Came out very nice, but I think I had too much product build up on my hair so the edges where my gray is did not cover well in some spots. My hairline is very low it causes a problem with trying not to get it on my forehead. I was given ample product to color my hair. Very pleased with eSalon. Color has lasted longer than any hair dye I have ever used. Two thumbs up!

I love this color. It's a perfect blend of auburn and brunette- beautiful in the sun. It's the same each month too which has completely dismissed the multiple shades my hair use to be from box dye.

I was having a hard time finding color consistently in the stores, so I decided to give eSalon a try. I am so glad I did. The first kit I received and tried and really liked how easy it was to use and loved the color. So did my hair stylist the next time I saw her. The color looks great and stays fresher longer than other products I've tried. I would highly recommend this product.

This is my 2nd use of Custom Hair Color by eSalon. It is definitely the best way to dye hair. The color is matched to perfection. I get so many compliments on the color and it makes me feel great. I wish I had tried it sooner but now that I have I feel it's well worth it to treat myself to a product I feel confident with. I absolutely love it!!! Thanks eSalon!!

It comes in the mail. I don't have to go get it, or even think about going to get it. It has everything you need to color your hair, so no extra are needed. The quality is better than any brand at the store, so I am sold!

this is the best hair dye I have ever used. It covers all my greys and does not fade. Very natural looking colour that lasts. Better than what I used to pay £60 for in a salon. Hairdressing salons should be very very scared.

I have really enjoyed the Custom Hair Color. I am impressed how much healthier my hair is. (Even my hairdresser has noticed when I get it cut). It is so much better than the boxes and cheaper than the salon. The instructions are great. I am very happy with this product.

I have been using eSalon for about 6 months now. Let me begin by saying I absolutely love going to the salon and getting my hair done. However, I don't like the big price tag that comes with it. It was a tough decision for me to cut this treat out of my budget, but eSalon made it painless! Not only is it economical, but the stylist gave me the perfect color! I get compliments all the time. Also, the quality of this color is superior to that from the salon itself! My color lasts longer and doesn't seem to fade much (auburn/copper tones). I highly recommend eSalon! And, I might add, that I had a problem with the mail system (UK) in getting some of my orders and the response from eSalon's customer service was very prompt, kind and efficient. Thank you, eSalon!

Very clever of the esalon team to select my colour from a photograph, especially because I have highlights. I use the hair dye in between hair salon appointments to cover grey hair growth at the roots. It's amazing how well it does the job and blends so naturally with the remaining hair. I only wish the sachets of shampoo and conditioner were larger as I use only a fraction of the dye each time and as I have long, thick hair, they are insufficient.

This was my first time using eSalon and I have to say it was pretty cool. I wasn't completely satisfied with the color turn out, but when I called customer servic to explain, they helped me to get the color adjusted for my next order. I would definitely recommend this product to friends!

Applications are always easy - I like the shampoo and conditioners that are included in each color shipment - the hair color is rich when finished coloring/shampooing/styling - hides grey hair well.

The color is so natural and i always know it'll be a smooth transition from touch up to perfect. I can make changes or enhancements anytime with ease. The conditioner makes my hair feel like silk and the convenience of auto delivery takes the guess work away. My hairdresser tells me the color is perfect for me. He hadn't heard about esalon before but was impressed with what he saw on line.

Love it. My husband likes the color and the high lights. I like that it comes to me and I don't have to go to the store and look for my color. And I don't have to bur the box stuff. I like that you can make my color for me.

Having a friend who spends a great deal on her hair color, it means a lot to me that she has complimented me on my hair color a number of times. She specifically mentions that the color is such a good match for my skin coloring and that it looks like an expensive colorist has worked on my hair. Gotta love that! My only negative comment is that it still has a strong ammonia scent when the bottle is opened. Other than that, it's a 10!

I love this! The color match was right on. My own hair professional assured me that I could do this myself and she was right. It is very easy to accomplish and the results are simply professional-looking. I can honestly say I have been asked several times where I get my hair colored. The instructions provide all the information you need. The online company is easy to work with and the price is right. I give eSalon.com an A+ for products, information, and help.

I was very nervous to use this at first.....but the results were amazing. I have never had a home colour look this good.
And the condition of my hair afterwards was brilliant. Just like leaving the salon. It may be a little more costly (though not too much) but the results you get are priceless

I have been using this product for well over a year now, and the ease of use and superior gray coverage will ensure my continued use. The shade I use is natural looking and lasts. I am very pleased with the product. In my opinion it is better than salon products.

Being new to hair coloring I was worried about trying a new product. I sent in my request with a picture, told what I hoped to achieve & wanted to avoid. The color was PERFECT!!!! My hair is once again back to it's natural color & does not look like it has been colored at all. The shampoo & conditioner made my hair silky soft & smooth, making me regret not purchasing them also. The color is long lasting making it even better. You can't go wrong ordering these products.

I found eSalon by accident and decided to try it. I was very impressed the first time I used it, which is when I was stuck at home, sick with strep throat, so no contact with anyone except mom and my son. When I got well, about a week later, I was out and about and got so many compliments on that one day alone, I was just overwhelmed. And they weren't those "Oh, what a great hair color you picked, your stylist is a magician"-type compliments, they were those "Wow, your hair looks great! Love it"-type compliments. They were THOSE kinds of compliments because my colorist at eSalon got it just perfect on the very first go around. The color is rich and my hair, though short, is shiny and healthy - that's what the compliments are all about!! Also, I am allergic to just about everything, violently so, and I have to be very, very careful about all ingredients in everything. I have had no adverse reactions at all, none! That's a terrific load off my mind - now I know how I can color my hair, perfectly, with no allergic reactions. Bottom line....great colorist, great system, super easy to do, perfect color and highlights (if you have gray hair at all) every single time. If you're on the fence about trying it - jump off the fence and go to www.esalon.com and let them give you the best color ever!

I have been coloring and highlighting my hair at home for almost 30 years, so I definitely know a thing or two. Because I don't have grey, I only color every three months, and the shade is close enough to my roots that it's hard to tell. That being said, I have NEVER found a hair color that didn't fade in that time period, until now. I have been using e-salon for almost a year. The color is perfect (not oversaturated) on the first day and truly lasts the three months with any color treated shampoo, etc.

I Love my hair color from eSalon and getting it in the mail is a HUGE BONUS, I don't have to go anywhere last minute to look for it and then if the store doesn't have it go somewhere else to try and find it or they quit making it all together. This is the best way to get what you want and it come to you every month or 6-8 weeks what ever you set up! My hair looks and feels better then it ever has and I will use eSalon Hair Color FOREVER! Sent in my picture with a description of what I wanted to achieve and chose my color. A few days later I received an email basically stating that my desired color was not what I picked, so they were going to make an alteration. I decided to let them handle it and I was greatly surprised! I have been using the recommended shade for months and am very happy. Every time I've tried to pick an otc color by what it shows on the box I've never got the desired results. Best color results at a cheaper cost and I don't have to look at all those boxes hoping I get it right!
