I have never used a permanent colour on my hair, I'm 47 and going grey in one area and needed something to lift my spirits in lockdown. This colour added depth and warmth to my already dark hair, and bonus covered the grey. Looking forwards to doing it again and topping up my colour!

Stopped using a salon a year and half ago taking a chance on this product. Sick and tired of how long it takes at the salon and the cost
Only had to alter the color once after beginning with esalon and I always get compliments on the color!
Application is not too hard, you just need to be careful and patient and I leave it on for 45 minutes
I feel like my hair is relatively healthy still even though I dye every three weeks
Savings gobs of money and time with this product and I love the color

I've never colored my hair myself but due to lock down I was forced to try. Unsure of what box brand to try an eSalon ad mysteriously popped up and I'm so glad I checked it out. Ordering was easier than determining my hair color but because of the messaging options, picture uploads and the really nice colorists who call to discuss my preferences and desired outcomes..... my color is perfect ! I purchased the tool set on my first order so I'm set. Getting used to working on my own head but the process has been forgiving. The color lasts as long as salon color but I was surprised that I have less color loss on successive washes and staining on my skin than when I go to the salon. Which leads me to question my salon lol. All in all great customer service and awesome experience, I highly recommend !

Kann ich unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

It was so easy to color my hair with this kit. I received everything I needed to color my hair and wash it afterwards. The quality of the color was very good too. I didn't miss some grays in the front hairline, but I think that was my error. Ordered my second kit to color again in a few weeks. Happy customer!

I've had various professionals that cut my hair tell me how nice they color is and ask where I got it done!
The reason I first tried eSalon is because I wanted to try doing the color myself for financial reasons and convenience. However, a friend who is a professional colorist told me it is impossible to get a good product at a drug store if you want a blonde shade. I decided to take a chance on eSalon since they use professional colorists and professional products. I was thrilled with the results, and I've never looked back.
Now that we are dealing with a pandemic, I'm really glad I can do my own color at home!

Used my color today on my roots only (and they are white!). My color is dark brown. The results were amazing! I got better root coverage than I do in the salon. I used the brush technique and had a mess of dark dye on my skin, but when I washed my hair and used the shampoo to scrub the areas that had dye on the skin, it came right out. I’m so impressed with the way my hair looks after styling...rich dark brown and shiny. This is day 1 and let’s see how it looks in two weeks. Thanks ESalon!

I never was coloring my hair before . It was my first time pleasant experience. I like the color , my gray coverage on roots are very good . I just missed some spots on roots as it was my first time and now I can slightly see grayish in some spots but it’s only my fault ! Satisfied customer .

I've colored my hair for about 10 years, but I had *never* done my own color before I ordered this kit. My goal was just to cover my grays and refresh my roots. With just a picture and a brief note to go on, my colorist (Paul) figured out exactly what I needed. I won't say that I applied the color flawlessly--I need more practice!--but my freshened-up roots looked great! It was the warm, coppery gold color I wanted. I then used a gloss to intensify the red a bit.

Was quite scared to do this - have only ever used salons and had highlights. On advice From Esalon having sent them a lot of photos I did an all over light blonde colour as my hair was well overdue a full head of highlights and the roots were terrible. The blonde came out really well, tiny bit brassy on the roots but I used a silver shampoo which rectified it. The condition of my hair after colouring was incredible very soft and lots of volume. Application was fairly easy, my husband helped with the back. I’ve ordered the tint rinse to combat any Brassy colours next time and the light set to add some highlights! fingers crossed they are as successful as the all over dye! Seriously questioning the need to return to a salon for hours at a time spending a lot of ££

I have known for sometime that my color was going to be discontinued by the manufacture. I have been dreading having to find another color that would be close to mine, as I have been using the same product since I began coloring my hair.
I read an article about your service, so I thought I would give it a shot. I did find it difficult choosing my hair color on the site, but I choose what I thought was the closest. I found it very beneficial to provide a picture of myself, as my colorist said the color that I choose was darker than my picture, so it was tweaked to match closer to what I had. I was very surprised and impressed when you came back with the new color, thank you for adjusting, as I would not have been happy with my original choice.
The instructions were very easy to follow. I recruited my husband for the task and he had only done my roots, so this was new for him. I did a test strip and was very excited to see how close it was. The color is not as light as my hair, but it's a deeper, richer color. I was glad to see that it was a creamy consistency and the application process was simple.
I would definitely recommend your service to my friends and family.

My two nieces do my hair-they work in an upscale salon. They both have new babies so with Covid and me working at a hospital no color for me! I was desperate so I gave Esalon a try. So glad I did!! I was nervous and missed a few spots in the back (only did my roots and this was the first time) but nonetheless it came out great! I did send pictures and the colorist did a great job! It worked great to cover fading out color and also all my grey hair coming in.. at first it was a little darker than I was used to but I finally got used to it. Had many compliments of how pretty and healthy my hair is since I used your product. Fantastic service from start to finish. Had a call to say looking at the imagine I sent they suggested I go a little lighter as I had lots of bleach still in my hair and could discolour. I really have never had good fortune with "store bought" hair coloring. I really love how my hair dresser colors my hair but with Covid-19 and not being able to go to her. I became desperate. I saw an add anout you on my phone while playing a game. I decided to try your product. I have always gone to the salon for a partial weave. I have been blonde for my whole life- more enhanced now that ever ... I made the switch to all over color from -e-salon and I am converted. I have to admit, when I first dried my hair and realized how dark it was, I wasn't sure if I was going to like it, but it looks really good and healthy as well!! Now that I have seen my hair color in different lightings, as well as in the sun, the highlights and tones accent the color perfectly! I may adjust the color, as I will be re-ordering as needed, rather than on a schedule, but I am definitely happy with the overall result of my E* Salon experience! Hats off to my stylist, "colorist", Danielle! My hair hasn't been this dark in a long time because stubborn grey break-through won't allow for it. This exceeded all of my expectations! I had never done my own color before and was pretty nervous, but the guide was very well done and easy to follow. The color was fantastic and had EXCELLENT gray coverage. My grays aren’t even gray anymore- at 37, I have a streak that is bright white. This covered it with no problem.
