I love the Custom Hair Color eSalon offers. High quality, professional grade product, for much less than salon prices. I personally like to get it as close to my natural color as possible and this does exactly that, and there is always so much product left over (and my hair is long). I try to cover those few strands of wisdom (LOL, gray) that I get now that I am in my mid 30's, and this does the job very well. My hair looks great afterwards, a little on the dry side after coloring, but I will look into a better hair treatment or conditioning option to help with the dryness after using hair dye.

This is the best thing ever. My hair is long and thick and sometimes quite beautiful lol but I hate to make appointment and pay for anyone to even cut much less color my hair. This product let's me do it in my own time and more than 3/4 the cost but with the same level of salon excellence. I could not be any happier with my color. Thank you Esalon for giving me this joy.

I love how this hair mixture makes my hair feel and the color is totally natural. So much so, that people have commented that they never thought I ever dyed my hair! When you first open the activator, the smell is a bit strong, like all hair dyes, but once you wash your hair out, you never smell the fumes again, like some if the other products

This is my third round with eSalon, and I so appreciate the individualized attention. I asked for a slight adjustment in color after my first shipment. It was done promptly, but on the second round the gray coverage was not as good. This was addressed right away with a very clear and easy change to the processing instructions. And the result is now just perfect in every way!

My pricey stylist saw my hair after I had colored it, when she went to trim it. She usually charges $150 between a trim and color. She even told me looking closely at the roots and the coloring that it did a great job. That to me is a great compliment!

I've been using this color for about 2 years or more now. Love the convenience. Love the ease of putting it on. Love the color I've chosen for my hair. It is really great and now I'm a pretty blonde instead of the grey I was before. Would highly recommend eSalon.

I have been using the eSalon hair color for over 6 months now and love it! It is so easy to apply and I get compliments on how nice my hair looks all the time. I have used the store bought brands prior to using the eSalon color and always had trouble, getting brassy looks and washed out color as the weeks went by. With eSalon color, the gray is colored well and it lasts longer. The price is a bit higher than store-bought brands but much less than having it done by a hairdresser, and I love how the customer service is available for questions and any tweaks in the color when needed. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed.

I was out with friends when a gentleman approached me and started flirting. He asked me if I was a "Ginger" and I replied yes. He said that we were such a small percent and we needed to stick together. He didn't know that I was not a true red head. I have had many compliments and love it because it looks sooooo natural.

I like the color it gives my hair and the multi-tone shades. Doesn't seem to be as harsh as other coloring products, but still having to deal with some seriously damaged hair. My hair feels soft and not so frizzy. Thanks ESalon

Came out very nice, but I think I had too much product build up on my hair so the edges where my gray is did not cover well in some spots. My hairline is very low it causes a problem with trying not to get it on my forehead. I was given ample product to color my hair. Very pleased with eSalon. Color has lasted longer than any hair dye I have ever used. Two thumbs up!

I love this color. It's a perfect blend of auburn and brunette- beautiful in the sun. It's the same each month too which has completely dismissed the multiple shades my hair use to be from box dye.

I was having a hard time finding color consistently in the stores, so I decided to give eSalon a try. I am so glad I did. The first kit I received and tried and really liked how easy it was to use and loved the color. So did my hair stylist the next time I saw her. The color looks great and stays fresher longer than other products I've tried. I would highly recommend this product.

This is my 2nd use of Custom Hair Color by eSalon. It is definitely the best way to dye hair. The color is matched to perfection. I get so many compliments on the color and it makes me feel great. It comes in the mail. I don't have to go get it, or even think about going to get it. It has everything you need to color your hair, so no extra are needed. The quality is better than any brand at the store, so I am sold!

this is the best hair dye I have ever used. It covers all my greys and does not fade. Very natural looking colour that lasts. Better than what I used to pay £60 for in a salon. Hairdressing salons should be very very scared.

I have really enjoyed the Custom Hair Color. I am impressed how much healthier my hair is. (Even my hairdresser has noticed when I get it cut). It is so much better than the boxes and cheaper than the salon. The instructions are great. I am very happy with this product.

I have been using eSalon for about 6 months now. Let me begin by saying I absolutely love going to the salon and getting my hair done. However, I don't like the big price tag that comes with it. It was a tough decision for me to cut this treat out of my budget, but eSalon made it painless! Not only is it economical, but the stylist gave me the perfect color! I get compliments all the time. Also, the quality of this color is superior to that from the salon itself! My color lasts longer and doesn't seem to fade much (auburn/copper tones). I highly recommend eSalon! And, I might add, that I had a problem with the mail system (UK) in getting some of my orders and the response from eSalon's customer service was very prompt, kind and efficient. Thank you, eSalon!

Very clever of the esalon team to select my colour from a photograph, especially because I have highlights. I use the hair dye in between hair salon appointments to cover grey hair growth at the roots. It's amazing how well it does the job and blends so naturally with the remaining hair. I only wish the sachets of shampoo and conditioner were larger as I use only a fraction of the dye each time and as I have long, thick hair, they are insufficient.

This was my first time using eSalon and I have to say it was pretty cool. I wasn't completely satisfied with the color turn out, but when I called customer servic to explain, they helped me to get the color adjusted for my next order. I would definitely recommend this product to friends!

Applications are always easy - I like the shampoo and conditioners that are included in each color shipment - the hair color is rich when finished coloring/shampooing/styling - hides grey hair well.

The color is so natural and i always know it'll be a smooth transition from touch up to perfect. I can make changes or enhancements anytime with ease. The conditioner makes my hair feel like silk and the convenience of auto delivery takes the guess work away. My hairdresser tells me the color is perfect for me. He hadn't heard about esalon before but was impressed with what he saw on line.
