Colour was rich and vibrant- not quite right colour but this was easily remedied by a quick phone call and a very helpful receptionist and then colourist sorted my colour immediately! Lovely products and very pleased with the gorgeous results! Thank you!

I have received 3 orders so far and will receiving my 4th in a few days. The kit is perfectly put together with directions and the color that I like. I was amazed that the color that I received matched what I was looking for. Everything I need is right there in the kit. I like that it comes in the mail when I request it. Also, I find the web page user friendly and easy to make adjustments as needed.

The third time's the charm. It's been great having access to an expert colorist. I have been working with Andrea, making tiny tweaks, along my home hair coloring journey. I applied my new formulation last night and it's pretty much salon perfect -- no, correct that -- I think it turned out BETTER than my last salon color, which by the way I used to get done every 4-weeks. Now, I can color my own hair, on my own schedule, and at a fraction of the time and cost. Thank you, eSalon!

The hair colourist ( my partner) armed with the colour supposedly did a “pass” of the job on my hair( according to my hairdresser today). The colour has lasted ... I just need to find the right colour for me. Would highly recommend this product to anyone seeking to avoid the salon and the salon price tag. Hoping the next colour is for me.

After just three boxes, I got the hair color that I wanted. For some reason, every time I went to a beauty salon it was very difficult to get a good hair color for me. But with esalon, I just need to tell the colorist very little instructions. A little bit lighter, and more cooper, and that was it. I am in love with my color. Thank you

Das es so einfach ist meine Änderungswünsche umzusetzen und ein super Ergebnis zu erzielen, hatte ich nicht gedacht.

Es ist genau die haarfarbe die ich als Kind hatte und dabei glänzt das Haar noch so schön wenn es frisch gefärbt ist . Auch das pflegemittel ist toll es macht das Haar leicht und geschmeidig, alles in allem ein sehr gutes Produkt.

I LOVE the color. The formula seemed thicker and creamier than before, and I really liked the way it covered all my gray. I think I will stick with this color, although I still do toy with the idea of getting the highlight kit. I will think on it. Thank you to my colorist. You got it just right!

Thank you, I do like this color very much. I feel it’s much closer to my natural, non-gray blonde. It’s better than the too light and too dark blondes that I’ve gotten at the salon.

Finally!! I have been going to swanky upscale salons for years, paying over $250 for a cut and color. Each time I walk out not truly happy. I decided to try esalon.com. I submitted a picture answered a couple questions and received my custom color. I am thrilled and in love with my custom color!! Die erste Lieferung dauert leider recht lange. Aber ich wurde bei meinem Farbwunsch gut beraten, nicht gleich zu dunkel zu gehen, bei meinem Taint (Foto). Ja, es ist Chemie drin, bei meinem Friseur aber auch! Und die Farbe wirkt sehr lebendig!

This was the closest that any hair color has come to matching my natural brown, in at-home or salon colors! The kit comes with plenty of color so I don't have to worry about running out. I didn't expect to keep my color subscription and had little hope when I ordered the first time but 4 months in and im still happy that I chose Escalon for my hair color.

I started with eSalon due to COVID. After two colorings, I’m never going back to in-salon color! My hair is healthier and has much better coverage with eSalon. I’d give this system way more than 5 stars if it was possible!!

It's pretty cool opening the box and seeing my name on the color bottle. It is easy to apply, instructions are clear, and I like my color. I have had them tone down the color and it is really easy to send the message to the colorist and even pictures so that they know what you are talking about. I do miss the 2 sets of gloves though!!! My daughter helps me get the back and she needs the gloves for that as well, that's my only complaint, but overall I am very satisfied.

It got rid of the grays really well. It's a little darker than I expected it to be but that is okay. It got rid of all the orangish color I had from a previous color I had.

I have used many brands of hair dye. Esalon exceeded my expectations by consistently producing a very dark brown. I wanted a rich color without red or gold undertones. They created just the color I wanted!

I don't always write reviews, but ........ I think the last time I colored my hair was when I was in college and that was more than 25 years ago. I did it a few times and never did it again. Then Covid happened and we are all stuck at home. I was looking more witchy than ever....LOL. I decided to try coloring my own hair again. To my very surprise and with my older daughter's help I DID IT! It came out SO NICE and didn't cost me an arm and a leg! I couldn't be happier with my hair and my wallet...WOW!

I absolutely love this color! You could instantly see the color after letting my hair dry out. It's so awesome to see my hair get light. Going to adjust my color to make it lighter, but this was a great start for my hair journey! Thank you!

Overall I was very pleased with the products.
However, the colour mixed for me was darker than I would have liked. Having looked at the pie chart illustrating the proportions of colour in the dye, it turned out exactly as I would have expected.
The dye also beautifully covered all my grey hair. It performed far better than the over-the-counter dyes which I have previously been using.
The whole colouring process left me with lovely glossy, well conditioned hair.Therefore the product is great.
A week after dying my hair, I used the Tint Rinse which brightened up my hair colour.
I have been in contact with eSalon, and they are going to adjust the colour for my next batch.
I had been initially wary about having a hair colour mixed for me without any personal contact. (At least with over-the-counter products, you can get an idea by looking at the box!)
However, whilst darker than I wanted, the colour is good, not a blanket 'dead' colour, and a better quality.
I look forward eagerly to my next order.

I have been a customer of E-salon for awhile now, I have never been disappointed. When I feel like a change I simply contact a hair colorist and my request is always met. I am very pleased with my results, my hair is Long, strong and shiny. The best thing of all is that the hair color looks natural and covers well. I order every 12 weeks so that says something for it's resilience. I highly recommend this product.

Best home hair colour on the market. Very clear instructions and good quality gloves. I felt I needed more conditioner and I have shoulder length hair. The colour was a bit darker than I expected but after a couple of washes was fine.

First time I used the custom color set to achieve unbelievable blonde/copper all over color. My hair turned out so soft, shiney and the color is perfect. I was terrified to try this, as I was a life-long junkie to paying a hair salon gal huge money and never achieved the results I got today....on my own. I'll be back.
