We had missed a small, but noticeable section
abt 2 “ above my ear from the hairline to behind my ear!!! I called, expecting to pay for a new kit. Instead I was sent another kit by priority to correct the mistake. So impressed. Also whomever I speak with, is always so gracious and full of great tips/info.

The Esalon team listened carefully to my feedback on the colour tone I received in my first order and adjusted the colour to exactly how I wanted. It took a long time to receive my order though.

I was getting my greys covered every 3-4 weeks spending around $140 plus tip to my stylist. I feel I am receiving the same product and spending so much less. I know people are afraid of change but the way prices are nowadays its worth to try. Thank you ESalon!!

Absolutely love this dye- it perfectly mimics my natural hair colour and manages to cover greys well. It looks completely natural (unlike most over-the-counter dyes I’ve used before that have a red tinge and always end up being darker than intended!!) I like the subscription option and that you can change the frequency of delivery. My only wish is that there was an option when building the custom colour pack to choose latex or non latex gloves for the pack- I’m allergic to Nitrile and found the latex-free gloves provided in the pack caused a bad dermatitis like reaction on my hands. Latex would have been fine! Gloves aside, I love the colour and will continue to use the dye.

In dem Set ist alles dabei was man braucht und meine Farbe gefällt mir sehr gut. Das war meine erste Aktion im Bereich Haare Färben daher ist das Ergebnis nicht ganz so gut gelungen aber die nächsten Versuche werden dann besser . Ein großes Dankeschön an Katharina die meine Farbe zusammengestellt hat. 🫶

Ich habe mir immer eine Haarfarbe gewünscht wie früher.
Ich war rothaarig. Die normalen Haarfarben waren alle mir zu intensiv und nicht natürlich genug.
Dank eSalon habe ich eine wunderschöne und natürliche Haarfarbe.
Sie entspricht voll und ganz meinen Erwartungen.

I am 60 years old and have colored my hair at home for a very long time. Then I started having my hairdresser do it because my color always faded out so fast,the same thing happened when she did it within three weeks my hair was probably three or four shades lighter than it should have stayed.That did not happen with my hair color that I received from Esalon ! I’m going on five weeks, and the color has remained just as deep and vibrant as it started out, I couldn’t be happier with it.

Honestly, I was sceptic before I recieved my color set. But when I use it, I was pleasantly surprised. The texture of the mix is very thick like they use in the salon, the smell was even pleasant. My color turned out exactly as I expected. All instructions are very clear. Will purchase again for sure and recommend for a friend.

I love this set. The ability to do my own hair at home, save loads of money and walk away with soft, shiny, healthy hair is amazing. On top of that, it's easy and saves me time. My colorist has been very patient with me in finding a color that's exactly what I wanted and I love it!!!

I choose a colour I would like to have and sent some photos of my current hair and the hair colour I would like. I never expected the colourist to actually analyse my current hair colour and give me a honest opinion. I thought they would just accept my request but the colourist message me and said the colour would be too dark and turn my hair too red and asked me to try the colour blend they made for me. Not only the colourist was right (their blend was not too dark) but the colour is even more beautiful than the one I choose! It reallly suits me.So happy they actually personalise the colour to suit you better and not just accept your requests.

I did the online consultation, received my box very quickly, loved the fact it was personalised! I was nervous about using it...but I used it today. I wanted ash dark brown, and I love it, it is actually ash, even when I buy box dye ash brown, it always has warm tones and this did not, I an so happy with this. Its a great idea doing this as long as the price stays down, I will 100% be recommending this.

I have been using esalon getting close to 1 year now. I was skeptical at first but after a bad salon visit, I decided to go for it! I sent in a request and I actually spoke to my colorist, and she helped me choose the right color on the phone and within a week I had my color with precise directions and all the tools and even tips included. Esalon is NOT like the old school way of coloring your hair. It’s so much more!!! If that wasn’t all, they’ve even gone the extra step to put your name on your personalized color and personalized instructions too!!
I’ve been using the same color till now, I sent a request asking to add some copper color to my light brown hair. Not only did I get EXACTLY what I asked for but I also got even more detailed instructions AND I was told that if I had any questions at all, to contact esalon and I’d be directed to my colorist! GAME CHANGER, I’m telling you!!

I have never had an experience with at home dye that didn't damage my hair in some way, but with my esalon color, not only was the color beautiful, but my hair looked healthier, shinier, and felt so much softer and smoother. And I am in no way a pro, actually I'm quite bad at doing my hair, but they lay it all out step by step and make it fool proof. It's great & for a fraction of the cost of a salon, I highly recommend.

