A few disasters (of my own making) but I loved it!!

Pamper night was as good a night as any. Assumed it was to be used on dry, dirty hair but it took a quick search of the website to confirm (my box dye was apply to clean hair). Loved all the boxes, tubes and sachets. Also loved the little lid on the shaking bottle. Applied the stain preventer, separated hair into debatable quarters and went for it with the root colour. No problem!! Easiest hair dye ever!! Then noticed the 2nd bottle which I had assumed was for a re-touch was actually for mid length and ends. Ok, that's fine. Put the stuff in the bottle and started shaking. Didn't check for a lid, I mean why would I!! Needless to say you are supposed to use the lid from the first bottle. KEEP THIS IN MIND. Texted husband about the orange dots on the ceiling, walls, floor and everything else in the immediate vicinity. 2nd lot went off ok apart from missing the patch by the front of my ears, both ears (only noticed next morning). A new one on me is where you then fill up the dye bottle with the rest of the dye in it with water and mix. (I put my finger on the end!!) However what really got me (if you have read this far) is that you are told to put Ur head back and pour the bottle of mixed dye and water on the hair and hairline etc for the shine. I am in the house on my own, I am also nearly 50. There is no WAY I am doing the gymnastic type bend I need to do, to get my head back over the sink OR bath!! So bright idea, I will lay down in the empty bath on my back and do it that way and it will be fine. Now the bath we have at home is your finest 70's avocado and narrow. I'm not exactly skinny so it was a pretty tight fit (I had my head under the taps) poured all the stuff over and massaged it in and it was quite thick so I had a lot left coating my hands. Then I tried to get up ... Not happening. I was wedged in the bath with my hands and my head covered in dye and I was doing the stranded tortoise!! I tried flipping myself up with my upper body, I tried rolling. Nothing

I was afraid the color would come out too dark like Madison Reed's color did. This color came out perfect. I received wonderful compliments the next day on my color. No one could believe I had done it myself. Of course, E-Salon gets the credit for a wonderful product. I told everyone about this online company.

I started using this hair colour during the covid 19 pandemic for the convenience of having it delivered to me. I have used it ever since! The condition of my hair is amazing, so strong and shiny. I get no banding or colour build up. The colour is never too dark either so no waiting for it to wash out a bit like I used to with box colours and it fades out in a flattering way. The colourists are very knowledgeable and have helped me with any queries. I will continue to use eSalon for my hair as I receive so many compliments!

I am over joyed with my color selection with gray hair at the roots I either purchased too black or too dark brown light. I love the golden tone. I have never in my life been so happy with a hair coloring treatment. I have very fine sensitive hair! The coloring was so on point and that fabulous leave in conditioner YES YES! I am all step up for my auto shipment! I am a very satisfied customer. Not so mad about going gray anymore and having to color my hair. I will let you know how long it last! I hope the whole four weeks.

Mein stark geschädigtes Haar sieht nach nur eine Anwendung viel gepflegter aus. Ich wünschte mir ein natürliches blond und ich bin von dem Ergebnis begeistert. Da ich auf die meisten Colorationen aus dem Handel allergisch reagiere, war die Auswahl für mich nie groß und meine Haarstruktur litt, auch nach schwerer Krankheit. Ganz anders mit dieser Haarfarbe: kein brennen, kein jucken und keine Rötungen. Ich bleibe definitiv dabei. Vielen lieben Dank an Katharina.

Bin sowas von glücklich mit der Farbe Schokobraun.
Hat perfekt abgedeckt, selbst am Ansatz sieht man keine Farbunterschiede zum Übergang in die Längen!
Dies war bei Colorationen aus der Drogerie immer das sogenannte Weh-Wehchen. Man hatte ie einen perfekten Übergang der Ansatz war immer heller, trotz längerer Einwirkzeit als in den Längen!
Ich weiß das ich auch in Zukunft meine Coloration hier bestelle!
Das har sieht gesund aus und fühlt sich sehr gut an!

I was nervous using a different colour, but after trying numerous brands and still having a copper tinge to my dark brown, I thought, 'why not, what's to lose'. I love the colour, the process of choosing a colour that you want meant that I got the colour that's right for me. I have the matte dark brown hair I have always wanted with no red, my hair is smooth, soft, and my greys are gone. Salon dye for shop prices. Why not.

