I love my custom color. I’m 47 and have never colored my hair until last year when I purchased my first color from your company. I’m a natural redhead and have just started to get not gray hair but a few white hairs and they were making me crazy. I was fearful of coloring my hair because I didn’t want it to look fake but no one can even tell. I cannot even tell, with the exception of all the white hairs now being gone! I love this whole system for coloring my grey hair. It looks totally natural and the weekly conditioner keeps it lasting till my 7th week of recovering. Better than any store bought hair color I have ever used......including Sally's Beauty supply stores. This is a MUST TRY system!!!

I love this, from start to end. Everyone has been wonderful, my hair does not get that dried over-processed feel after I use my custom color set. I have mentioned to my consultant that I would like to try a slight lighter shade and adjustments have already been made, fingers crossed because I was a little nervous about going lighter. The packaging is thought out nicely with personal touches, clear instructions, and another great touch is that you can watch how to videos. Honestly this has been a great service for me and I would recommend this service to anyone who dyes their hair. Thank you eSalon!

Not sure how you nailed it but the color was absolutely perfect. I just colored for the first time so excited to see how well it holds up. I had three complements my first day back at work after coloring. Not from co workers but patients who I have never met before. Now it’s been a few weeks I only have one issue. My hair isn’t as shiny as it usually is after coloring.

I have always box dyed as didn't think it was worth paying so much to get it professionally dyed, I tried this to see the difference and its amazing , great lasting colour with beautiful tones. I will never go back to shop bought box dye.

I changed my haircolor one shade darker and it turned out so beautiful. I know you might be thinking only one shade darker but my hair was lightest blonde (but looked white). I am very pleased.

My colorist did a mix of Medium Brown Violet. I really like how it turned out! The violet tones aren't really coming through too strongly, but the brassiness of my light brown/dark blond is completely gone! yay!!! I highly recommend purchasing the tools/cape to go with it. I've been using box dyes for years and never made much of a mess....but I decided to try the brush method and made a mess EVERYWHERE! Next time I will be using the cape, clips, bowl, etc.

Beautiful colour - covers all the grey and looks vibrant and healthy. I did use olaplex conditioner which really let the shine come out. Fantastic- my family thought I went to the hairdressers to get my hair done ✔

I've never enjoyed coloring my hair but I'm too vain to not cover the gray! :-) Store-bought products never quite gave me the results I wanted but they did cover the gray hair for a few weeks. My first order from eSalon was amazing! Just opening the box was like unwrapping a present! The packaging, the personal touches, the attention to detail (the little sticker to pin the instructions on the mirror!!) make what always felt like a chore now feel like a spa day. eSalon has filled a need I didn't even know I had!

I have tried a few different colours but this is the perfect one. The advice from the salon was great and they suggested my latest colour as they thought the one I was going to buy was too dark for my colouring. I am very happy with my order and with the results. I wrote that I wanted more vibrancy and I received two bottles, one for roots and one for the ends, which had darkened over time. It was not difficult to follow the directions for each and then blend the two in the end. The result was no more dark ends and a color I really like. Thank you!

This is the first colour that I never felt tingle my scalp and I had no itch afterwards either!
The colour is amazing great pay off and easy to put on. Very clear instructions.
It is watery compared to some dyes, so be extra careful that it doesn't splash or get someone else to put it on for you!

This product is easy to put on and doesn’t stain my bathroom when I make a mess. The color last pretty long and I mainly need to recolor because of mr roots showing not because of fading.

I have been trying for many months to get just the right color of strawberry blonde and nothing worked very well. I tried a glaze that left my roots uncolored, so I looked like I had striped hair! Nightmare! But this kit and color hit the target. Just what I wanted!! So happy I found you, eSalon!

Ich bin durch eine Werbeanzeige auf eSalon gestoßen und habe es ausprobiert. Meine Haarfarbe - Kupfergold - ist genau so geworden wie ich es mir gewünscht hatte. Daher werde ich das Abo weiter laufen lassen und probieren, ob es so bleibt. Bisher bin ich zufrieden.

Took a couple days to show it’s lovely golden color. As always with my hair, tends to be a bit reddish blonde at first. Patience and a wash or two and it has become the golden blonde I wanted. Nice, easy to use color kit!

I won’t lie… going into this, I was not very hopeful. I knew the dye was good however I didn’t expect it to be THAT good!! My colorist worked with me to find a color that not only made my hair look good, but also made my skin glow!!! Plus the process was so incredibly easy!!! Everything is super self explanatory and simple. I can not express my love for this color and company enough!!

exactly right for my complexion due to it being custom made, easy to follow instructions and the shampoo and conditioner are lovely are a lovely rich lather! all in all really pleased and lots of compliments, what more could you ask for. Highly recommend.

Alright, I tried it again. Last time my hair was destroyed. It turned purple! Took me months and money to get it back to one color, and back to blond. But decided to give it one more chance and I love it now! Worked great as an all over color! Was easier to use and didn't smell. I Have restarted the auto ship program.

Loved the whole process. First, the kit has really cute packaging with everything you need (including stain protector). The instructions are easy to follow and most importantly the colour is highly pigmented, goes a long way and doesn't have a really harsh smell. By far the best at home colouring I've done, and any spills I made cleaned up really easily, especially on my skin. E-salon was kind enough to provide me with a complimentary hair tint in order for my very light blonde hair to successfully reach a rich level 6 brown. The lady who phoned me for my consultation was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company and will be using again in the future. This kit saved me over $150 if I had gone to the salon. Thank you for the wonderful experience and results!

I am absolutely ecstatic with the colour result. I am massively picky when it comes to hair colour, and have attempted this particular shade of red numerous times, that even hairdressers haven't managed to achieve, yet it has been created here by people who have never even seen my hair in person.
Not only that, the service provided from the general support chat, and specifically from the colourist herself, has been impeccable, and they showed so much patience with my picky attitude ahah
This service is an absolute game changer, and I'm just gutted that I didn't know about it before.
