The hair color that I requested was a perfect match to what I had been doing to my hair, I was amazed at the package and everything that came with it, the shampoo and conditioner samples were also wonderful.

I have been using this product now for a while and can honestly say I wouldn't use any other. The colour is always perfect, looks fab,feels great with the luxurious shampoo and conditioner and the free gloves and stain guard just push it towards perfect. I have the product delivered to Europe. It always arrives on time. I love the fact that I can adjust the colour and am always given plenty of notice if I wish to do so and can contact my colourist at any time. The personal plan that comes with it is great too with clear instructions. Peeps if you colour your hair and want a professional look......then go for it.......

I was a little nervous about coloring my hair but it actually turned out nice. The color did not cover all my gray but it got most of them. My gray's are fairly stubborn. It did take me a while to get it all on, due to lack of experience I am sure, so instead of 30 mins after application I just did 15 and it worked out good. I used the brush so I could get my roots good and I started with them since that's where most of my gray was. Overall I am happy with it!!!

I've been using e salon color for over a year. It is the most natural looking color I've ever found for being a natural red head. Professional colorists at salons always made my hair too burgandy or too brassy, never quite right. It's easy to use and it looks great.

I have an auto-delivery order that includes hair color for roots and another bottle for the ends. The extra bottle is only $5.00 more and makes all the difference in the world. I have "tweaked" the shade of color a few times and I am really happy with my latest design (I mean esalon's design.). I also use tinted love every other shampoo. The root touch-up wand is really great that third week. The customer service emails each month keep me informed as to each step of my order. If I want to change my order that month I can message the colorist. Info as to when my order is ready and when it will be shipped. I love this company! I only hope it stays this high class.

There are several things about this product that makes it fantastic. It took a couple of times to get the color I wanted, but the customer service was excellent. Every time I color my hair, the color is consistent, easy to apply and it arrives at your door as you set it up. My hair is healthy, shiny, and has lots of body. This is a wonderful product.

I've used this hair color twice, and I really like the color, and the condition of my hair after using it. The customer service is very good. I appreciate the emails asking if I need the color adjusted, or if I have any concerns. All around great product.

I have been coloring my hair for over 30 years, and have now been using eSalon for about 2 years. eSalon is the best color I have ever used. eSalon hair color has been a really good choice for my hair. The color combinations are natural-looking and rich. It holds up well against stubborn gray hair at the temples. Coloring the hair keeps it thicker and soft so that it can stay longer and still look nice.

Since starting to color my own hair with eSalon, I'm saving money and my hair color looks great! A good friend saw the color a couple hours after a colored my hair. She thought the color looked very natural. Your product covers a little less on my gray, but I love that because it looks like highlights.

Wow-I took a chance and I have never looked back! I always went to the "upscale" salon as added security that nothing would go wrong. The color was always expensive and took a big chunk of my time. I was never the person who enjoyed getting my hair colored with a group of people. When I tried an over the counter, my neighbors were verbal about the "mistake." Orange? Not sure exactly. I took a chance on eSalon, must have been an Angel whispering in my ear, and I love the color! I love the packaging! I adjusted it once because of the season, and it was no problem. I love the product. The color is perfect and if I want to I can change it up! My hair feels great after I color it - healthier and natural looking. The convenience of receiving my color kit every 8 weeks is perhaps my favorite part. No more standing in the aisle trying to remember my color; no more looking in the mirror and thinking "I've really got to find time to get to the store for color". And the money I've saved from not paying someone else to color my hair when it's so easy to do it myself.

I love the color and the fact that my hair feels soft and easy to manage. I have noticed that after 2 weeks the gray around my temples is very apparent. My stylist does the coloring for me, so I don't think that is the issue. I know I can't color with permanent dye that often ,i.e. every 2 weeks. In spite of this, I do recommend eSalon because it has not damaged my hair like some other dyes have. It is also a very good match for my skin color and looks very natural.

Excellent natural color for reds. I've used it twice now and loved it. The fading is minimal, which is rare! The color is rich and my hair loves it. Totally recommend.

This color, "light brown golden copper" is just like I had as a child. Looks so good now with the gray hair covered. Very natural looking. I am very pleased. No more Clairol Natural Instincts for me. The Tinted Love will keep those grays at bay until I'm ready to color again. I relax my hair 2-3 times a year and this product had no adverse effect. My hair is soft, shiny and vibrant! Even the curls look soft and bright. Even without seeing a picture, the colorist was dead on!

I have been using E Salon hair color for about a year and a half! Customer service is great. Healthy hair and color dosent fade as quickly as otc products and, even when I have had my hair colored by my stylist.

I have been using your product in Dark blond copper every 12 weeks for about a year. The color lasts and looks just like my natural color. I had always had my hair colored in a salon so I was unsure at first of how to do it, but the instructions and pro tips make it easy and fun. As I have reapplied I find I get better at it and the color lasts longer. I am so pleased to be saving money, picking my own time to color, and having the service of professional colorists helping me to choose my color. I will be a long time customer.

I was a bit skeptical about the suggested color, but it turned out great, and the quality of the product is excellent. Easy to use, especially the first time, with the color split into two parts. I was a bit disappointed that the follow up kits were not the same, but it worked out. All in all I am quite pleased.
