I used to spend hours at the Salon. My eSalon hair color is easy to use and gives me superb results. I still do not now how they do the low/high lights, but I am very pleased with the results. I used to pay at least twice the amount to get my hair colored at a salon. My stylist told me why to avoid boxed color you get at the store because I would never get the look she could give me. I saw ESalon and decided to try it. I explained to the ESalon staff the look I was getting and wondered if they could also do that. I received my first kit and was AMAZED!! Exactly the result I was getting at my salon for half the price!!! I can regulate when I want to receive shipments or even change up the color!!! So happy I found this website!!! I had no luck trying to get a medium copper color. It turned out exactly how I wanted it to be! Not too red, not orange. Another WOW factor for me was that my hair was colored evenly. I really enjoyed my experience with e-salon. Definitely will be ordering again. By the way, I don't think the smell was terrible like other reviewers mentioned. Not for me at least.

I have been using this colour for some months now and I am thrilled with it.. From the time I open the box everything I need is present. The stain guard is wonderful and much better than using a petroleum jelly. to protect my hairline . I invested in a cape which gives good protection I apply my colour with a tint brush as I find this method is easier for me. The gloves are durable and last until I have removed the colour without splitting. I invested in the shampoo and conditioner and I find the colour lasts longer without fading . My bespoke colour is delivered to my door and I don't have to visit the shops to find my haircolour is out of stock .. Overall this is a superior colour which is easy to use and gives consistantly excellent results . i recommend it - just try it you will not regret it!

My hope was that I would arrive at a blonde that was not so "strawberry blonde", but understand that this is the best available to me. I have grown used to it over the several colorings and find this latest formulation the best so far. I love the color in inside lighting, but still see a lot of "red" in the sunlight. Bottom line is that it is non-drying and feels actually good for my hair!

Wanted to say thank you to the esalon on team. This was my first purchase and I must admit I had my doubts as it's difficult deciding on a hair colour from an online image. I need not have worried, the colour was perfect, rich deep tones and my hair is so much softer than when dyed with an over the counter hair colour. There's no way I will ever use any other brand in the future. If your still sitting on the fence, don't hesitate, order now, you won't regret it.

LOVE my color! Have used product for over a year now. When I wanted to "notch" the color up a bit, no problem. eSalon got it perfect. Covers gray effortlessly. Colorist have always been responsive to my needs. The color formulation stays the same until you want to change it. No hit or miss as sometimes happen when stylist mix color in the salon.

I liked the personal attention to detail and the whole process of trying to obtain the perfect colour, the packaging, accessories, etc. I would definitely use this for my long term hair dye were I to continue dyeing my hair. However, I have decided to go back to using henna mixes with natural ingredients only because of a continuous scalp problem which other hair dyes exacerbate. I would recommend this brand to others nevertheless.

I love the quality of colouring. Greys are gone and my hair feels fab. I was initially sceptical about the claims and positive reviews as my assumption was it would do these fantastic things for straight haired people, not for black people or of mixed heritage. I was wrong, it works on my mixed hair perfectly. Well done e-salon, great concept! I highly recommend.

I received the package in a timely manner. I was excited when I saw the package in the mail it came nicely packed, the conditioner and shampoo smelt amazing. The color itself turned out nice. I didn't think I was gonna notice a change but I did. The roots were brown and ultimately the rest of my hair is as well but you can see the red hue to it and the it's maintained a nice shine from the color which is hard to do with my hair because it's naturally dull. Overall I'm pleased And will continue to use this service

Wow. I was scared. I've only used the mousse coloring boxes and I never got the color I really wanted. I sent two pictures to help them and answered all the questions honestly. I'm in love with my new hair color. I did it last night. I've been running errands all day and had 14 compliments on my hair color. The day isn't even over. I felt so confident.
When I was coloring last night I had a lot of extra color in the bottles and thought I was doing something wrong but the went to the FAQ section for help.

I've been using this haircolor for 2 years now and have always been extremely happy with it. The color and shine are long lasting! It doesn't fade early and it covers the stubborn grey hairs around my temples and forehead well. My hair has never felt damaged or over-processed even when I had a pet emergency while I was coloring and the product stayed on 10 minutes longer than the maximum recommended time. That was very good news! I believe this product is far superior to the retail store options and am so happy to have found eSalon. Their customer service reps are always gracious and accommodating!

Very pleased with the results. Does not smell like the over the counter products. My hair looks so natural and have been complimented by others. Grey coverage is good too. A little difficult to cover the front greys but overall good.

The color is exactly what I've been trying to get for years! I loved my first order very much, but wanted to adjust it a little bit the second time around to add more gold in the formula. What I got was the shade I've spent countless hours examining boxes on store shelves for. Not only that, store brands always left my hair feeling like straw and the color ran dull not long afterward. Easy, even color and perfect for my skin color. I'm so pleased. I did however have some resistance with my grey around my ears. The color didn't take. I need a product that allows the few stubborn greys to absorb color.

I've NEVER been great at coloring my hair and usually have it done professionally. I have used eSalon color for about a year now. It is easy-to-use and provides excellent coverage. I have been doing the root touch up where I apply color to the roots for 20 minutes and then add color to the rest of my hair for a short time to keep from over processing. The results are natural, multi-faceted color that has incredible shine and softness.

Loved it. Easy to use, professional service and packing too. Colour lasts, my usual colour would have started to wash out at the roots by now (Preference by L'Oreal) but this has staying power and with great condition too. Prefer the colour now having had a few washes, but have communicated to the team at e-salon. This system is so helpful than guessing on the boxes!

I am so happy that I switched to e salon for my hair color. Before, I was going to a salon, spending lots of money only to have the color burn my scalp, and a few days after my scalp would start to "exfoliate", and I would have massive flakes for days! I've been coloring my hair for a long time. So many leave your hair looking flat, one dimensional, all one color. With my Custom Hair Color, my hair has more depth of colors. Lighter tones and darker tones. Looks great. I also love how I can change it up a bit whenever I want, recently I went with a little more gold. So easy. I love this hair color.

I started using this product on a friend's recommendation when my regular stylist went on maternity leave - and I haven't gone back to her. This so perfectly meets my needs I'm amazed - no appointments, no remembering to make an appointment, no sitting for hours in a salon listening to inane chatter. I was sick of paying out the nose for beautiful hair color with a stylist and there was no way I was going to try drugstore brands and have orange hair to show for it. eSalon is so perfect and so easy.
