Finally got the colour I've always wanted from a salon but never had. Love that it matches with my own hair perfectly so looks more natural. Looks great añd had lots of compliments from people. Love the way the package was personalised too...10/10 from me. If I could rate more than 10 I would...very happy indeed!

This was the first time i colour my hair at home and not at the salon. I was very nervous and scared the colour would be too bright as i tend to get “hot roots” The colour is perfect!
I prefer it over my salon colour. Application was somewhat easy , I’m sure i will get quicker with practice.
The smell of the product was actually pleasant unlike the horrible smell from the salon. I will be using eSalon from now on. Thank you

I was super nervous to do this as I’ve always only went to a salon but to my surprise it turned out well! I did have some help with the back since it was my first time. It took longer than intended due to me going so slow and having longer hair. I think next time I will be able to be faster. I’m so glad I took a chance and did this. My hair is so shiny and soft now! If I can do this, anyone can!

My hair is grey and I have been trying to get a light reddish gold color. I've been working with my colorist over five orders and the roots were too bright compared to the shaft. I almost gave up but decided to try one more time. Am I glad I did! We had to have one color for the roots and another for the shaft and this time it was perfect! Hang in there and give your feedback if you're not happy. They listen and eventually you'll get what you want.

I like my color! The directions were very easy to follow and I think it turned out well. Although next time I will probably order both the custom color and the custom ends refresher because the one bottle was barely able to cover everything. If you have a lot of hair like me you’ll probably need two bottles.

The colour isn’t yet what I want but must say I love it! Carefully blended to obtain exactly what I requested for… get rid of the red and go towards a chocolate shade. Well balanced and easy to use, did not damage my hair or my scalp ( as any other hair dye would have done as my scalp is really sensitive). On top of everything it came personalised and the attention to details blew me away! I am incredibly happy I have discovered them. Their customer service and attention to detail is spot on! Totally recommend! ❤️

Color and grey coverage are great. Happy for the customization and ability to adjust my formula. Admittedly, my own technique needs improvement which will come with practice. Videos very helpful. Happy to have the customization for the bottom and ends which accommodated my previous color and means that I won't get an obvious growing out line over time as my esalon hair color supplants my previous drug store color.

ESalon and I worked together to tweak my original color to an even better color based on my request to have more red and blonde in my 8 level medium golden blonde. Although I would like even more blonde or highlights in my hair, in general am so very pleased with the outcome of this new formula. It is close to my hair color in my 20's and appears very natural. Ich bin bislang super zufrieden mit der Farbe und der Anwendung. Man kann wirklich nicht viel falsch machen. Ganz besonders bin ich von der Langlebigkeit der Haarfarbe begeistert. Gerade rote Töne waschen sich schnell aus, nach dem Friseur sah meine Farbe in den Längen nach ein paar Malen waschen schon viel blasser aus, mit eSalon habe ich das Problem nicht, was mich ziemlich überrascht hat. Ganz grosses weiteres Plus sind der tolle Glanz nach der Anwendung und, dass ich keine brüchigen Spritzen bekomme wie sonst nach dem Färben beim Friseur. Klare Empfehlung :)

I am a natural redhead,but as I get older, my hair fades.I have tried all major brands...sometimes with awful results. Too red too blonde too brown too orange !!!!

I love how natural my tone is after a colour. I have used the cheaper brands and just looks fake. Whereas this leaves my hair looking healthy and doesn’t look dry.

I always go to the Salon for color and any time I tried something from a box, it resulted in a trip to the Salon to correct it. I was hesitant to try this but I needed to touch up my roots/cover Grey and couldn’t get an appointment. Figured it was worth the risk, as it’s Demi permanent and washes out after 20ish shampoos. Directions were great, loved my results, and looked great for my event.

Kit was easy to use and instructions were clear and detailed. I am very happy with how the color turned out and have gotten many compliments. My biggest concern was covering my outgrowth and not ending up with "hot roots". The kit included both the color for the outgrowth and a separate color for the rest of my hair. It turned out great!

I got exactly the color I wanted, Mindy P.! Thank you so much! I've added the Camo Mist to this order because there is some gray around my face that was peeking out. I don't feel I need to change the schedule for the full set, as the rest of my hair is fine. If I can't tame the strays with the Camo Mist, I may have to change the schedule next time, but I'm great for now!

L’Oréal quit making my favorite hair and I hated the color I was using. Years ago I looked at eSalon did not make a color light enough for me. I decided to try again. Just want to say how happy i am with my custom colour! Spent years trying to find the perfect shade of ginger without being florescent copper or plain red. I am so pleased with the outcome but also the kit that comes is amazing! Even has a stain preventer aswell as a stain remover to avoid those awful dye patches on skin. Esalon is now my go to!

I messaged my colorist a few times before getting the color just right, and it has been so easy to touch up my greys. I cant even imagine how much money it has saved me. I can honestly say I was spending almost $1000 a year at one point to get my hair done. I have really been enjoying my "natural" hair these days and the color lasts quite a while. I dont need to reapply until it grows out. 10/10 for sure. Also I want to add that it is so easy to make changes to your color or shipment dates. I really appreciate that in this company and it makes me remain a loyal customer!

I love this color ! It is very natural . I use ammonia free because I have bad skin allergies. I’ve used it several times now and my only complaint is it doesn’t give enough grey coverage . I still have a lot of visible grey around my crown upon completing the dye kit. I will definitely try this color in the permanent option!

After paying my professional hair stylist to match my greying roots to my natural hair a fortune only to have her misplace my personal color "recipe" and then turn my beautiful golden copper hair to kool-aid colored roots I was extremely nervous trying e salon. I actually cried while blow drying my hair because my roots actually match my natural color. I'm a massive fan!

I ordered the custom root touch up kit a while ago and kind of put off trying it because I thought with all the items the kit included, that it would take time to learn. I am so impressed. Not only was it easy to understand, but I usually have to use 2 boxes of the Clairol or other root touch up boxed brands ( I have alot of hair and my gray roots come back fast ), but eSalon included more than enough to cover all over! The brush was wide and worked great. I loved the great quality of the gloves and was happy to have 2 pairs so I could use a clean one for the shower rinse. The protective cream you put around your face to protect your skin from rogue color worked amazingly (will remember to put it on my ears next time too). The color turned out so perfect, was exactly what I wanted and covered my grays. I will never go back to the other brands again (they seem too cheap in quality now). It may seem like a bit of a higher price, but it comes out about the same since I was using 2 boxes of the other brands and this kit contains so much more and such a higher quality. Highly recommend it. Am so impressed with the root color kit that I might just have the confidence to try the balayage highlighting kit so I can go even longer between salon visits.
