This kit saved the day ..blended my noticeably darker roots in with my already highlighted hair .Filler was included in my kit at no extra charge because of my highlighted ends ... very happy with my results at a great price

Wow - there was more than enough Hair dye to go around. But what impressed me most was all the little extras - two pairs of decent good quality gloves, stain guard, stain remover, and even a little sticker to stick my instructions up.
Instructions were great as they were personalized. I knew I could just follow them, and didn’t have to figure out which set of instructions to follow like you do with a shop bought box. It made me feel confident that I was doing it right.

I was skeptical about trying an online salon like eSalon, but they definitely made me a believer. I had a stylist/colorist who checked in with me throughout the process and answered my questions honestly. The price + the time = harmony. It's hard to justify spending $150+ for one application and spending 2.5+ hours in a salon. The color is mostly what I wanted and I think with some fine-tuning I can achieve my interpretation of perfection. I will be using this service again!

It was really easy to use and the colour is great. Really covered all my grey and my hair was soft and shiny afterwards. The colour has lasted well and the dye doesn’t smell like a home kit from the supermarket does. Throughly recommend this product and service and told lots of people about it. No more shabby colour for me 😄

I was very happy with my color set. It was put together very nicely and everything I needed was in the box and clearly marked and the instructions were very easy to understand.
I don't usually do my own hair but I had to learn after my stylist had to close her shop due to C19. So I was nervous but the color looks really good and the grey edges are GONE!
I am in the process of letting my hair grow out from the gorgeous short cut I normally wear so I have a very nice human hair clip -in that I wear until I get past this odd stage, and I used the color on it and it is perfect.
I will definitely order the color again and I am going to get the highlight kit.

I really like how my hair turned out, it looks glossy and the colour is really natural. I have used box dye once or twice from Loreal and the colour always comes out too dark. This colour was exactly what I was looking for, will be ordering again from Esalon, thank you!

I am a true redhead. Virgin hair. No processing ever for fear. Corona 19 hits. I get crazy and get sick of looking at grey looking back at me. I order and use. Its not at all what I thought. E salon is simply the best, most natural looking hair color I have ever used. I have never gotten my hair dyed by a proffessional, but this is way better than anything I have tried off of the shelves in a store. Love it and highly recommend it.

I am almost all gray and had not professionally colored my hair since before the lockdown. So, my roots were white, my highlights another color, the ends too dark because I used a drugstore boxed color, and E-salon fixed it all! I definitely recommend this product.

I dyed my hair tonight and it came out great! I always have trouble with my white/gray hair dying - and I have a lot of fine hair that’s also transitioning from straight to kinky curly in areas. And I tried eSalon and I love the way it worked. It’s a subscription service, so they’ll send me color every 4 to 6 weeks. I can change my color too. It’s a little more expensive than store bought, but those weren’t working on me anymore, so it was worth the change. The packaging was super cute and personalized. I asked for all over color, but the stylist who reviewed my profile recommended roots only. And specifically told me not to carry it past my roots. I’ve been dying my hair and I always comb it through to avoid any stark contrast, but I reluctantly followed their instructions and it came out perfect! And my hair is surprisingly soft (I used their conditioner, but I’m sensitive to strong scents, so I also followed up with my own conditioner). Let me clarify, it doesn’t have a bad smell, it’s just stronger than I can handle. I am so happy with this subscription!

The e-salon crew did a great job providing me with another box of color when the first box had color spilled in it. The color I ordered is a little darker than I like. It mixed and went on my hair wonderfully. Definitely covered the white where my natural color has stopped growing.

I was blown away by the salon-quality hair colour!!
I vowed never to use home colour kits after a few disasters in my 20’s, but during lockdown, I became desperate to colour my dull hair with one too many grey hairs. I was very hesitant to use this, but cannot believe the salon-look that this product gave me. Absolutely blown away by this and may never go back to the incredibly expensive salon again (sorry to my lovely hairdresser 😬) Will recommend to anyone!

Due to Covid my salon was closed. I have never been happy with at home hair color so when I saw the ad I was skeptical but after weeks I decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did. It didn’t dry up my hair and the coloring looks natural. I’m now on a subscription!!

My color came out great. Very natural which was what I was going for. I was tired of highlights and the cost and the color covered the highlights without being flat. Great packaging and easy to follow instructions, too. Will definitely use again.

I really am so grateful to Esalon. The products sure great and the system works so well. There is a learning curve to coloring your own hair, but Esalon does a good job of making steps as simple as possible. I strongly recommend them!

After slightly changing my colour mix for roots I found the products really good the process was good and not difficult needed a bit of help at the back . But I did wait a day and followed it by using the highlighter brightening kit on thin top front strands and at round face and it lifted it even more . Really pleased as I started using this due to covid lockdown and have blonde coloured hair highly processed already . After using the products then the shampoo included im really pleased . Customer care is excellent highly recommend

I really liked that everything I needed was given to me. I used the bottle method as I am used to doing it this way. The only complaint I had was that I was given a lot of darker color choices and the lightest color I could pick was still too dark for me. I usually go lighter for Spring/Summer(nothing dramatic) and darker for Fall/ Winter which this color falls into that category. The gray coverage was great! I couldn't wait to get rid of them and my usual stylist moved a more expensive salon and of course the pandemic was upon us. My hair felt really soft afterwards.
All in all I really like that I will be getting my color in the mail and I could adjust color, timing of shipment, and contact a colorist at any time as needed. I have already suggested to some people they should try it.

I was really nervous ordering this, but I read the reviews. Plus being an allure winner. I had my sister apply the color she’s a hairdresser. I will say at first she was nervous that it was to thin in consistency. It does thicken up. She was concerned that it was going to dry my hair out & be red and dark. When we rinsed she said the shampoo smelled awesome, the conditioner actually softened my hair. After my trim and blow drying she kept saying wow. It’s not dark at all, it’s extremely multi dimensional and my highlights previous remained. I love it. She approved it. Especially with all that’s going on she said this is a good way to go. She said no to box color ever. Everything from the directions to the second bottle impressed her. I asked if she thought I could do my roots when it’s time. She said yes. I would definitely recommend this. I am hoping that I can fade red out in the fall to be more in just the brown family. I feel like I can do that with my Stylist here. My hair is healthy and shiny. It’s coming up on two weeks and it’s holding strong the color. So we shall see. Right now this works for me and I needed a change but it was just a subtle change.

I have tried boxed hair color as salon upkeep is just not in my budget. This color not only looked professionally done, it was the right color and stayed the same color! Plus was so soft and looks much healthier overall.
