have ever bought! This shampoo does not lather at all - not even before I put it in my hair. It does not even lather a tiny bit! I will never buy this shampoo again. I tried to give it no stars at all but it would not let me.

I tried this many times and while it did not make my hair color fade it did make my hair a greasy mess

I have to use ten pumps at least two times before my hair is clean. This bottle isn't very big either. It's smaller than the typical size shampoo. The samples that come with the hair dye aren't watered down which made me love it until I bought the real thing. Don't waste your money. This only happens with the shampoo.
