I love the color and the fact that it lasts so much longer then most others I have tried. I also now have my beautician trying it and so I will keep ordering mine and she will put it in for me . I had trouble getting all my roots would miss places and plus I wanted her to highlight it some . She really likes the color.

At first I was a little apprehensive because my colorists said I could not go lighter than my natural color, which is medium brown. For the summer I like my hair a little lighter (light brown/dark blonde mix). But I went ahead with the color anyway, mostly my roots as suggested, and I absolutely loved it! I have had so many compliments on the color. My hair was so soft and shiny too!! I am going to order the shampoo and conditioner with my next order. Thank you e-salon!!

Wow! Such an awesome product and service. Could this be any easier? I placed my order, had quick communication about some questions the colorist had, and before I knew it, my coloring kit was delivered. The instructions were very complete, and easy to follow. I couldn't be happier with the results. The color was exactly what I was hoping to accomplish. It covered the greys flawlessly. I admit I was worried about having dried out damaged hair, as I have had in the past after coloring at home. Not the case at all this time. I did purchase the recommended shampoo and conditioner. They are great. All in all, this service is wonderful! Thank you!

I usually never dye my hair darker at home, because the color always ends up looking different on my roots vs. my ends. eSalon totally fixes this problem by providing you with two separate colors for roots and ends, and the result was surprisingly flawless! This isn't a flat hair color: my hair is gorgeous. I have been a member for years. I started out more strawberry, but after several orders, I toned it down with a colorist. Fantastic feedback and they understood what I was saying. Over the years, the high quality has remained. I love the convenience of mail delivery.

I really like the color and their customer service. It actually looks better and less damaged than my hair salon. I think for my hair, it needs more than 30 minutes to dye my hair though. I love the color!!!

I've been using esalon for a few months now. I love it. I was a little concerned about gray coverage at first, but my directions were changed to address this and my gray coverage lasts a little longer now. I love the color. I started doing this because I couldn't afford to color my hair in the salon, but now I'm not sure I'd want to. I'm that happy with my experience.

To be honest, I was quite dubious and a bit worried about the result, especially as they suggested a different colour to the one I originally chose. It took me a few weeks to pluck up the courage to actually apply it but I'm glad I did. I was very pleased with the results and will stick with the colour they suggested...for now anyway. I would definitely recommend eSalon.

I was hesitant to try this new way of buying hair dye but after reading tons of reviews and watching several you tube videos I was feeling more confident with giving it a try. I am SO glad I did. I have been complemented on my hair almost everyday that I am out and about. They always ask "is that your natural color?" I want to say yes because it is the closest match I've ever gotten to my natural hair color, being a redhead it can be challenging finding the right shade especially if you are trying to keep it natural looking. My hair is soft and shiny...I had a little bit of fall out after I dyed it but nothing compared to the drugstore brands. I dyed my hair 4 weeks ago and the color is still vibrant. I did order the shampoo and conditioner as well as the color enhancing treatment which I've used twice a week to give my color that boost..I just can't say enough good things about this product!

I like that I don't have to make an appointment to get the color done is a plus. I like being able to do my own color when I have time. I have had a cosmetologist license for over 20 years and this is one of the best color options out there.

Your company changed my mind about doing my own color. The color is beautiful and last a good 6to8 weeks between touch ups. Best color also. Product is hands down right up there with any salon color treatment.

I love this hair dye and I'll tell you why, one day I used another brand while waiting for my order ,BAD mistake no kidding that other brand dye dried my hair so bad I had to condition my hair for a while never again will I use another brand it does make a difference. eSalon is the best dye I have ever used and I'm in my 60s ..Aloha.....

From the time you open box everything is detailed so no mistakes, and everything you need is there. My hair color was perfect and soft and shining. Normally with other dyes my hair is dry until deep condition for a week. I recommend to everyone.

At 35, I have pervasive gray hair that is very wirey. I'm not ready to be all gray yet but can't afford salon color every five weeks. I stopped coloring my hair because it was ruined. I couldn't keep my gray covered, I could rarely find the same color more than twice so I was always scrambling to figure out what color to use next. The products I receive from E salon is dependable, consistent, and really covers the gray. So after 3 years of being gray and feeling old, my hair is a lovely soft brown with red highlights. I have received so many compliments and i am very happy with my new look!

Easy to apply, easy to reorder. The color is perfect. My hair is not at all damaged. I like the non-permanent color because I can't deal with roots. I can't color my hair all the time--with the non-permanent, it slowly washes out, leaving my hair looking always natural, even if I wait too long between colorings.

I have two small children (ages 1 and 2), and zero time to spend hours in a salon. Plus it only cost a third of what a cheap salon would charge me (ie, more money for diapers). Also, it does not leave my hair feeling dried out like the store bought kits. I love that they ship it to me with everything I need, and I can lock myself in my bathroom after the kids go to sleep and have some nice me time.

This color is the best I have ever tried. Exactly the color I wanted. Box kits would be too dark, light, pink/red. My hair also feels like it is in better condition, slightly thicker. I would recommend to anyone who is currently frustrated with their store bought color results, but can't afford professional.

I've used this product twice to color my hair at home. It's very easy, the instructions are simple with a large font (doesn't gray hair and needing readers go hand and hand?). My hair looks and feels like I had it colored at a spa; rich, even color. It also lasts a lot longer, so much so that I don't need to color as often.

I've always had trouble doing my roots since I have so much grey hair (starting getting greys at age 20) and my now colored hair is auburn. I sent a picture so that the colorist could see how grey the roots were and match my existing color. Well, I was BLOWN AWAY with the results.
