This kit had everything but the second pair of gloves, mentioned in the directions. However, it wasn't a big deal to wash off and reuse the pair. Directions were accurate and process time was right on; loved the experience!

I think it is worth the extra money. I’ve used it a few times and the color lasts longer and stays true to color than what I have used before. Also I like that the staff communicates with you before sending to see if any changes are needed.

Love this hair colour! It provides a lovely richness to the colour without drying it out.

This colour worked perfectly with my hair, literally the exact colour I wanted to achieve and the customer service was phenomenal. I truly couldn't be happier. I did run a bit low on colour by the end and some of my hair isn't a dark/bright in colour than other sections due to having no colour left but it isn't too obvious, though I'm able to notice haha. Otherwise, fantastic colour and dye!

Once you send a current photo of your hair, a professional colorist will evaluate and advise what formula is best for your desired results.

I was sooo nervous about using my kit.. I Purchased My kit 09/02/2020. I put it off and put it off til finally I just did it!! Colored My hair 10/23/2020. I'm soo Happy with the out come.. I will NEVER buy over the counter hair color again.. My colorist Is Jessica she did an Awesome Job!!! I'm looking forward to my next Kit. The Gray coverage is amazing!!

My hair has always been a problem when it came to the colour fading over time, particularly in the summer months. Then my dark brown turned into a terrible orange shade of brown. The eSalon colour is the first product that made it through the sunny days with very little fading. I am also pleased with the fact that I have absolutely no skin reaction. I have used eSalon colour twice now and have been happy each time with the overall outcome and the grey coverage in particular. The colorists do a great job mixing my color. Once I was able to return to my stylist she asked how I was coloring my hair. I told her and she said it looked really good and healthy. I'm still coloring it at home.

Color is always just right. Been using eSalon more than 2 years. Had color adjusted once, to slightly darker. Always gentle to my delicate hair and looks very natural.

The best hair colour. Gives me the salon finish look plus I can discuss with my colour specilist by phone changes that I want made. It covers all my grey which is like 60% and makes my hair feel healthy and full. Love your product and it’s affordable.....like1$ a day which we sometimes spend for things we don’t need...

Way better than store bought and perfect shade.
You want to make sure you send in a picture of your hair.
Also if u are going from a bleach color to non bleach color, you need to fill the bleach colored hair first before you color your hair.
They can help you with that by calling in and talking to a hair specialist.
This has saved me a ton of money, by not going to the salon.

I was very happy with the updated color. It was perfect, My "white hairs" appear to have brain of their own. My long strands, specially my front baby hairs are very noticeable - after one week of having died my hair. So I requested to have it light. I understand that it will take some time to go probably even lighter...but do appreciate the feedback and suggestions from E-SALON.

I am absolutely blown away by how amazing my first experience was with ESalon. I have been trying to get to my natural color in a salon for years. Many highlights and lowlights and letdowns later, I wanted to give Esalon a chance and they NAILED IT on the first try! Not only that, but the whole coloring experience was seamless and (mostly) mess free. Any mess I made, was easily wiped up with the stain remover (my white quartz countertops and forehead appreciated that). I want to go for a bit more of an ashy tone next time, but I have zero complaints with this product and have finally found an affordable solution to coloring my hair. This girl is beyond happy!

I was extreamly impressed wtih the color, feel and lasting first application. Have done two touch ups, and then this last one, going a shade darker of blonde. Both the original and the updated shades were spot on, and my hair feels healthy!

This the real deal. The color is fantastic, exactly what I hoped for. And the details that go into the process are also spot on. From picking the color and having the colorist review to the packaging and how seamlessly it leads you through the process of at-home coloring—you can tell you're in good hands. I am happy as I ever was walking out of a salon. I was a little dubious and figured if it didn't go well, no big deal...it's pandemic hair anyway. But I'm completely sold.

My hair hadn’t been done since since the shops had closed. Which also canceled my appointment. I made an appointment , but still felt uneasy about going since my immune system is poor. I saw this on Facebook ,I checked out e salon, and ordered! With my husbands help, my hair is backed to looking beautiful,with no gray. Mucho mejor, este me gustó porque se ve el rojo pero obscuro. Si le puede poner un poquitico más de rojo, pues mejor. Me gusta mucho el tono caoba rojizo. Que sea como rojo pero sin ser chichón y que se vea obscuro. Muchas gracias

I like the way my colourist works with me as the seasons change and my hair colour does as well. Easy to use and does a great job at a fraction of the price at the salon.

Just a great product! I bought this for my mom and she loves it, she struggles with her gray hair and was pleasantly surprised how nicely this product covered all of the gray hair. She said she’s never going back to salons or box dye!!

So I went a little darker than what it was. Went to a dark blonde~light brown. Was instructed to do a colorful first. Then did the all over color... It was easy and came out great. Love the new color and the ease of it!! Thank you!
Now my only concern was that I have very thick hair not extremely long but I have a lot. I think I needed to have at least 2 bottles of each colors. The color fill and the all over color. Next time I will definitely request more!!!

I finally colored my hair and I love the lighter shade, it blends well with high lights from previous color. I had a recent haircut also so it all looks great, will have to see how fast the grays will reappear. Thanks to the colorist

Iv changed my color a few times and all were lovely colors I wanted to check out some options .This last formula worked out very well for me in correcting the problems I caused by highlighting my hair causing bright brassy orange highlights I was able to correct it a bit on my own .After discussing it with my colorist we came up with a plan .I'm very pleased with the results and will recommend esalon to my friends.
