This is the only hair coloring I can do at home that is as high of quality as a reputable salon. I started coloring my hair in red tones about 20 years ago. Esalon color is the only one that I have used at home that doesn't fade before my next coloring. I will never use any other hair color product ever again!

I'll admit I was extremely sceptical about using this product, however I love it! Everyone now comments how nice my hair looks, even my hairdresser has commented that my hair is in much better condition with this colour. I find that unlike some of the shop bought colours this one doesn't tend to fade and isn't as harsh on my hair. I particularly like the fact that the colour is made for me and I can alter it any time I want to.

I have always colored my hair at a high end salon. I was really anxious about trying a home coloring product and was so afraid it would turn out the wrong color. I was pleasantly surprised. My hair looks fantastic. The color is a great match and I can not tell I did it at home! I spent $220 the last time I went to the salon. I am really happy with how this worked out and will recommend to all my friends!

The color is perfect EVERY time and much kinder to my hair. Breakage is almost eliminated. I can't recommend this product highly enough. I have a color that's right for me instead of having to choose from what is on the shelf, I have a product that doesn't damage my hair. I have the convenience of home delivery at my fingertips. Never going back!

I've been using eSalon Custom Hair Color for about 4 years, and the color has always been beautiful and shiny. It's easy to apply and covers the gray well. Using a special shampoo for color-treated hair helps the color last for weeks.

I colored my hair using E Salon hair color and this is the best hair coloring, I have ever used. I have been coloring my hair along time. The color is perfect...but what I noticed to is the texture of my hair...awesome...it is so soft. I will recommend this product to all my friends. Very very happy..Mary

I have gray roots but light reddish blond ends. This is the first product that blended my roots with the rest of my hair color. No more dark red roots and waiting for them to fade into the rest of my hair color. Something I could never get my salon to do.

I was really nervous to try my first color because it was just a root touch up and I was sure it wouldn't match with my current color. I finally went for it and was SHOCKED- it was a PERFECT match!! I couldn't believe it. My hair looks soft and natural. I'm simply amazed.

I love that I don't need to think about ordering, it comes when I need it. The color is easy to mix and looks as good or better than going to the salon. Even if I get highlights, I use as a root touch-up and I feel like it looks great! For as quickly as I'm getting gray, I need to color every 4 weeks. There is no way I could afford a salon visit that often. I love eSalon for giving me one less thing to worry about!

I was not sure about this product after I ordered it as saw some not so good reviews. I received my order 1 week after ordering. I also received a phone call from them to make sure that I wanted such a dark colour so we changed it for a lighter one. I then waited one week to do my hair. Well all I can say is whow whow whow. I don't know why I was a bit worried. The box came and it was lovingly packed and even personalised with my name. The instructions were easy to read and the colour has a pleasant smell not like the other hair dyes I have tried It was easy to apply and considering that I had pink hair before and wanted a violet colour now. I am amazed the colour is just what I wanted all I can say thank you I won't be paying a fortune at a hair dresser any more can't wait for my next delivery will be waiting patiently. The hair color made for me was what I had been wanting--a mahogany red to cover my dull brown and grays. I love how it turned out, and it matches my "old color" enough that it isn't shockingly noticeable. I would recommend it to anyone. I am not a girly-girl and have trouble coloring and styling my hair, but the directions were good and made it much easier than normal. Now if only it came with a stylist in the box...

This is the best hair color I have ever used. The color is the same from day one until I color it again (to cover the gray). There is no brassiness when first applied like other products that take a couple of washes to calm down. I have been ordering my color from eSalon for over a year and I have even adjusted the color once and I am very satisfied with this product.

I was extremely impressed. I have never had as many compliments on my hair color. The color is rich, and doesn't fade. Grey coverage is supreme . The root touch up, also the best. I highly recommend this!

Love that I can adjust the color with guidance from an expert. My hair feels healthy and looks fresh and shiny. Only thing I miss are the multi tones one gets with an extra 150 at a salon. But I prefer to save the money and do this on my time.

I love my hair and since the grey has become more and more I was finding it harder and harder to get a good result. So I decided to chance it and try your product. I have been using esalon for several years now and am amazed how consistent and long lasting my color is. I LOVE this hair color! It volumnizes, the entire time, it does not fade, my hair is soft yet full. It was easy to follow the directions and use. Its a salon look and feel without going to a salon! I highly recommend this product!

It's always been difficult for me to find a stylist who could match my difficult type of hair. At 47, I am completely white headed and have had grey hair since my early 20's. I've been extremely happy with the colour match. I started off mixing 1/3 of the bottle, as I fortunately only have grey hair around my temples at the moment. This worked very effectively, and I'm still on my first bottle, and just ordered a second. I was surprised that despite ordering from what I anticipated was a site in Europe, that the hair colour was sent from the US. However the price was very reasonable (also for the shipping), although delivery took a little longer than I expected.

I can't imagine buying boxed color in a store when you can have have a professional kit mailed to your door for a few bucks more. I've been using this product for a couple of years and always get consistent results.

The best hair colour I've ever used. Esalon thinks of everything you need and puts it in your box! Who gives you two pair's of gloves and top quality as well no one! But esalon. There is not a bad thing I can think of to say about their products only wish I had found them sooner.

i loved the way my hair came out. Since I get the grey hair on the roots, it covered it. The use of two different bottles for roots and all around hair gave me an even shiny color. Me encanto como quedo mi cabello. El uso de dos botellas de un poco distinto color, no solo cubrio mis canas, sino tambien dejo mi cabello todo del mismo color y bien brilloso. Lo seguire usando.

...but I should have asked for something lighter. That's my bad. Everything was on the nose on their end. I never click on ads on Facebook, but I saw this one and I'm so glad I did. It's been 6 weeks and I don't see any sign of gray. (I also use Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Color Conditioning Treatment for Colored Hair. You can get it on Amazon.) I highly recommend eSalon! I am not going back to box colors.

I like it better than what I had professionally done at the salon. I would like it better if it was a little more vibrant Auburn Red. Still very easy to use and covers great. I'd definately give this a go. Way better than home coloring which would not change my hair color. I've gotten several compliments! !

This colour really lasts (I only colour my hair 3 times a year) and does not affect the condition of my hair at all, rather it enhances it leaving it soft and silky. The colour looks really natural and the best compliments I get are from people who had no idea I coloured my hair !!

Seriously, I am most satisfied with your product and your customer service. Been using your hair color for nearly a year now, it lasts well and is convenient to use. Tried a local salon, it took too long and the color did not last as well, my wife said after two weeks my hair got orangey, but not with e salon's product. In fact it lasts pretty well for 6 weeks and when it does fade if I go further than six weeks my hair goes natural not some funky orangey color. Customer service is most appreciated, my first product was a bit too dark for me, they helped me customize it so it is close to what my hair used to look like. Now if you can do something for the wrinkles on my face, I would really be a customer for life! Only joking. Ken
