Damaged my hairWhen my first box arrived it was missing items and, most importantly, instructions. I followed a friend’s esalon instructions, which didn’t mention that you shouldn’t overlap with previously colored hair. I had a chunk of hair professionally bleached over a year ago, Feb 2024, and my hair was still very healthy, no breaking. However, since using the box and applying to the bleached section of hair, it’s become dry and brittle. I didn’t know there were instructions online as they are near impossible to find. confused with optionsGreetings I was befuddled to receive 2 different colors in the box (remember I am a layman not a salon worker) The first was for the roots which matched my natural color-which i havn't been since I was in high school, Im 51; then, there was a more coppery tone to wash thru the length of hair. In the esalon defense a color chart was supplied to recognize the difference but why would I use two different colors? Anyway I used the 1st color, my more natural root color and brought that thru my hair which is a lovely tone however not the color I was hoping for. Color didn't lastI really loved the initial color- but now that it has been a couple weeks the color has completely faded and my hair is left lighter and brassier than before. Didn’t change colour as requested at allFollowed instructions to the letter, my hair looked the same as before although it did cover my roots/greys, my old highlights were literally still there - gave up and caved in to a shop bought box dye, very disappointed as this was the second time after being unhappy with first colour outcome. Noch nicht so wie vorgestelltZuerst hatte ich mich nicht herangetraut da ich befürchtet hatte, es wäre zu dunkel oder zu rot. Dann war es eher das Gegenteil - einen Rotton erkenne ich gar nicht und das Braun hatte ich mir dunkler vorgestellt. Die Grauabdeckung ist ok, gerade am Haaransatz zum Gesicht würde ich mir da noch etwas mehr wünschen. Die Anwendung fand ich eher schwierig, die Haare fühlten sich auch nach der Maske stark verklebt und schwer zu kämmen an und die Dusche brauchte nach dem Ausspülen eine Grundreinigung da die Farbe stark an den Fließen haften blieb. Was die Haltbarkeit angeht: dazu kann ich noch nicht viel sagen da das Färben erst 6 Tage her ist. Alles in allem bin ich noch nicht zu 100% überzeugt ob ich weiter machen möchte, ich würde aber einen zweiten Versuch angehen wollen. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

AwfulI finally got round to using this, I need someone to help me so had to wait until someone was available. It has only covered some of the greys, the ones at my parting are still very much grey. It has not changed the colour on my lengths at all. I ordered a chocolate brown, but my hair has the same reddish brown it had before. My hair feels like straw. Made my hair so dryColour was to light, tried to go back and change my options but it wouldn’t let me. Biggest issue was how dry it made my hair, never had anything like it. Felt like straw while washing out, didn’t like that I could only have the option of purchasing when I wanted, instead was only given the option of continuous purchasing. DOES NOT COVER GRAYSI would NOT RECOMMEND if you have any gray hair at all, I specifically told them I have hard to cover grays when ordering. I colored for the first time yesterday and I’ve gotten better results from a drug store box coloring kit. Sent an email and all they said was sorry we will adjust for next order. Color was great againThe first time there were two bottles of color one for the roots one for the ends. My hair is thick and medium length i had plenty. The second month was only one bottle of color. I have a pretty decent chunk that didn’t get colored properly because i didn’t have enough so that was kind of disappointing. Zu rot geworden.Die Anwendung war einfach, und die Haare fühlen sich nach der Anwendung sehr gepflegt und gesund an. Auch die Farbe ist schön gleichmäßig geworden und wirkt natürlich. Allerdings entspricht der Farbton leider nicht meiner Vorstellung und dem Bild, das ich mitgeschickt hatte. Ich hatte mir einen natürlichen, leuchtenden Kupferton mit orangenen Reflexen gewünscht – ohne Rotstich. Das Ergebnis ist mir zu rot und geht eher in eine Richtung, die mir farblich einfach nicht steht. I think the color is great the first week and by the third week I have a whole new different color which is much lighter than the original and brassy. Hair like strawI requested an ash blond color for my thick, shoulder length hair. Unfortunately, the end result was dry, dull hair with way too much gold. The shampoo provided dried my hair terribly and the tiny amount of conditioner that was in the kit didn't even cover one eight of my hair. My hair feels and looks like dried out straw. Instead of providing silly extras like stain-remover and extra gloves, why doesn't esalon simply provide a sufficient amount of conditioner like L'Oreal does? This is not a light brownSomewhere in between chestnut and a darker brown. Definitely not light. My hair was blonde before this dye. It is now incredibly dark with red-orange tones thanks to esalon’s “recommendations.” This has ruined any chance I had of getting a light brown. Super disappointed. Didn’t send what I ordered!I’m a redhead or at least I was until I went gray. I ordered a color that I thought would give me back my red hair. eSalon decided, sight unseen, that I needed a color that was different from the one I ordered. I used that color today and I hate it! It really didn’t cover the gray. It’s not really red and my roots are pink. Did I say I hate it bc I really really hate it! Now I don’t know what to do. Find a boxdye colourI paid for a custom shade that, once done and dyed, was much darker than what I'd selected, looked like a popular brand I could've bought for less than half the cost but didn't because I wanted a lighter, coppery gold shade, not a dark tangerine ginger, But even on trying to own it and be happy with the wrong shade for a while, it started fading on the second wash and looked terrible anyway. Run if you are Blond! My hair is orange again!So I was really hoping last time was a fluke but now I received my second order and I followed the instructions to a t and I am really orange this time. Did not like colourI wanted auburn ginger hair, but i ended up with quite a vibrant red. Also, I have very long hair, and there was not enough dye to cover my whole head so I had a large portion of hair undyed. My fear is I will need to keep purchasing and adjusting my colour to get to the actual colour I want, which can be very time consuming and costly in the long run. I wonder if going to an actual salon may actually be the best option when colouring or changing the colour of your hair. I stated that I didn't want it because it was the wrong color only for them to come back with the same answer. I asked to talk to a supervisor and they said someone would be calling me soon. Color fades fast over graysI gave this a fare try with 4 uses, and found that it fades faster than the store box color I use. It's not worth the money to me. Also, I cancel my subscription over the phone with CS the day I received the next months box and got a refund. Then I end up getting another box this last month that I didnt want! Turns out they didn't cancel my subscription like I requested! So, I went online into my account and cancel it this time myself! I haven’t received the product yet and was purchased since January 10.Very disappointed after purchasing a colour for the first time and haven’t get the order yet when I looked at the account and said that I was in flex plan meaning that they will get money from my card no permission I did for this. Color is way offI tried this for the first time… sent pictures of where my hair is and what i (wanted to get close to (extensions that i wanted to wear) I even spoke to a colorist on the phone to be sure we were on the same page and answer any questions. Initially perfect colourI’ve slightly added more red to my copper which I love however when washed off the colour was a slightly different colour to my roots. Today I have washed it for the first time an my roots are now noticeably orange in comparison the the red hair. Cobertura de canasEsta ocasión, el tinte no cumplió mis expectativas. Al aplicarlo como se indica en las instrucciones, lo dejé posar el tempo indicado y no cubrió las canas por completo.
