I used esalon since 2013. I stopped for a while but came back because other hair color just didn’t look as good. This product not only gives great custom color but also lasts a long time. It doesn’t fade as quickly as the other brands. I’m very happy with eSalon.

My stylist called because fall season and I wanted a gradual change. Gave me additional pointers on the phone and follow up email. I am so very pleased again and keep telling everyone about you because they believe I’m going to the in person salon. They are amazed I’m doing it myself.

I am very happy with the color. Color is rich and beautiful. I had a little gray and it covered it with no issues. Great formula and it was easy to do myself.

I am so impressed with the kit I ordered! Everything was packaged so nicely! I even loved the sticker to hang the instructions up on the mirror. But the quality of the hair color is outstanding! I love the depth and shine my hair has with this color!

So used my colour this morning for first time can honestly say I'm really pleased with it, how the mixture goes on it doesn't itch your head at all and it's not runny like some colours are, the colour is so nice a pearly blonde, my hair takes really good to colours so it always looks like I've had foils I combed the colour through for the last 5 mins it's looks great would highly recommend. Thankyou.

The first color I tried was off just a bit but, after speaking with and sharing pictures with a colorist, she blended a new custom shade that matches perfectly! My roots now blend seamlessly with my previously salon-colored length. Also, my hair looks healthy and shiny and has stayed that way. Very pleased!

I found my initial color a bit dark, and when this adjustment came, I was afraid it was too different and nervous of the "gold" for the ends. But no fear, it was just a tinge lighter and brighter which is what I was looking for. I keep staring at the mirror, indoors and outside with the sun on my hair, and it is shiny and beautiful! Thank you to my color stylist Celine!

I am now in love with this color- it fits me like a glove. It’s the perfect amount of copper with ash with blonde.
The new formula is a little bit less runny and did a lot better covering greys than last time. I left it on for 45 minutes after I covered everything (compared to the recommended 30), but once I washed and dried and styles there were still a few stray greys and the most subtle line coming through where the darker hair growth was before the dye job.
Regardless, I am happy with the overall look, hoping that next box will do even better (if I keep the timer to 50-55 minutes?)

If you have white hair you know how difficult it is to get a warm, soft strawberry blonde it is! I make it harder by only using Demi or semi permanent color, because I like to switch it up. This is the perfect strawberry blonde, not too harsh or dark, not too purple, just beautiful and very natural looking. I am older, and it brings light to my face but doesn’t look harsh. Genius!

I love esalon.... the color is awesome,covers gray and lasts a long time....At some point I may add more Auburn or red as that is what I usually color my hair.... however I love the pearl copper that I am using..

I loved my custom color, it is so natural, and my hair feels so healthy , I have a some grays and they were not 100% covered, but I love the color so much I don't mind the few grays I have.

I had chosen a color & submitted a picture. The colorist deemed the color that I had chose to be to dark for my skin tone & eyes so she created a different color all together. It was perfect, the closest to my normal hair color it has been in years. Soft, shiny & covered the gray... Will be a return customer! Thank you!

Comes with everything I need which is wonderful. Easy, clear instructions. Only downfall is hair feels dry as though it is box dye vs of Salon dye. Still love the product.

The resulting color was very shiny and vibrant but not brassy. I did have some grey hairs that didn't get full coverage but other than that, it was great. This was my 3rd time using eSalon and aside from some stubborn greys every time, I have been happy. I also highly recommend the tint rinse to give your color a boost and help it last longer between treatments.

I’ve never colored my hair at home until this year because of the pandemic. I’ve been coloring my hair for over 20 years because I started getting grey hair in my late 20’s, but I have always gone to the hair salon to get it done. My husband actually does it for me now and he says it’s easy to use. I was worried that it would dry my hair out, but it has been very similar, if not the same, as when my hair stylist does it. The only difference I can tell is that the color doesn’t last as long compared to when I go to the salon. But, my goodness, it saves a ton of money doing it at home! And I can color my hair more frequently too because it is so much less money than at the salon.

