I started using eSalon when I was trying to go back to blonde from a few years of dyeing it dark red. I've never gone back. My colorist helped me neutralize it from a horrible brassy orange color to a soft, natural reddish blonde. I get comments on how shiny & silky my hair is. It feels better & looks healthier than any time I have had it professionally colored in the salon. They tend to overprocess my hair & cause breakage & damage. Not so with ESalon! You are in control of your own destiny. Great product, great service.

Absolutely love my colour, was a little concerned when I put second dye on my mids and ends, as it started life purple and then went orange! When the colour I asked for was brown with copper tones. However it turned out just as I asked for and I absolutely love it!

I was a excited when my kit arrived, but a bit nervous about how the colour would turn out compared to my normal shop bought dye. However I needn't have worried. Instructions were easy to follow and I watched the online How to video's first. It was easy to apply and although took more time to do than my normal dye, it was well worth it. Colour is gorgeous and I couldn't be happier.

Just finished my first ever eSalon color and I absolutely love it ❤️ Thank you Bradley you were spot on for this color! I was a little nervous to start so honestly I’ve had the box for a few weeks and finally got the courage along with help from my daughter to get this beautiful color on! I have longer hair so I needed the help to reach the back. She was nervous as well so I told her not to worry I’m the one that has to wear it! But it turned out beautifully I will hold my head high with these colors 😃 Thank you eSalon!

I absolutely love this product! It allows natural highlights and also rich beautiful color. My hairstylist which only cuts my hair said that next time they could do my highlights! This product is better than getting highlights and low lights which I used to spend a fortune on and this comes out better using my custom eSalon! Covers my gray beautifully. When my first color was a little too dark, I asked my color stylist to lighten it just a tad. The second round was perfect! I have gotten so many compliments on my color, I love it!!

I love my color. It was easy to apply and my hair feels soft and healthy.
I don’t really have a lot of grey hair yet and I don’t need to color often. But a nice touch up is nice every 3 months.

I do not write reviews ever, but I have never been so happy with hair. Whenever I go to the salon, I am always walking out thinking, "it will fade," or "oh well, maybe next time." I did my first color almost 6 weeks ago, she made the formula exactly what I wanted, I wish she was here in Rocklin California, I'd give her a hug annndddd have her do my hair, of course!!! E Salon is 20 steps in the right direction! No box color easy to use and they even check on you...... what hairstylist does this? Without buggin🙃

I kept seeing ads for this and being skeptical ,but man!, i ordered my hair dye 2 days ago and it came today! The packaging was neat and the instructions were helpful. I guess since my husband's name is on the card I used it automatically auto filled his name in because the bottles said Matthew's color lol! But i think i have that fixed now. My hair is soft and the color is absolutely beautiful! I also bought some of the red color tint shampoo stuff and it is so cool! Im excited to use that as well

Like the color it last longer then other color I have used, especially my gray hair with other one have to color my hair before 3 weeks with custom color it being 5 weeks and my color still the same and soft and shine I do recommend them. Happy I found esalon and the good part they are there for you to answer any question and advise thank you esalon

E salon is SO SO SO MUCH BETTER, than anything else in the market. The color is true and holds so very well, unlike dyes that you purchase from a store. I love it and will never buy another Walmart dye again!

I did like this color. I was not used to the amount of time and preparation that went into a custom color set. It was my first time and seemed to take a while. But, the color was nice and even. I just think I will try a shade lighter next time.

I love the color...it looked great for a week but now the color has dulled and my highlights are showing from before. That's not exactly a bad thing... I was very pleased with the shampoo and conditioner and well be purchasing some this month.

I was afraid that my color was going to be too intense of an copper but it's perfect! I'm waiting to see what the sunlight does to it & if I want to adjust the color at all. My roots blended nicely with the bottom of my hair and I feel like some natural blonde highlights will peek out once I wash it a few times.

This is the second time coloring my hair with eSalon. I was very apprehensive the first time, but my stylist was kind enough to email and call me to talk me through the process. ESalon has excellent customer service and my most recent stylist was able to tweak my color just a bit to make my grays blend better with my natural hair color. I'm very pleased and will continue to use eSalon!

After two previous attempts to get the exact shade I wanted, in this third time it came out perfect. The hair's texture is soft and it doesn't feel damaged by the chemicals. The colors are shiny and beautiful.

I have never had any luck using boxed color that I purchased from the store, it never colored my grays. This product directions were SUPER easy to follow and the color is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I can't even find a gray hair! I am more than happy with the whole process and excited for my next treatment!

My hubby and I are thrilled with my new color! My roots are still a little dark..maybe leave on a little longer next time? But over all, we are well pleased with the ease of use and spot on color results! To be honest, I was skeptical of an online hair coloring purchase. But we are absolutely thrilled! Great color and product. Color never ran and that's a positive, considering what I've tried in the past! Color is still nice and vibrant after a month and no signs of gray hair coming back , that was always an issue I had with previous products. Thanx

The custom kit arrived quickly and was a well thought out kit including thorough instructions, 2 pairs of quality gloves, shampoo, conditioner, and the color. It covered my grays thoroughly unlike the boxes I've used for years. I'm still getting compliments on my beautiful color weeks later. No turning back! I love it!

I was very specific in the color I wanted and I have gray hair that is in one specific spot while the rest of my hair is dark brown. They sent me two formulas for one color treatment, one for my roots and one for the rest of my hair. The color is beautiful and the application process was easy thanks to the very specific instructions provided. I love it!

This is the best hair coloring I have ever used. The depth and fading resistance is better also. Hair feels good and no damage from coloring. I recommend this to everyone that buys from their local stores. There is no comparison to this product. And you can get just the right color that you prefer. And additional products too!

We are still fine toning the color, so I gave a 4 star vs 5 due to the convenience of discussing color in person with a stylist. It's easy enough to apply; just like over the counter products. The color wears well. In fact, if it weren't for the grey roots I could probably color every 3 months rather than 5 weeks. And the cost is nice on the pocket book!
