I tried eSalon for the first time and I was amazed at how easy it was to cover up may gray hair. I loved the color the first time. As summer was coming to an end I knew I wanted to adjust the color for Fall. I did this with my second order. It was fantastic again. It was so easy to communicate with my color specialist and submit pictures. I am convinced to keep using the products.

I wanted to try dying my hair myself at home and it could not have gone better. Everything but a bowl to mix the color was included, but you can mix it in the bottles if you don't want to use a bowl and brush method. Everything was neatly labeled and personalized, with my name on the color and instructions. The color turned out great and even.

Your new formula is absolutely super. The color goes on easier. It covers the finer grey hairs around my forehead and temple better. The color is much more realistic from the get go. The previous formula seemed too dark Initially, until a few washings, but this seems more natural from the onset.
I am truly impressed.

Its was my first time using esalon... I was very impressed from the start of the experience to the end result.. presented in a beautiful box with everything you need, it even had my name on the bottles, nice touch!
It was very simple to use and didn't have that horrible smell.. even the shampoo and conditioner were lovely.
I Had had a very positive experience.
The only thing I would say that im a little disappointed about is that its only been 3 weeks and I've noticed my roots have faded quite considerably, I must say I was rather surprised because after using the colour the end result of the colour was so vibrant.
I also feel my hair became rather tired after 2 weeks and a little porous, was this because of the colour? im not sure.
Over all im still happy the colour was exactly 💯 what I was hoping for.

When I put the color in and was washing it out, I thought my hair felt damaged. I have very tangly hair to begin with, but it felt dry and crisp. Once I used the shampoo and conditioner that came with it, I was sooooo happy. My hair has never felt softer or healthier. It smells amazing, looks amazing, and I love it! I might have to order just the shampoo and conditioner before my next color!

I have used box dyes in the past which don't always cover my bit of grey hair or colour my hair properly, this is my first try with the e salon and I have to say its really great its darkest brown and I love the colour I was a blonde then went to brown with box dyes but always gave my mid length to ends a lighter colour but with this home dye its covered everything nicely it is a bit expensive but its worth it, and my hair feels nice and soft the shampoo and conditioner is lovely smells good, so overall am happy 😊

Perfect every time. I am a redhead and did not want purple or maroon hair. Have had the same hairdresser for 20+ years but he is in Oklahoma and I now live in Missouri. Don't travel with virus at this time. He gave me my formula which I shared with you and I don't think you could have matched any better...maybe a life time customer and just go to get a cut! Saving money for sure!

Due to COVID I could not get into a salon to get my balayage touched up so I decided to go back to my natural color. My hair was very blonde and I was concerned about coverage. Esalon did not disappoint! Coverage was great! This is now my 3rd time coloring and honestly I think the color and coverage just get better and better each time. I have very few grays but this color covers those with ease as well. I will continue using esalon - love the customization!

I just finished my third treatment after never having colored my own hair. The color is just as good as what I have been getting at an Aveda salon so I am very happy. Also, I was happy to see that my last product shipment had two pairs of gloves as advertised. The first two did not. Thank heavens for a good solution to getting rid of the gray without the fuss and expense of visiting a salon.

I tried the other "let us mix your color and send it to you" brand. Esalon is my hands down choice. Easy to use and the results are fantastic. My hair has dimension and different tones. Doesn't look like all one color out of the box hair color. I am not comfortable going back to the salon during the pandemic and now I don't need to! P.S. Covers my gray easily.

Because of COVID-19, I stopped going to my hairdresser several months ago. I discovered eSalon online and decided to try it. I could not be more pleased with the result. The color is BETTER than what I used to get at the professional salon! The best shade that I have ever had. Seriously! It was amazing how these people matched my original haircolor. I will never use anything but eSalon from now on! I used my first kit about 2 weeks ago and I am still happy. It is lighter than I had anticipated, but I can adjust that on the next coloring. Easy to use and everything was included. I will definitely continue with eSalon.

Hi there,
This was my third time using color with e salon. I like it, although it doesn't seem to be as as red as it has in the past. I do like this particular color, but would like to figure out a way for it be a little more red or auburn or chestnut. Not sure which word to use...but the product is great and easy to use! My boyfriend has been helping me since we started doing this at home and he's getting really good and a lot faster at it!!
I am definitely going to keep using the product!

Because of the pandemic, I have not been to the salon. Thought I would give this a try. Easier than I thought and waaaaay cheaper. Love the coverage and how long the color has lasted. It was a bit too dark but I emailed and I was informed the color has been adjusted for my next shipment. I was confused by the two bottles and got an email weeks after I received my coloring, that's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. Can't wait to do it again!

I get so many complements on my hair - how shiny, beautiful color. Took me two try's to master just applying color to the roots. Bought more clips and have the process down now. Even my stylist likes the color.

I like this color better than any color I have ever had. I have never colored my own hair before. Always had it done in a salon. I like this color better.
Even though having a stylist do my color is easier. Esalon is my choice for color.

This new color kit came with a correction I made to my last order. My color was beautiful and my hair was so soft! It's so convenient getting my custom color through the mail and eSalon made it easy to make changes. I will keep eSalon as my hair coloring experts!

I have used boxed hair color over the years and prior to the pandemic have had my hair colored in a salon. Not able to go to a salon I thought I would try Madison Reed, hearing good things about it. I am very pleased with the results I get from Madison Reed. The color is very natural, a nice shine, no odor and covers gray very well. The color recommended by MR is light brown and it is a very close match. I highly recommend Madison Reed.
