This was exactly the color I was looking for and it was so easy to apply by myself. Super even and I didn't miss a spot. It usually takes 4 of the drugstore bottle dye to cover all my hair, but just 2 of these bottles was surprisingly plenty. Very happy.

E salon sent me a complimentary first order of 2 colours one for my roots and one for my very built up coloured dark ends. I now have a shiny crown of gorgeous shiny one coloured hair!!

Got rid of my greys but even better gave me glimmers of golds,reds and brown! How could this be possible! How I say! But I’m not going to question perfection! So I shall continue to order every 4 to 6 weeks and recommend esalon to everyone who says your hair looks great! On a side note I left the root color in for 25 minutes not the 15 recommended and 15 minutes for the ends not the 10 recommended and did the whole lather thing in shower because that’s exactly how my girl does it in her salon. So save some money and look amazing and you can thank me later! God Speed.

Love the color... Didn't feel as harsh on my hair as drugstore brands. Colored my grays but within a week they were already starting to show. Hoping they are able to tweak it a little for longer gray coverage.

All in all experience was great~ from packaging, delivery, and the product. I have a very sensitive scalp but I didn't notice any residual itchiness on my scalp which what I normally experienced when I do it at the salon. As far as the color, I'm not satisfied with the first color of my choice so I'm reordering a different one and see if this is the one that I will really end up staying with. That's another great tool this website has, they give you a chance to change whatever it is you dislike with their product/color.

I thought I knew why I wanted in my hair color until I tried what my colorist suggested might look better. Amazing! I couldn't be happier.
The cost is a bit more than I can easily afford, but, with these results, I will put aside enough money to purchase from eSalon.
I am trying the highlight kit today. The instructional video was simple and easy to understand. I expect the same great results I get with the overall color.

The result is beautiful, shiny and soft hair.
Whenever I make an adjustment with the color it is an appropriate change and I have always been pleased with the results.
I would NEVER spend the money to go to a Salon that overcharges and leaves you dissatisfied and sometimes with damaged hair.
I introduced one of my friends to eSalon and she has tried it and loves it and is continuing to use it.

First of all I hate to color my hair even at the salon. But I also like my hair dark and red which I am not so alas I have to go thru it regularly. That being said I was very happy about the process and the result of the esalon color. It was easy, it looks good and the price is right. I am almost looking forward to the next one.

I asked for intensity, and a lovely pop of color (red) and by golly eSalon delivered! My red is SO vibrant, so full of light and saturated with rich color that I'm getting compliments daily! I. LOVE. IT!
I also loved the detailed instructions, all the carefully packed items for all I needed, with everything totally goof-proof with step-by-step pictures and numbered items so I could not mess it up!
And did I mention that the color is *fabulous*???!

I loved how easy the kit was and how it was tailored to me. The instructions were very helpful and the color came out amazing. I went from a blonde to a copper red head, and it's really beautiful. At first I wasn’t specific enough about what I wanted and my picture made my hair seem lighter than it was. My first pack wasn’t what I wanted but now it’s perfect! They fixed it for free and now I can keep the perfect color.

I have been coloring my own hair for 25+ years. More grays to cover now. This product does an excellent job. My custom color (dark brown) is very rich looking with warm highlights and my hair feels so soft. I will never go back to the "drug store" boxed color.

Truly. The headline says it all. It’s the best at home coloring product I’ve used. My stubborn grays have been so frustrating to dye where I got to the point that I was using store bought box color ever 2 weeks with still the color not holding. I finally decided to try eSalon & I can go a good 3 1/2 weeks without coloring, plus the color doesn’t fade & covers the gray SO well. The supplies provided in the shipment are extremely helpful & very personalized. You really feel like the company is invested in ensuring their customers have a great experience using their product. Very happy with the hair color as well as the supportive customer service. Very positive experience all around!

I love the ease of using Esalon and making slight changes to get the color I want. I use color to restore vibrancy to my dull blonde hair. Since I do not have gray hairs and am making a minor color change, I just put the color on all my hair for thirty minutes, rinse, wash and condition and enjoy shiny hair afterward. The color products do not smell or cause scalp irritation.

I have been have my hair Highlighted and/or colored in a salon for 40 years. Decided that I was spending far to much money and had a neighbor who offered to help. I loved it but color was slightly to dark. The eSalon adjusted it per my request and now it is perfect! My neighbor showed my husband how to do the coloring (he'll do anything to save money) and couldn't be happier!

I am so super happy with my hair color!! Never has my hair color looked so natural and so close to my actual color and so soft. I have about 20% gray and it covered it so well. I was so leery because I just finished breast cancer treatment and did not know what effect that would have when my hair was colored. I had a super head of hair prior to treatment but lost about 75% of my hair. It is beginning to grow back now. This color may last longer than usual. I am going to talk to my daughter about your service. Oh, by the way, my husband colors my hair.

I didn’t use the second complimentary bottle like I should have. The color came out a little dark brown than what I wanted but I was certainly still good-to-go out shopping. The second bottle was supposed to go on all my ends. It was clearly my mistake. But I was still happy with the product. You really honor each person as an individual & clearly care for their happiness! Keep up the great work!!

I am in love with my hair agsin! The colour is luxurious, it smells great and feels soft and natural. There was no lingering colour smell or texture you get with box colours and unlike salon colours it didnt wash out!!!

Love the mahogany shade in my brown, it's the perfect mixture. In regular lighting it looks brown and under lights or out in the sun it looks reddish, exactly what I asked for!

The product is awesome. The packaging is perfect. But, for some reason, my hair really turned orange with this. But, I LOVE the attention and care that ESalon takes with me. They really seem to care and have always gotten back to me when I've had questions. I will definitely stay with this company until I find a color that works with my hair!! I was tired of paying so much for getting my hair colored. AKA: hiding the gray. I have tried "other" online color companies. It seemed just like buying color in the store. One color box fits all. It was always to dark and lightened up very brassy. Not Esalon. This is the real deal in specific made for you color. Love the product. Love how you can change the delivery date if you have to. My opinion is this is a WIN WIN!

Excellent hair colour. Only time I've ever been able to cover the greys for more than a couple of washes. Better than any drugstore or salon colour. It actually came out the colour that I wanted and my hair is left in really good condition. Not going to lie, I was a bit skeptical and I have filled my details in before and then not gone through with it but I am so glad I was finally brave enough. So happy with the results. Thank you.
