I have been a subscriber to eSalon since 2014 and have coaxed several friends to go onboard. We love it! It is convenient and the service is top notch. I have very little gray (sporadic hairs at my temple) and match my hair color. The color is a perfect match and I can get several uses out of one set. That fact, makes my specialized color a bargain and not a splurge. I was impressed when my colorist reached out and had me update my profile, since it had been a long time since subscribing. Yes, some things have changed...I'm rocking my curls, I am using natural products and still only covering minimal grays, the recommendation was for a much more hair healthy semi-permanent hair color and an option eSalon now offers. Service excellence.

When I turned 60, I thought I deserved color at my Aveda salon. It was okay but didn't not come close to my eSalon color. After a year and tons of money spent at the salon, I went back to eSalon and I couldn't be happier! My experiment is over!

I have to say trying this at home on my own, I was a little anxious. I am so glad, so happy and so wowed!!! I'm definitely going to continue to use. I really appreciated the email updates received that included right from the purchase to delivery. When my kit came and I excitedly opened it, the personalizaled note to me was a nice touch and it came with everything needed. Prior to purchasing, I submitted a pic of my hair so the Colour Mastery could best match what I had wanted to achieve and had been assigned to "Sarah". You nailed it gal! I love love love the colour :) Definitely love the product, great instruction included and going to continue using eSalon in future. Thank you :)

Ordering from eSalon saves me a lot of time and effort and my hair quality is not compromised. During lockdown I had to buy off the shelf products and the result showed. Then I came across eSalaon and I honestly haven't looked back. My hair is dark so it's easy to manage and the warm undertones in the color I choose are really rich. I now only go to the salon for cuts and will continue to use your products. Also, I love the packaging :)

I am so happy I found eSalon - I have only a single color but I have very stubborn greys. I actually was complimented on my hair color saying it was 'such a beautiful rich brown'. Also, with the higher quality base developer, there is no irritation.

My color is light brown mahogany copper
I cannot tell you how much I love this color. I have been trying to achieve this for years: at the salon, using other hair color delivery devices, etc.
It never came out right and I was always disappointed.
My very first color formulation had a roots and ends refresher and my hair looks incredible. Like I would expect after paying hundreds of dollars at a salon.
I am so, so happy with my color and all the other products I have tried so far.

I’ve been using eSalon for a few years and I love my color every time I do it. I’ve been to the salon 2x since I started using it and I’ve regretted both times. I wanted a bayalage but the color was never right. I went recently and I was mortified how it turned out. Luckily I had a delivery at home. I consulted a rep and it turned out perfect. I love the customer service as well. $210 vs less than $30. I’ll never get color done in a salon again.

Ich habe Mittelblond gewählt und die Farbe entsprach genau meinen Vorstellungen. Es wurde genau auf meine Bedürfnisse angepasst. Graue Haare wurden perfekt abgedeckt und das Haar fühlt sich gesund an. Früher hatte ich da eher Probleme und auch schon mit Haarausfall zu kämpfen. Bin froh endlich den richtigen Anbieter gefunden zu haben.

My color which had been good for a long time was starting to look a little drab. I asked for an adjustment and just did the color this morning. Wie schon gesagt ich hatte bedenken, ob es wirklich meine Farbe ist etc.... obwohl ich eigentlich schon mutige bin diesbezüglich- aber okay, war so aber nun habe ich es gemacht. Und was soll ich sagen meine Farbe ist eine wahre Pracht!!!!!!!!!!
Kein Vergleich zu den Drogerie-Produkten.
Also habt Mut und ihr werdet begeistert sein.

Just wanted to let you know that I really like the color you sent. Also the shampoo and conditioner are really nice. I couldn't believe how little it takes to go a long way!!! My hair is shiny and soft, seems to be less frizz also. I'm so glad I decided to try eSalon. I am looking forward to my tray kit and clips that are coming next, I think they will really help with the coloring set up. Thank you for all the great videos to give us ideas on how to make coloring easier.

When my package arrived it was packaged well with care. I read through the instructions each step of the way and managed to use the colour without too much mess. When I put the colour on my hair I thought it was going to be too dark x worried the re growth would not match the existing colour that had outgrown. It was 6 months since my last hair salon visit and could not justify the cost . Well I have to say I am chuffed to bits with the results however I do miss some strands of grey even though I took my time and thought I covered it evenly. It’s not that noticeable though. I have since adjusted my colour slightly. As I missed some grey at the top? Would my new colour on next order cover the grey I missed and blend well with my first purchased colour. Overall really pleased and well worth the money. Shame I don’t save some formula to cover my missed greys can you help???

Wow, I absolutely love the color! My hair is normally pretty dry, especially after a color treatment- yet, my hair seems healthy, shiny and soft after coloring! Plus, ALL my gray is covered. I’m thrilled!

I think eSalon does an excellent job of personalizing the color you want. From the adding a picture optionz to sending notes to your stylist, it's cheaper than going to the salon, yet salon quality results for your hair! My results were amazing, even & the shade I wanted! They even give you instructions to stick to your mirror or wherever! They thought of everything; a color brush, an application bottle, gloves, stain cream for before coloring, to prevent AND after just in case & they even put your name on the color bottle! I'd recommend eSalon if you're confident doing your own hair at home!! Love it!

Estoy muy feliz con mi nuevo color, aunque me hubiese gustado un poco más claro. Ahora tengo mi pelo de mi color natural. Estoy complacida porque con ayuda de los videos pude lograr una uniformidad en todo mi cabello, y otra cosa que quiero agregar es que los productos son de muy buena calidad, me gusto mucho el shampoo y enjuague. I love your products and tell anyone looking to color their hair to try eSalon products. Like some of the other reviews though, I noticed this last color didn't last as long. I am certainly trying again because as I said, I love your products and they are easy to use at home. Even professional stylists have commented on my amazing color and tone. They thought I was lying when I stated that I color my own hair. Hoping this last time was a fluke.

Ottimo prodotto, a parte tempi attesa, basta fare ordine in tempo.
I capelli sono morbidi, lucenti cosa che amo, non mi piacciono spendi o secchi come vedo in giro, facile da applicare e risultato stupendo, a parte la prima volta che ho sbagliato ordinare colore, però risultato SUBLIME.

I love my new Salon colour! It’s so quick and touch ups are really easy with the brush. It lasts much longer than an over the counter colour. Only downside is I want a clear gloss to keep my mid lengths and ends top-top but you only currently offer a colour option. Come on ESalon this would be a great addition to your customers??

I was finished coloring my hair at home. None of the brands available from store lasted. The color on my gray always faded fast. I can't afford a salon I was finished throwing my money down the drain. THIS E-SALON COLOR IS THE BEST! It's been 6 weeks & no fade. Gray is same as rest of hair. I'm hooked. I'm an eSalon satisfied customer.

I'm so thrilled with my decision to try eSalon. I was using a different custom color online company I loved the color provided, but noticed the prices kept raising and my last color with them left me with an allergic reaction. I answered the questions and sent a photo of my current color that I love and eSalon matched it perfectly! I am absolutely a convert.

Ich habe gerade die Haare gefärbt und ich muss sagen …. Einfach genial. Ich war zuvor beim Friseur und wollte schöne dunkelbraune Haare haben ohne rotstich … es kam alles anders als das was ich wollte. I like the color set very much. Great color and leaves my hair soft. I used the set 2 times and it does not seem to dry out or damage my hair. Very pleased. Still working on creating the exact shade and gray coverage I would like to achieve with the colorist.