Hi. This is such a fine quality of hair dye. You can not duplicate this by buying any drugstore hair dye. I’ve used L’Oréal Preference and Excellence whenever I wasn’t using a salon.
With this Covid our cases are up and we don’t feel safe using a salon.
So this color is rich and vibrant and you have everything anybody needs to dye your hair in the kit!

I was hesitant to go with the colorists recommendation bc I’ve colored my own hair forever and get like I knew what I wanted. Despite that, I went with her suggestion for a slightly lighter color and I’m so happy with it and glad I didn’t go darker!

This is the first time i've changed brand for 20 years. I was totally loyal to the same brand and shade before, but was so impressed by eSalon. I may go for a slight modification of tone but the conditioning properties and quality are really good. Definitely worth paying a bit extra for.

Ich bekomme meine Haarfarbe bei e-Salon schon seit dem Frühjahr 2020 und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Durch das Abo erhalte ich die Farbe alle 3 Monate ins Haus geliefert. Bei Änderungswünschen kann ich das Team informieren und meine persönliche Beraterin kümmert sich um die Details.
Für mich ist dies eine sehr gute Alternative zum Friseur. Das Auftragen der Farbe ist Schritt für Schritt erklärt und ganz einfach zu handhaben. Ich habe dies bereits meinen Kolleginnen weiter empfohlen.

Ich war erst skeptisch... Aber bin nun voll überzeugt. Die Farbe ist Fantastisch. Keine starke Geruchsentwicklung, brennen auf der Kopfhaut noch sonst welche Unannehmlichkeiten wie farbige Flecken am Haaransatz, Hals oder Ohren, dank der speziellen Creme die man zuvor aufträgt. Handhabung genjal. Die kleinen Tüten sehr leicht zu öffnen, selbst mit nassen Finger. Und das Farberlebnis, die Geschmeidigkeit meiner Haare, haben mich wircklich überzeugt. Ich bin mehr als begeistert. DANKESCHÖN!

I started using E Salon when the pandemic started. After messing up my hair color with a store bought box color (I knew better), I sent a photo of my hair and e salon helped correct it. I saw my stylist for the first time in 6 months, and she said not to change the color, it’s good!!

During our first covid 19 lockdown I, like most, could not access my hairdresser. E salon supplied me with all I needed to get my hair looking so much better once again. I am now back with my hairdresser having just had my colour redone before these recent restrictions. I have another colour pack from E salon which I will be using in the future. Currently I have cancelled my orders but would not hesitate to go back to E salon if the need arises.

This product is fantastic, I also use the shine, leave-in conditioner, and the tint rinse. It last double the time of normal color. I can usually go 12 weeks. Just wish I knew they only give you the applicator brush with the first order, I threw mine away.

However, I have to say, I just dyed my hair today with eSalon and the results are way beyond my expectations!! I am very fair with green eyes and eSalon absolutely nailed the red color I was looking for after years of searching!!!! I am absolutely floored that a salon on the internet was able to give me the color of my dreams! Looks absolutely natural. My hair is shiny and in excellent condition. I love E-Salon....They helped me to be able to color my own hair at home and when I am ready to do it. I have saved so much money doing it myself. Their color stylist help you to fine the perfect color and will make adjustments as needed....even slight ones. Can't say enough good things about them.

I have used this 3 times since COVID started and have been pleased each time.
The directions are clear and there is little mixing. You are done from start to finish in
less than an hour. My husband helped me this most recent time and he covered
all of my gray using a brush on technique, and I have ALOT of gray around my face.
Great product and the price beats a salon anyday.

Thanks so much for helping me not only go a daring gorgeous red color but also for helping me get back to close to my original blonde color but with improved shine and health (and a lot less grey) My hair looks and feels very healthy, has not had any issues with breakage or damage and I am loving my at home "me and E Salon time."
