The medium brown (copper with a hint of golden) color is a little too dark for me. Would've probably like it better if it had been medium brown (golden with a hint of copper) color.

I love the color but would like just a touch less red color in it. Maybe a little more of the golden. But overall, the color is beautiful. Would it be possible to keep the color as is and just order a golden tint to go with it?

I requested a lighter formula for my hair color to begin to blend in with my natural gray. The color is great. I feel that the colorist gave me very clear instructions to color my roots first and the rest of my hair at the end of processing time.
My only regret is now my husband says I look like an old woman. I don't agree with him.

PRO'S: THE ORDERING PROCESS WAS SIMPLE, DELIVERY WAS ON TIME AND PACKAGED WELL. PRODUCT WORKS BETTER THAN STORE BOUGHT AND IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE sALONS. COVERED MY EXTREME RESISTANT GREY BETTER THAN ANYTHING IVE TRIED IN MANY YEARS.
CONS: JUST BARLEY ENOUGH TO COVER ALL OF MY SHOULDER LENGTH HAIR SO IT IS NOT AS AFFORDABLE AS YOU FIRST WOULD EXPECT. COLOR WAS TOO DARK FOR ME AND HAD HOPED IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE MULTIFACETED. UNABLE TO PROVIDE LIGHTER COLORS AT THIS TIME.

I love the color and many friends have commented on how good and natural it looks.
I do not like that when you first use it it leaves your hair greasy. It takes me three washes to get it out.

So the last shipment was modified because I wanted a more golden tone. There were two bottles included. I am hoping the color will be missed together in the next shipment and this will be my final mixture

There's only one thing that I didn't like about the hair color and that would be that it doesn't cover my gray hairs for more than a week or two, even with waiting a day or two between washing my hair and using a good color treatment shampoo and conditioner.

Before they shipped the color I picked out the contacted me to advise the color I chose might be too dark for me. They tweaked my choice and the color is what I would call cherry coke colored. It's beautiful.

I love everything about this product but the smell....it smells harsh.....when I go to the salon they use a product that is vegan and has no harsh smell.....the results are good I just am curious if they could not find something healthier to use??

I wasn't pleased with my first order. I wanted a light strawberry blonde but it turned out red. Y'all sent a complimentary light blonde. I put it on my hair today and I love it!!!! I want to resign up for esalon!!!

I like this color much better than the first. Plus, it was easier for me to apply. I guess experience helps. The only problem is I wish it lasted longer.

I ordered this color for my daughter who lives off the coast of India. Haircolor is not an item that she can purchase locally, and when she does purchase it, the quality is horrible!!!
She was in for a visit and I ordered the e-salon color for her. She loved it!!! I have to have it shipped to me, and then have it sent to her approx. twice a year. (multiple boxes) She tells me that the color, shine and gray coverage is GREAT!!!
My hair is completely gray, so thinking maybe I should order some for myself too!

I received s package that was leaking and I received 2 pks within a few days of each other. The company fixed my problem and all was well! I love the hair products and how my hair shines. I have saved a ton of money by not going to the salon.

I liked the colour although there was a pretty significant difference between the root colour and length colour- that could have been my mistake though. I just have too much hair (length and volume) to really be able to do this by myself

I LOVE THE COLOR BUT I GENERALLY GET MY HAIR COLORED EVERY 6 WEEKS IM AT 4 WEEKS AND HAIR NEEDS TO BE DONE AGAIN HAVING TO MOVE UP MY DELIVERY WHICH IM NOT SURE IS GOING TO BE LESS EXPENSIVE IN THE LONG RUN

The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because I wasn't happy with the color this time. Love the product and the way it makes my hair feel vs other products I have tried. This time the color wasn't as deep red as I was looking for. While try to adjust before next order

I love the color but it just doesn't seem to cover the gray very well. I put it one the roots for a lot longer than the rest but after a few washes the gray is peeking through in places.

eSalon products cover my grey completely. The POS system to handle orders and payment is efficient and easy to use. However, my current health status does not allow me to apply the product easily and obtain a result I am happy with.

I do like this red but I want redder. The color is very even and you can look at my hair and say "Yep, she's a red-head" so I've obviously gotten away from the boring brown finally.

Love the color you mixed for me! Leaves my hair soft and shiny. The problem is me. In the third step, applying the remainder of the color in the shower, somehow I always make a mess. Color flies all over the place. This time I stained the shower curtain for good

There product is good, but I thought that the color would last longer then the store bought one that I used to purchase, but it doesn't. If it's going to last the same amount of time, then why spend more money for this product when I can spend less for the same thing. Just saying.

Will not let it sit so long on roots. Maybe cut time on roots two minutes or so. Was a tiche brassy at first but only right at the roots. Other than that it was a beautiful color and took me right back to my natural color. Covered my gray very well.

I love the finished product as far as the color goes but I don't like how it effects my hair. After a few days my hair feels like straw. I bought these shampoo and conditioners to try to alleviate this feeling.

Just used 6 weeks ago my husband, mom, and daughter all complimented me on the color. They are the three harshest critics I know and that says a lot. The color is very close to my original young adult virgin hair color.

I loved how soft and healthy my hair looked after using this product, I liked the color but it was a little dark. Next time I am ordering a level down. Overall I loved it!

today second time I opened a box for today coloring and inside was brown mess spills something from hard to define which bottle. The package was from March and was waiting to be used in moment when I do not have any. Fortunately I have one more from April and it was good. Since it was the second time happening, I have an idea, I will keep the packages waiting in standing from now, and you may think about sending them standing, not horizontal. And it could be a problem with the seal on the bottles..
I am sure I am not the one chosen to have it happen, that is why now I have one extra, just in case.
Please not take it as a critique, I am very happy to buy your products and I love it.
I wish you be forever or at least until I decide to go gray, not new yet

My hair color matched exactly. I am not so good with applying it so some white did not get covered quality at least matches what I've had in the past cost is similar to a box from the store and it is much more convenient. I just need to work on my application skill

The last shipment was more reddish. I changed from my 1st order to a reddish brown. This last order was my third bottle. It seemed darker than my second bottle which was modified from the first. Not sure if it went back to the original. But I liked the second bottle best.

At first didn't like it because I didn't think it was noticeable, but of course we are our own worst critics. After I did a blowout, I loved the tone in my hair and how it shined. Might end up sticking with this color for a while and then try a more copper or red tone to change things up a bit.

This color requires a little more work than the drugstore product I was using. And I miss the "comb" applicator. But the quality and depth of the color are so much better. And my hair is shinier and healthier. I bought some of the other stuff in a recent "emergency" and was so disappointed. Now I wouldn't use anything else.
