I was quite apprehensive about colouring the roots of my hair, however the amount of grey I had coming through was really getting me down so decided to take the plunge! Sooo glad I did, all of the greys were covered and the roots blended in completely with the rest of the colour I already had on my hair, light blonde is a hard colour to dye but I felt that it looked very natural, well done esalon, you are a lifesaver during these lockdowns!!

The color is exactly as I expected! It is the most natural red hair I've ever had. My natural color is a mousey brown/dirty blonde. My skin color looks like I should be a redhead. This box dye did the job. I like the color better than the in person salon jobs I've had in the past! I'd like to go a shade lighter next time because I know what to expect now! Yay!

The color was easy to apply and covered all my greys. It was the first time that with a light shade I managed to do that. Also, the hair after the color was so smooth and shiny. The color didn't damage my hair at all!! I will definitely order this again.

I struggled with the application because I am an inexperienced colorist, so had doubts about the whole thing. Final result was amazing even with my less than perfect application. Hair is super soft and shiny, with lots of natural highlights. I can't stop touching my hair! Definitely the best at home product I have ever used.

I was terrified to color my own hair. After my hairdresser stood me up for my appointment, I decided to give DIY hair color a try. I ordered the tools set with my color order and had everything I needed. I was shocked how easy it was. The amount of time (40 mins) and the price is 1/10 of my salon visit. The only thing was I love my hair to show color and at the same time cover my gray edges which really stands out after 2 weeks of coloring so I'm giving this product one more chance to see if I can get the look I'm looking for and covers my gray edges a little bit longer. Definitely worth spending a little extra than you normally would for a ‘box dye’. Clearly made with high quality ingredients, my colour came out so even and vibrant! Hasn’t damaged my hair either. The only thing is that it came out ever so slightly darker than expected. Other than that I will be ordering again when a top up is needed!

I was nervous about doing my own colour, but I gave it a go with esalon and it was so easy. The colour set mixed just for me was perfect and easy to use with good instructions.

Having had my hair professionally dyed for years, I decided in lockdown to try colouring my hair myself. There is everything in the pack that you need, including a brush, which I find is my preferred method of application. The colour was really nice and very close to what I wanted. Dying your own hair is fiddly (especially untrimmed "lockdown" hair!), but I followed the instructions in the pack and the video online and managed to do a fairly good job. It really covers greys and my hair was shiny and a lovely colour. I've requested a slightly lighter colour with more gold for next time, so Im looking forward to my next pack!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Farbe. Sie ist genau der Farbton den ich haben wollte.
Die Qualität der Farbe ist sehr gut, sie deckt meine grauen Haare vollkommen ab.
Die Anleitung ist sehr übersichtlich und gut erklärt. Auch die Handschuhe die dabei sind, sind sehr gut.

This hair color is great! It’s the color I had been trying to get from my stylist for over a year! And all I had to do was answer a few questions! I’m very impressed. I don’t LOVE coloring my own hair but for the difference in price it’s a small sacrifice!

I’ve been using eSalon hair colour since the start of lockdown and salon closures. It gives a deep rich lasting colour to match salon products. Great product, great colour match

My first color turned out a little too dark, my colorist tweaked the formula a tad lighter and wow, perfect. My husband is a quick learner on how to cover it all. I was scared to do just roots, worried I would have spots on the rest of the hair. But didn't happen at all. Husband is excited to do the color again, he said he now can color any girl's hair. Told him he can stick with mine. He is a keeper, married 34 years.

All I can say is “ITS AMAZING” I absolutely love my hair color. First, it arrived earlier then expected! The instructions are super easy to follow. My husband was even impressed & said it looked like I got my hair professionally done. He even looked at my root and was impressed that it was home color!! The smell is a little strong but I expected that. Absolutely the best!!

Thank you esalon! I love my new colour, my hair is shiny, it’s so soft! Very easy to follow instructions. Before it had pepper grey roots, blond highlights and looked dull and drab. Not anymore and the fact you can consult with a colourist is great

Matching my natural color has always been a miss both in a box and in the salon. It’s amazing to find a product that matches my color and doesn’t fry my hair. With the tint wash I’m able to keep my color vibrant twice as long. Well done eSalon!

It wasn’t what I originally asked for because my colourist suggested a lighter shade to start with so it wasn’t so harsh, I also sent a photo of my previous hair colour and this was the suggestion given. I can’t imagine ever getting my hair coloured at the salon again. This is a quarter of what I normally pay at the salon and the colour is exactly right.
Feels shiny and healthy and I can colour it whenever I need to rather than waiting for an appointment.

Bravo eSalon! I just used the new formulation. It is definitely an upgrade, creamy, beautiful color. I noticed a vast difference on my hair. Having used the old formula twice, I wasn't sure I wanted to continue as my hair felt 'treated' in a not good way. This feels like a lovely conditioner, color all in one. I am very happy and will continue. The color is much gentler and truer to natural.
