Been coloring my hair for years, both at the salon and at home. Seemed that the color never lasted and began to wash out within a few weeks, exposing my gray.

I luv the way this leaves my hair; so soft & so beautiful; the colors are so gentle, not harsh-looking that It's hard to tell I've colored at home since it doesn't damage the hair like other OTC home hair color products previously used. I recommend this to all my friends!

I am very pleased With the companies professional approach to haircolor. I have been happy with the results although I do find it doesn't always cover all the gray roots.

I am quite pleased with how my hair feels and looks after using the color. Does not feel like colored treated hair. Product is very gentle on my hair and has a very pleasant smell. The color does need to be readjusted, too much gold/red tones. Overall I am very happy with the product.

I was skeptical at first, have used home hair coloring for over 10 years and this by far is the best color that looks totally natural, I am a believer and will continue to use. The first time was a welcome surprise at how natural looking the color was, the second time was a wonderful experience - beautiful natural looking color yet AGAIN! Love it 4ever!

I absolutely love this color. It's perfect! Thank you for making an adjustment that you thought would look better. My husband saw me and said "so tell me again why you go to a salon and spend $200 to color your hair". He NEVER says anything so it must look good to him as well. I'm happy.

I tried this because of the introductory deal but this color works so well, it is worth every penny it costs! It is quality color and your not paying $100+ at a salon. I love the Esalon products. I never get time to go to a salon and love the tailormade colour which was spot on first time. My hair looks really shiny and healthy too. I buy the shampoo and conditioner to prolonge the healthy look as long as possible. The instructions, two pairs of gloves and nicely laid out box set make it feel like a real treat. I think it's great.

I've used esalon now for three colorings. I've adjusted each time, but only because I wanted a change. The product is great. I love the custom instructions any time you make a change and the colorists do a fantastic job at formulating the color.

I used for Root touchup to cover gray. Be sure to inform them if your gray is hard to cover. Works better than my old brand, covers well does not rub off. Does not have a bad scent. Great products

I have been going to the salon to cover new growth every 3 weeks for over 3 years until I found eSalon. Their perfect color match is better than what I was paying hundreds for. Their color stays on longer than what I have been paying hundreds for. Since I have watched the application process so many times and most have you can do this and you will love the end results not to mention the hundreds of dollars you will save. I can not speak for highlights low lights etc but I can speak on grey coverage for new growth and you will not regret switching. I Love eSalon 1000 percent!!!

Instructions were easy to follow, all of the tools were provided, what more could you ask for. It's difficult to find color that works on stubborn grays but this comes pretty close. I still had one section where grays appeared after the first wash, with the shampoo provided, but overall I would recommend this product.

The colorist Danielle ended up picking my color becuase I was initially confused as to what color I wanted or thought I needed. She communicated with me and ended up picking a color that really blended with my current hair color and highlights. I initially thought the color would make my roots too brown or too dark because I have highlights in my hair but it blended perfectly and covered my gray! There is even some golden color in the root area as well which surprised me and that's why I really think it blended perfectly.

Ok....tried it because it kept coming up on my social media...I had be drugstore root covering for years....it wasn't covering good and skipping places....so I tried it ....IT IS FABULOUS. ..the coverage is great! And the application was easy..... THE COLOR MATCH IS FANTASTIC!!!!

Love this hair color for so many reasons! It is a perfect mix every time......never fails! Finishes with a high gloss and beautiful texture. Not a chance I will ever switch. And the beauty is that if you want to kick the color a bit one way or the other, it's no problem. I highly recommend this way to color hair at home!

This was my first time using eSalon. I have gone to the salon for years, but due to scheduling issues, decided to give this a try. The initial color I chose was changed by my color specialist to better match my current color. I was very unsure about the change and even called to verify it was correct. I was skeptical trying out eSalon, but the offer was too good to pass up. Surprisingly, I received my specialized box in a couple days from the order date. The contents of the box held everything I ordered. The specialized instruction note was very simple to read and follow. I usually use a brush to apply, but decided to try the bottle method for less mess using the quality gloves enclosed. It was so easy that way. I was able to complete the application in the time it recommended and set the timer as per instructions. I 'm happy to report, the dye smelled pleasant and not overwhelming or chemical-like. The shampoo and conditioner smelled amazing also. The whole process went smooth for me. The color was a perfect match and colored all my grey, which has been a problem for me when using my store dyes of choice. Thank you for this service! I'm extremely happy with the results.

I really liked the consistency of this product. It mixed up fast and easy. The color was a little darker than I thought it would be. Covered my gray very easily, better than store bought hair color. I was pleased with the easy application and the amount given. Most store bought hair color's don't cover all my hair but eSalon's did a great job covering it all and then some. I am very pleased with the program and product. My only concern was the continued auto send option. When I found out I could purchase it as I need it I was thriled. Most products set-up like this you can not purchase when you want to they send your product every 4-6 weeks anyway. I will continue to purchase from eSalon.

I really like that there are two custom made shades, one for my roots and the other for my ends. This is extra helpful because I have long hair. The color was a great match, no brassiness, and after week 3 the grays are remain covered. My hair was damaged from lifting and now feels healthier. Very impressive!

I had to wait to review because, just like when I use to go to the salon, I have to live with my color with a while to decide whether I like it or not. It's official, I really think this is the best coloring experience I've had! This was my second color adjustment and the color is now perfect. I love it and appreciate being able to make these adjustments. I was also easily able to change my delivery date so that I received the new color before we left on our road trip. I will definitely be continuing with eSalon!

I was a bit apprehensive to get a hair color online; how could I make sure that the color was really right for me? But I decided to try eSalon out, and boy, I'm so glad I did. After filling out what I wanted in my color, I got a message saying that color would be to dark for me, so my colorist, Courtney F., changed it to a lighter shade. When I got my color in the mail, I was so excited; I wanted to do my hair right then and there! When I finally colored my hair, I was so pleased! My hair looked like I went to a professional salon- the only indicator that I didn't was the dye I got on my neck (oops). Not only is this a high-end product, the customer service is amazing! I would highly recommend this to anyone!!

I have not coloured my hair for several months and allowed it to go completely gray. Then I ordered my custom colour and had my hair cut while I waited for it to arrive. When the colour arrived I was hesitant because I had not coloured my hair in a long time. But it was so easy! I had forgotten how easy. The products are easy to use and instructions are so clear. The results were perfect! All the gray was covered perfectly! Not a trace of gray! I could not be happier. All my friends were stunned at the change and I asked myself WHY did I ever let my hair go gray? Never it again!! Your colour product is fantastic and the shampoo and conditioner that comes in the package leaves my hair soft, silky and shiny. But the best part it all comes at a fraction of the cost of a salon colour process (I know because I was paying over $200 to have my hair coloured professionally).
