I absolutely loved my new color and highlights, thanks for allowing me the ability to create and schedule my hair products from the comfort of my home. The color is always beautiful during the transitions from dark brown to a softer golden brown. The highlights have added a soft but rich sunkissed look to my curls. I've been very happy with the ingredients in the hair color kit. My hair never feels or looks chemically treated. Even at the 6 week mark, my hair still feels healthy. My last order when I had the option for a lightening kit, I decided to take the plunge. I was a little intimidated to use it. I worried I was going to make a mess. I watched the videos several times and then went for it. I love it! I have had so many compliments on my hair. It was super easy to do. It came out great. I'm at the 2 week mark and my highlights haven't dried out, gone brassy etc. I love having this option available to me in a product that isn't destroying my hair.

This is my first time with real in. Received a cute box with my name on it containing everything you need. Read the instructions which have a little sticker that I stuck to the mirror. My hair came out fabulously 😁 natural tones came through even my husband said it's better than previous colours. Just sent a message for a slight tweak on the colour so looking forward to my second attempt. Very happy with service, colour pack and colour outcome. Thank you xx

I love the color of my hair now and it is shiny and bouncy. My Strawberry Blonde has just a hint of rich red without the orange tint. The color has lasted longer than other brands and the grey was fully covered. Having the product delivered to the door means not having to search in the store for the correct color when you need it.

This is the first time I've tried the color from eSalon...I was hesitant at first because the liquid color was SO red, but when my hair dried, it was still dark like I like it, with the hint of the red in it, and the overall color is amazing! I'm really happy with this color & the results! It's subtle, and closely matches my natural color but adds some light & covers my gray! Exactly what I hoped for! I've been told by stylists that while my hair itself is thin & fine, I have a lot of hair. So I worried there wouldn't be enough coverage but it was great! The process was very good, all the videos were super helpful, the tools you get in the package are perfect! Thank you eSalon!

I explained the color I wanted to them. The first one was very close. Then I sent another message before second order was sent to me. They nailed it. It was perfect and I love my color! It covers grey well. The color lasts and looks beautiful.

Great instructions came with the kit. Easy to mix and apply, and who knew about that last step when rinsing it out?!?!
This color last a full 4 weeks and it took a beating. Lots of sun, sweat and chlorine. I did appreciate that it didn't "sweat" when I was running the next morning.

Sarah made my color formula and it is exactly what I was hoping for. Very subtle change to my hair and adding a little Cooper/Auburn tone to it. I must say, at first I was skeptical of trying Esalon but the price I was paying monthly in a salon was $55.00 just for the root area to be touched up. I tried the product and fell in love. I thought the shine I always had in my hair was gone forever. I tried this and have been happily ever after. If the color doesn't come out the way I would like it I just email Esalon and they re-adjust my color.
Thanks E-salon for being so patient with me, and delivering such a high-quality product to my doorstep.

Wow! This company is such a dream and I am SO happy with my results! Hello, I've seen ads for eSalon and honestly thought how could an online service be of salon quality well I was wrong! I've used drugstore hair dye before and it would not last. Sometimes after a couple weeks the color was gone. But I tried eSalon, answered the questions and shortly received my personalized set. I was so excited I followed the easy step by step directions and I was not disappointed. I'm on auto ship and looking forward to the next shipment. My color looks professional and it lasted longer then the drugstore boxes. I'm very happy with the finish look and the shine was great.

COLOR IS GREAT, IT ALSO CONDITIONS YOUR HAIR DOESN'T DAMAGE IT. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THAT I FEEL THE COLOR FADES AWAY PRETTY QUICK. BUT YES I WOULD MOST CERTAINLY RECOMMED IT, AND MY COLORIST IS GREAT AT MIXING COLORS.

I love this website they are very professional and helpful when you ask questions even call you. It's nice to know that you're getting the right color every time. The hair color doesn't irritate my scalp like the store box dyes. I've had the color tweaked a few times and still perfect. My hair come out feeling really great after I color it.

Asked for the colour to be altered and it was just as I hoped it would look. The colour really suits my skin and eyes and I'm very pleased with the outcome. It had been looking a bit brassy with the previous colour and the new one was adjusted perfectly. Followed the instructions to the letter by doing my roots first as I want to go lighter. Very very pleased with the outcome.

I am so incredibly impressed with this product!! It came sooner than I expected, was put together so neatly and the poem on the inside of the box was so cute! The color was easy to put on and the step by step instructions make it near impossible to have a bad outcome. The results are beautiful! My hair didn’t smell like the normal ammonia smell after you color, it smelled freshly shampooed and so soft!! I will only be using esalon from now on.

I received my first order which came in a lovely kit with clear instructions and everything I needed.
The colour is lovely and coverage is excellent so I am really pleased. I used the brush method for application not the bottle, which was more time consuming but gave great results.
I'll definitely be ordering again.

i really enjoyed the set, as it makes life easier during the application, while the color lasted longer than anything I had previously tried. the color is exaclty what I wanted and became nicely lighter during summer vacations. I would definately recommend it!

Easy to use. Took me a little longer
then the 40 min to apply. So my hair seemed a little dry afterwods. But I will put a mask on in a few days it and hopefully that will take care of it. But so far so good.

They come ready to mix and use with everything I need. eSalon has thought of everything so you aren’t running around looking for something you forgot, as can happen with other kits. The first time I used this product it made my hair really dry and brittle; which made the color dull. I spoke to my color specialist and he made some adjustments. The adjustments were duly noted. My hair was evenly colored to my specifications and no more dry brittle hair. I really appreciate this company and the support the goes into personalized customer care!

This was my 2nd order. I loved the product the first time I used it and the colour was great, although I wanted it slightly more red and slightly less dark. I have naturally very dark hair with quite a bit of grey, and my aim was to avoid block colour by toning the greys. Freddie, my colourist, got it exactly right and I couldn't be happier with this colour. It has a lovely red glint in the light, and the black is now dark brown, which softens my skintone as I am in my 50s. Thank you so much esalon!

I bought this product because I was so tired of buying drug store brands. I was a little skeptical but because of the price is what motivated me to get it. With the drug store brands thier mixes weren’t strong enough and those colors work on like really blonde hair, if at that. I tried one of loreals, nice and easy u name it and for some reason iwhatever i tried it wasn’t holding on to the color so when I brought this I followed the instructions as is and when I saw the results I was so happy it looks natural and it feels good. I already got compliments on it. I am going to get the auto ship I love it.
