Soweit ist die Farbe super geworden keine allergische Reaktionen gehabt.Aber ich habe die Farbanwendung mit der Flasche aufgetragen.Mit dem Pinsel trage ich die Farbe nicht so gerne auf . Ein Punkteabzug gibt es bei mir für den Geruch der Farbe da sollte man etwas ändern.

I do like the colour, just perfect shade, however my hair feels more tired now and dry. At the same time now matter how much I rinse, even after a few weeks worth of washes - the hair colour still keeps leaving stains on my towels.

At first, the color was a pretty dark brown, then about a week later it moved to reddish tones. I got the tint rinse knowing my hair tends to get reddish which I hate. But that tint rinse didn't make any difference. A few weeks after I colored, the color settled into a nice medium brown and really looks good. I'll keep ordering and trying to mitigate the reddish tones.

Mit dem Farbton bin/war ich erst nach 2 Wochen sehr zufrieden. Direkt nach dem Färben ist er sehr dunkel, das zimtige und goldene tritt erst nach mehreren Wäschen hervor. Die Farbe sollte also in Zukunft etwas heller werden. Die Option mit Strähnchen aufzuhellen, sagt mir allerdings nicht zu bzw. ich traue es mir nicht zu, es selbst zu tun. Schade ist, dass die grauen Haare im Stirn- /Schläfenbereich schon nach 2 Wochen wieder zum Vorschein kamen. Da müsste m.E. etwas verändert werden.

Followed directions perfectly, step by step, very carefully. The color was beautiful. Looked great. However the gray around my temples and forehead started showing after just one week. When I have my hair colored professionally, coverage can last up to 6 or 7 weeks, sometimes more. I was disappointed as I really wanted to love this brand and stick with it forever. I’d recommend esalon to others simply because it’s a great concept and far better than the boxed brands. It might work better and longer for other customers.

Easy to handle. Liked the color until I realized there was a yellowish tone. Wrote to eSalon, they changed it and now it is perfect. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my schedule because they are charging custom duties now. Makes a plus of about 10 Euro. Altogether 30 Euro. This is too expensive, I can have my hair dyed at the hairdresser's for the same amount. It's a pity though.

I had some difficulty mixing in the bottle. A large clump got caught at the top and it was difficult to mix it thoroughly. The final color was a little lighter than I thought it would be, and it didn't cover the grays very well at my temples.

This hair color worked way better than the others on the market. Better coverage, just as easy to use, and true to color. I just wish they included a cap while the color is processing. That would make it much easier. Think about including it...........would only cost penny's to do.

The process was easy and the colour looked amazing - all in the comfort of my own home. Only disappointment was that it took 2 weeks to receive my colour after ordering (however, I live in Australia). I have kept this in mind for my next delivery and have increased the frequency from every 8 weeks to every 6 weeks.

I really love the color they worked out for me as well as the highlights. I had my daughter apply both following your instructions. The only problem is that my hair started falling off after three weeks. I had my thyroid checked and it came back okay, so I’m putting my order on hold for now. I wonder if others have had this problem before.

I've taken one star off because I was hoping for an Ash brown but unfortunately got a chestnut brown. It's a pretty colour but not what I was after. Perhaps my hair throughs out reds when it's dyed. So I'm back to the drawing board to find my perfect Ash brown! Lovely packaging and personalised products 😍

I went to use my hair color and the color was tinged w/white and had a cloudy appearance. I checked to see if the bottle was damaged but it was unopened and intact. It was unusable. I needed to cover my gray that day because I had a special event to attend. I was forced to go out and purchase a boxed color. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper.

Found the colour I love 💕. The mix is great thick and easy to apply. However, this time it did not cover all my greys at the front , will need to leave in a little longer. Whether these are extra stubborn unsure .

The colors are nice. Doesn’t leave your head itchy or hair feeling like straw. I deducted 1 star for the crappy instructions and the lack of actual communication. The instructions and communication seemed like the customer service person just simply read and posted from a preset menu. The instructions I was given were incorrect for what I needed as well.

Hallo Team von eSalon, leider funktioniert es nicht so wie ich es gerne hätte, vielleicht nehmen meine Haare die Farbe nicht an, wollte Goldblond mit einen Touch von Honig. Habe mich genau an die Anleitung gehalten, aber vielleicht sind die letzten 5 Minuten etwas zu kurz.
Ich finde es nicht so schlimm, da obwohl nicht direkt die gewünschte Farbe, wirkt mein Haar frischer und lebendiger als vorher. Werde aber wieder Goldblond mit etwas Honigfarbe 🍯 bestellen. Wenn es soweit ist melde ich mich, lasse dann die statt 5 Minuten länger einwirken. Ich möchte nicht zu oft färben, tu mir auch immer schwerer.

I found it so easy to use but my problem is the roots around face doesn't hold its colour.but the rest is fab and it shines and soft.The rest hasn't need any colour but still love how easy it is to use .Also you can say when you want it sent and how often and you can put it on hold .It is up to you

After several adjustments and conversations with a few colorists since last year, I'm finally getting my desired hair color. Part of this was that the very first color mix was lost in translation and all the others were adjustments in trying to make the proper correction. Now I can finally say I am beginning to achieve my initial desired results. It took a long time so it's very important initially to ask the colorist lots of questions and make sure you're both on the same page.

I have used my custom color twice now followed all the instructions provided. I like the color mixture but I do not feel it is covering all my gray. I may need to go darker but I am not sure what the answer is to this.

I am not sure what happened, but I just put color on my hair four days ago. I have been very happy with my color, however, this time the mixture did not darken my hair at all. When I shampooed it off, the color was as light as it was before I applied the color. Do you have any idea why this would happen?

First color was ok but flat and not what I wanted. Second kit with color adjustment along with the highlights turned out perfect!! So be patient. It may take a couple of cycles to get it just right.

Don't even think about it. Don't buy hair color from a box. Box color is like trying to paint a Monet with a box of crayons. E Salon gives better advice for your hair than your stylist does. You can call them and they will help you find exactly what works for you. Don't pay salon prices, either. Take yourself to dinner with that money. Your hair will be so pretty while you eat your filet.

I was hesitant to try eSalon at first. I figured it would be pretty much like my usual boxed haircolor...I was pretty WRONG! Thankgoodness too! I had to have neurosurgery and had my head shaved. My hair came back in a reddish brown, fell out, and then came back in dark brown with gray splotches. Nothing cool like Corella Deville, more like her pups! My hair is thick and the stubborn grays are actually more white, and I could NEVER get them to cover! Now I can! Now my hair is brown all over, looks and feels healthy, is super shiny, and doesn't fade away and turn red after several washes. It matches my skin tone too and I don't look washed out. People have complimented me looking good, cute haircut, well rested, (ha) but nobody guesses it's the haircolor. That's just fine with me! Thanks so much! :)

I really love the color, but unfortunately it didn’t stick well to my hair. I have spots of blonde that showed up after a couple of weeks, which is disappointing. But even still, I will be buying the color again! It’s so pretty!