The first colour I ordered wasn’t quite right, so I spoke to one of the colourists and they suggested some changes, I’ve just used it and it is PERFECT!! It’s literally the colour I have been searching for for years and I’m absolutely delighted!!!

Loved how my order came package felt so much nicer than a ordinary box dye. The colour is perfect and so far very happy now to just wait and see if my greys stay covered as normal box dyes don’t cover my greys well but takes a few washes to be able to tell

Love the color. My hair grows fast and the gray is primarily at the hairline. The gray reappears around my face within a week and at 3 weeks, it becomes quite visible. I require the touch up in Medium brown, which isn't available. I am not inclined to reorder at 3 week intervals.

I normally don't write reviews, unless I'm reaaaaaaly impressed, and I'm absolutely blown away with this product. My hair is fine, thing, brittle, can't handle anything apart from washing. Any other brand hair dye will snap most of my hair 4 cm from scalp... But not this one, it's so gentle and my hair didn't notice any chemical influence on them. Also great bonus it's didn't strain my skin at all. Shampoo and conditioner is also something magical, I want to buy full size of them. I'm in love with this product 😍 and very happy I found something from my problematic hair.

I was so nervous about trying a darker shade for the first time, but it turned out great!! Beautiful highlights and low lights, and that SHINE!! I'm going to try a slightly lighter color next time, then decide which look is my favorite. Asking for a slight adjustment to my color was SO EASY to do online with eSalon's colorists!! I cannot wait until it's time to color my hair again!! I LOVE the shampoo and conditioner too!! My hair is so soft and healthy without that weird "spa" smell. Thank you, eSalon!!

I have never been happy with a hair color product - ever ! Until now. They matched my color perfectly, gave me advice, and it looks so natural. It did not sting or smell bad, it didn’t turn my hair orange, and it completely covered the gray ! I am so happy with this product - I really never even leave feedback but thought I would help others if they had any doubt about trying it- 100% completely satisfied !!!

Never again will I spend $200+ to get my hair colored. 30 mins and I can do it myself with better results. I answered a few questions and sent a picture. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Bei handelsüblichen Haarfarben hatte ich immer das Problem, dass die Haare nach dem Färben nicht wie gewünscht Hellbraun waren sondern schwarz und zudem immer abgebrochen sind. Hier ist das anders. Die Haare sind Hellbraun, sie brechen nicht ab und haben einen unwahrscheinlich schönen Glanz. Es sieht sehr natürlich aus und der Geruch ist auch angenehm und keinesfalls zu chemisch. Die Anwendung wird gut erklärt und ist sehr einfach. Alles perfekt.

Firstly the way the colour is presented is fabulous the box looks great with everything you will need set out. I love how the instructions are personalised they are clear and detailed with how to apply to the roots and then colour bottle 2 to your ends, the colour is easy to mix and apply and the results are amazing it really looks like a professional has done it , I wanted a slight adjustment to be made to my colour for my next order and the ease of that process to contact and tell them what I want and get a detailed response within a few hours telling me what adjustments they have made is such a good service, I am honestly so glad I have found this company , it is brilliant

I am so picky about hair color and products. This is the best. Started using in 2019 and has been a game changer ever since. Pros at esalon customize and you can even include pics so they can dial in the color just for you. Highly recommend.

I really liked how easy it was to use. It came with simple instructions. The color I chose was exactly what I asked for and turned out great when finished coloring. I really love this service and my color. When I get a haircut I get compliments on my color. It almost totally matches my original color.
Having grey now does come with adjustments. Age of course plays a part too.

Zum ersten Mal, dass meine Haarfarbe 4 Monate hält ohne zu verblassen. Natürlich konnte ich mit dieser Farbe meine grauen Haare vollständig färben, so dass ich total zufrieden bin. Meine Haare sind gesund und haben keine Anzeichen von Trockenheit oder Schäden durch die Färbung.

I am really pleased with my customised hair colour from the first time . I then asked for a slight adjustment of a bit more gold tones and have just applied this colour. Absolutely perfect ! Thanks esalon! The condition of my hair after the colour is excellent and the shampoo and conditioner they give with the kit is luxurious.

I was pleasantly surprised with the packaging and the results! The hair looks very natural, old highlights and the bits of the grey are coloured nicely, everything is blended together.
