First color set I got didn't really turn out the way I wanted, but they were great on changing my color and now i love my new color. The steps are easy to follow and the product is easy to use as well. Typically with hair dyes I would get a strong reaction but with this one nothing at all.
This has been the best hair dye experience I've had in a long time.

My customised colour is spot on (warm beige) not a horrible block colour, this gives a multi dimensional colour. No need to spend £100’s at the salon anymore. You are missing out if you don’t try this honestly you’ll get salon results for a fraction of the cost

After stripping my hair of all its temp dyes as my hair was showing all types of red and was patchy as hell, I was left with light ginger hair and I'm a dark brunette....I was mortified!!! E salon to the rescue...I told them my issues, that I didn't want a brunette with red colour and they sent the perfect colour so I'm now back to brunette and hair in better condition. The kit was lovely, personalised and clear instructions throughout. Even got a bargain price as a new customer and I got enough for two efforts. Can't recommend enough.

I ordered this product back in January, but I haven’t tried it until now because I was still using up some old box dyes that I had previously bought. Well all I can say is more fool me! I wish I had used this dye kit as soon as I had received it. I have very coarse, thick hair but the two bottles (one for roots and one for ends) were both the perfect amount to colour my whole head. This looks like a salon treatment without the price tag. I had to enlist the help of my fiancé to apply the colour, but between the two of us we successfully managed the treatment. The personalised instructions are really clear and it is so easy to apply. I had reservations and kept on reading reviews before I purchased, but I am glad I went with my instinct. I will definitely be ordering again when I am ready for my next colour. Thanks e-salon.

I am so happy with the result!This looked like a real salon color after application. Though it took slightly longer to apply than the supermarket box dye, the result was well worth it. The instructions are excellent and everything you need is provided to ensure a thorough application. My hair is normally dry and frizzy but it now looks fuller and shiny. The color on application looked a bit red but when rinsed out it was exactly the one I had hoped it would be. My greys are also very well covered!

Brilliant service! Gone are the days of panic trips to the 24 hour supermarket to try and get MORE dye to fix a bad dye job.
Really appreciated the input from my colour technician who suggested the dye I had chosen was too dark and custom created a colour for me... she was right!

I’ve never left a review before, but this product deserves the credit. I’ve been wanting low-lights in my hair after high-lighting just a too much (I’m naturally dark brown with cool undertone and very long, think and frizzy) and I wanted the low lights to match the roots.
I did the hair test and went for a full hair colour and followed the questions that suited my natural colour. Slightly unsure if it would work. Got my dye kit very quickly in the post and there is so much product! Attention to detail and quality is lovely! (Also got my cap online). I love going to my hairdresser for a treat and always will, but from now on I’ll be using this for colour!
Results are in... I love it!!! I’ve been wanting this colour for years and can’t believe a box product worked wonders! Hair quality increased so much too! I will upload a photo in my next review, as I still have an extra dye to use for my next low lights! This is not like a regular off-the-shelf product and I can’t praise E-salon enough. As a first time user of their products, I can safely say I’ll be back.
I’m just about to re-order the Classic shampoo and conditioner as I want the colour to stay and keep my hair super soft!

I have never had a more natural looking color, or a hair color kit, that left my hair actually feeling healthier than before coloring. The color is perfect, and everyone asks "That's your natural hair color, isn't it?". My reply? "It was when I was 30. I wasn't sure at first after coloring at a salon for so many years but my color kit is awesome! My colorist really listened to my requests and made adjustments along the way to help cover stubborn greys. It's easy to apply with the enclosed instructions. Loving it!

I was hesitant to go back to coloring my hair on my own after some damage done when I was younger, but the pandemic put me in a spot where I had to go for it. I am so satisfied with the service and the colors that I have been sent, and the stylists are very responsive to messages to change tones and ideas. I use demi-permanant color and I feel as though I have a new head of hair. I am VERY impressed.

I decided to try the eSalon color because my stylist's color seems to wash off after a few shampoos. It has been 4 washes and the coverage is still great! I love the color! And more than that, the process was great. I really loved the instructions for reviving the color on the ends.

I don't color for a totally different look -- only to cover a few grays, add texture and spice up my natural color a bit.
eSalon's color is the best I've used since I had insider access to salon supplies quite a few years ago. The ability to tweak color is invaluable.

I was a little skeptical at first...waited about a week after I received the shipment to do my hair...I opened the box that was personalized and packaged just for me...I love the step by step instructions ...wow what an amazing look...I have tried several over-the-counter counter hair dyes and professional hair dyes and non of them compares to this...I would definitely continue to use eSalon...way to go...by the way I also love the liquid hair dye compare to the traditional tube

Love this color set ~ easy to use with paper instructions and then tutorials online for first-time at home users for tips on how to apply for visual learners like myself! Great gray coverage, and the shampoo and conditioner leave my hair shiny and healthy!

For years I have been coloring just my roots with drugstore box dye. I am a natural blond, but my hair texture has changed over the years as the greys have come in. The color overall was dull and lifeless. eSalon matched me with a beutiful light blond that covered the greys and brought back bounce and shine. Love it!

I love the products coming to my door - no more grabbing the box off of the shelf that looks close to what I got the last time. I even got a "thumbs up" from my hairdresser the day after I colored my hair.

As I'm 57, my light blond hair with red undertones was turning to a dull ash colour. Thank you for creating a lovely demi permanent blond coppertone for me. I'm so happy with my hair again!
P.s. also thank you for your good customer care service by sending a free of charge order when the first one was lost in the mail for 3 weeks from the UK to NL. To my surprise it arrived the same day as the backup order.

It was just what I wanted! It covered my gray, warmed my tone but kept the highlights....and so very easy to do!! I may go a touch darker in Fall. But I am so happy with it! It does not look like I did it myself.

I have used store brought coloring for years and it was always a chance at what color that box would bring. This is my first time using the Custom Color and for once I got the color I asked for. The color seems to be holding well so far. It was easy to use and did not seem to have a huge smell compared to the store coloring set. The instructions were easy to follow. The product did not seem to dry my hair out (I did purchase the Color care and Condition duo, which probably helped also) Have gotten good comments from others at how nice and healthy my hair looks. At this time I would recommend this Custom Color set.