I have always bought my colour in a supermarket until I came across esalon by accident as an ad on YouTube.
My other colours always fade out over weeks but with esalon this is a PROFESSIONAL job!
Presented beautifully in a lovely pink box with personalised instructions, they provide EVERYTHING you need to put in your colour plus extras. The fact you can upload a current photo of your hair means the colourist can make up something exactly right just for you.
Nobody can believe I colour my hair because the colour is SO good it looks natural.
I would highly recommend everyone to try this once, you will never look back!

This has ended up being my preferred color for my base/root color! It has the perfect richness of a dark chestnut color that's not too warm to where it looks brassy, and not to cool to where I look drowned out. It's perfect for my skin tone also.

I've tried every box colour on the shelves and within a few washes back were the greys! Put this colour on 3 weeks ago and still no greys!!!! I'm blown away. Absolutely fantastic won't be using anywhere else for my colour from now on!

Ich bin sprachlos! In diesem Set ist alles, was man braucht um vernünftig färben zu können. 2 Paar Handschuhe (gute, keine Foliendinger), eine Schutzcreme für Haaransatz (und Ohren😉), sodass man die Kleckse gut abbekommt und Tücher zur Entfernung von Farbresten. Und natürlich die fantastische Farbe+ Shampoo und Conditioner! Mein Haar hat noch nie so geglänzt und der Schimmer in der Sonne 🌞 Eins plus, setzen😄

I cannot believe how amazing my hair turned out with this and the highlights. From the vantage point of a salon, chair, and person standing in front of me, I've spent so much time trying to accurately explain the type of "gold" I wanted my hair to reflect, and I've always assumed it was me who couldn't get it right. It probably was, but still...I've never had anyone nail my overall "antique gold" effect the way this colorist did. I love it. I love the roots, and I love the highlights. My hair feels healthy, vibrant, and looks so much fun. Yes, I did it myself and I have no patience, but even I couldn't mess this up. It's so fabulous. Thank you, eSalon. You've changed my life.

I changed from another home coloring brand. I’m so glad I did. I colored my hair last week and love the results. My hair is softer the color is a match to color shown in photos. The other brand was always so much darker than what the photos showed. Really good grey coverage.

I'm so impressed with how it covered my greys as well. I'm definitely a convert! It was a great experience as to the connection with eSalon and the process of getting product. Was really impressed with packaging and everything I received on my first order. The color was not as expected for my roots but the ends of my hair are true to color expectations. Not sure if I should have left on my roots longer to get the deep chocolate color I was expecting but I will definitely try again. Thanks eSalon for a good experience.

This is my 3rd order for hair color and products. I am a so thrilled with this product. It cost a bit more than my old hair color I’ve been using for 20 years but Esalon is truly “I’m worth it “ status! The color is bright and natural looking and the grey coverage is so amazing, like no other do it yourself color I’ve ever used! My grey hair does not appear before my next shipment arrives (6 week auto ship). The shampoos, conditioner and leave in conditioners really have taken my dry brittle hair and transformed it to soft shiny hair! Thank you Esalon!

I have struggled for a long time with realizing the right color to match my hair color. I had micro links installed and I love the color of my extensions, The problem was getting my exposed hair to match the extensions. My natural hair tended to pull red no matter what my beautician and I tried. I decided to give this custom product a try not really expecting to be satisfied. Well, let me tell you…this product was perfect and exceeded my expectation!! Note: no one paid me to send this review! I just felt compelled to share Mr total satisfaction with this product. FYI…I am hard to please. :)

Easy to complete questionnaire to help choose right colour. Like the fact you can send photos of current hair colour which helps stylist know condition and the colour you are starting with.
Beautifully packaged and arrived in good time.
The instructions are clear and the process easy. No nasty smell. The shampoo smelt lovely and I would happily buy it as my usual shampoo if it was available as an individual product ; felt nice too.
Only thing I did not like so much was the conditioner texture/effect. It was ok but I chose to condition with my own after. Hair came out soft and colour ; although not 100% the shade I am aiming for, is even , shiny and my husband likes it very much. It is a very good colour for covering my grey ( which it did 100%) and a really good balance to even out the pre coloured hair I had. Yes would definitely recommend and will use again. I will wait a week or two before deciding if I want to change the colour at all or keep this one. Very good site and easy to contact.

Exactly the colour I wanted. Had a good few inches of grey then the rest dyed medium brown. Wanted a chestnut type colour and I love it. The colour blended really well between the grey and the brown. Only negative is my hair wasn't very shiny or moisturised afterwards, but small price to pay for the beautiful colour. Will be getting again.
