Very sceptical after a friend recommended, went online followed the vey easy process to get the right colour, sent a picture, arrived a few days later, opened and followed instructions to the letter, what took a hairdresser 5 hours to do, in just over an hour salon results. I have very thick hair and very long so as it’s my first time I took my time when the 35 minutes was up I looked in the mirror thought that hasn’t worked but continued with the final steps so pleased I did all I can say is wow, the colour the shine, the softness absolutely blown away no more 5 hours for me, Esalon for means no more juggling appointments, no more weeks with roots. Just healthy beautiful hair.
Highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

I love my color! My colorist has really listened to what I want, and it has been achieved. Added it with the Highlight Kit and it gave me the perfect icy blonde color for summer.

Color match was perfect. Amazing as high priced salons have not been able to match. Now to see how long it lasts. But so far extremely satisfied. Easy application my teenage daughters enjoyed helping and were impressed with the color match.

I love how healthy my hair feels after my custom coloring. I've never used a brush before and it definitely made a difference with accuracy and saturation. The color wasnt exactly what i wanted but I'm sure it's just a matter of adjusting it a little. Thanks Sylvia.

I was skeptical to do this since I’ve never done my own hair. But I thought I’d give it a shot and I’m so glad I did! I only color my roots, so matching my hair color was scary but it came out great! They matched my hair color perfectly! I will absolutely continue to use this. The instructions were so easy to follow and going through the process of picking a shade was super easy.

Love the color the stylus nailed it it's exactly what I wanted and my hair feels soft not damaged like it usually does after I dye it from the other boxed dyes this is the best dye I ever got I'm extremely happy 💛

Ich war sehr skeptisch, jedoch wurde ich eines besseren belehrt. Die Farbe ist perfekt und hält was sie verspricht. Die Anwendung war leicht durchzuführen und somit bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von der Haarfarbe und der einfachen Anwendung Ich habe lange nach einer passenden Haarfarbe gesucht und hätte nicht gedacht das es so gut funktioniert. Kann esalon nur weiterempfehlen.

This was my first order with esalon and I am SO IMPRESSED! The color is beautiful, it doesn't stink, shipping was quick and my hair feels so nice after the coloring. They were also very quick to respond when I realized my address was wrong and changed it quickly so I would get my order on time.

The colour i choose was Medium Blonde i was going from a Champagne Blonde, and what i wanted was a toned down medium blonde with some warmth but not as much. The colourist took into account what i wanted and listened to what i wrote on my details and formulated a lovely gorgeous medium blonde. I have had lots of compliments!. The colour proper suits my complexion and eyes and even gives me a bit of a glow in my face. Its deffnitely worth giving this a go if you are thinking about it just do it :) and its so much more cheaper than going to the salons, and just as good as getting it done in the salons. X

I just wish I would have visited your website long before. Definitely got too say you ladies are fantastic!!! Instructions and videos make the whole process so much easier and the results I definitely can say I love love love the way my hair looks feels so beautiful. 🩷 I'm going to follow up with future purchases. My friend introduced me to E-salon and I love this site, I believe the dye is better than what you buy in the store and SO much cheaper than a salon. They have been great about adjusting my color as needed.

I am quite pleased and comfortable telling folks about this product. The coverage in general and specially with greys was better than anticipated. The thick creme-like formula is good, because there is absolutely no dripping of hair dye. I am a brunette with golden highlights. I do go out in the sun and the color just got a bit lighter without the horrible brassey reds that I do not want. I have bought it again, and if I need to tweak the formula - they are quite professional about that as well. The packaging is great with a personal flair! I do recommend this product.

The color matched me perfectly! It gave me color and vibrancy, and complimented my skin tone. I went from Drab to Fab! I loved the formula, no smell, no dripping, no hot roots. My hair came out better after the process than before. No hair loss, no harsh chemicals, the shine and depth of color is amazing. I have had no color fade! The communication from a REAL stylist was spot on. They answered me promptly, and were very helpful. That personal touch made me very confident about this process. May I thank you all 100%! I LOVED my color and the packaging was so sweet because it was personalized just for me. The instructions were very easy to follow and there was plenty of color even though my hair is just below my shoulders. No nasty odor and my hair was Rediculously soft and shiny! I cannot WAIT to color my hair again, because I know exactly what to expect...perfection at an affordable price!!!

In my 69 years I've never colored my hair, until a few months ago. I wasn't thrilled with the result, so thought I would try eSalon. I am so happy! I always thought black hair dyed, was too stark without a small variation in color. I used my first eSalon color last night, it's amazing. I am super picky. Before coloring my hair, I didn't have too much gray, but as I got older my super straight hair turned frizzy, especially the gray. The eSalon color is perfect, and my hair is super shiny and straight. I am a fan. Thanks so much.

I ordered my kit mos ago and was too nervous to try it. My dilemma was the timing of my sons wedding. I did not want to pay for an extra coloring at my salon but could never have made it all the way til the end of July. I remembered my kit and decided to try it. OMG!!! It’s flipping beautiful! I totally LOVE the color - it’s so perfect I’m literally going to order another and just start doing my own coloring!!! My husband can help me with the back of my head. I am truly in awe. Was easy, the Color looks so natural of Dark Brown. Color Shines, doesn't wash out fast or Bleed off by Sweating. I Love the Touch up Color Refresher to use twice a Week to keep Brassiness Away & Color Rich it Works Well ,too! I Do think it's Pretty similar to what I was using g by Clairol, little more Natural looking plus having the Color Refresher to use "between Shampoo & my Conditioner. " I Do tho k the Future prices are little High forme at $34.00.. I'd pay 25.00 w' tax etc every 2 months for Your Color Kit, but I DONT Need the Color done every 6 Weeks tho. I only Color e wry 2 to 2 1/2 months. Please change how Often it's sent. I'm Disabled & Hope You have a Lower Price for my Fixed income. I understand if You Can't, but may not be able to continue auto Shipments for very long if You Can't.. I m going to tell my 42 yr old Daughter about this product. I think k She would Like this Also...Thanks for the Great Natural looking Color !

I have red/copper hair which is very difficult. My stylist nailed it this time. My hair does not cover well. I have different shades of red, copper and toss in a little blond. The products are very well packaged, with great easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions and as for the little sticker in the box, brilliant idea. When you set up before colouring your hair it feels like you're having a day at the salon everything your need in one nice box. I've been struggling with my grey roots for the last 3 years or so and used store-bought dye which worked but I felt I was still fighting my roots within a couple of weeks. I decided to give E Salon ago. They have nailed my hair colour and I couldn't be happier. My first order was a good colour but I wanted just a hint of red so I sent my instructions to the colourist and she or he got it spot on. Whoever you are thank you so much. I hope whoever is reading this that you have the same good experience as I did, I won't be buying hair colour or products from anywhere else. Go ahead and give ESalon a whirl.

I am so grateful to have this service, especially as someone who had virgin hair at the age of 37 and has no idea what they are doing and didn't know my options for dying my hair. I cant rave enough about not only the products but the customer service & my personal Colorest. They're all EXCELLENT. I use to get my hair colored at a salon but due to changes with my finances I was forced to give up that luxury so I figured I would try this company. I'm so glad I did. I will never go back to paying a salon when this product has over exceeded my expectations.
