I was skeptical at first, but my friend's hair looked so great I decided to give esalon a try. My (now former) colorist keeps raising her prices and i was fed up with her. Granted, it was in a beautiful salon in Beverly Hills, but I'd rather save my money. But I didn't really want to do the work myself and deal with the mess. So I took my esalon products to a local beauty college in Culver City and had a beauty student apply it and wash it out and then blow out my hair. Best deal ever!

I like the easy way my husband can touch up my roots every 4-5 weeks. We are only using half of the products each month so I have been pleasantly surprised how much coverage I get with half an application.

I really like the color that was crafted based on the info I've given. I especially like how my roots come out after I dye my hair. With other boxed color my roots would glow, be brassy, but with this color my roots have a warm brownish red tint that matches the rest of my color very nicely. I also really like the gloss that's sent everyone once in a while to even out my hair color and refresh the shine.
I've recommended this website to others as I'm very pleased with the color.

I love my esalon color! The colorists have created a lovely dark brunette color that leaves my hair with just the right amount of highlights. Store bought colors would leave my hair either too red, or too ashy with no red highlights at all. I'm so happy with the balance I've found @ esalon!

I love the shade and how it blends with my own hair. The color grabs my gray well and is long lasting. It also does minimal staining to the skin around my scalp which is a plus.

The instructions were very clear; step by step. The products were as described. The roots match the ends. The only thing I would change is that there is a slight brassy look to my hair. I have requested help with this. I highly recommend these products.

My last professional color and highlight made my hair lighter than it normally is. All I had to do was ask eSalon's colorists to lighten the color and it was perfect. I use eSalon for root coverage between trips to the salon because I live in a romote area of Alaska and can't get to the salon but every 3 months. I've been very happy with the service.

I love this color. I recently had to make a slight change to my previous color. I noted my hair color change from being out in the sun daily, needed slighter lighter and eSalon mixed the perfect shade for my roots.

I usually go into a salon and pay over 100.00 to have my hair colored. I tried this product and was amazed at the color and the coverage, other than some grey not being covered I was truly shocked I was able to receive the same coloring but in the comfort of my own home .
I saved money and also saved 2 hours sitting in a chair at the salon.

I've been using eSalon hair color for about 3 years, and I am so glad I tried it! I've colored my own hair for years, but I've always used off-the-shelf coloring products. I loved being able to hand pick the color I wanted and to have that color work for me was such a delight! I've never changed my original choice, but I have that option before every shipment. I like that you can choose how often you want to receive the product, and that I receive emails letting me know when they are preparing my color and when it is shipped. Can't get any better service than that! Highly recommend eSalon!!!

My hair looks so natural, quick and easy to read instructions. I only have one problem the smell when applying is really strong and I have asthma. I try to ventilate the room the best is can, but some difficulty breathing but It goes anyway. I still thinks it's great I love the color, and feels soft. The best hair color I have ever used.

On a whim, I gave eSalon a chance. I do fill-in color in between salon visits (go to salon every 5-6 weeks) to prevent roots. Torn between 2 colors, I chose the "darker" one as it appeared lighter to me online than the medium version. After drying, I did find it too dark. However, it was a gorgeous color & my hair was even shinier than immediately after my salon processing. I look forward to trying my "modified" color soon!

Just the color I needed. At the store I couldn't find the exact color that I wanted, at the salon I couldn't explain well enough to have them understand what I wanted but with E-salon they got it right away with my picture and the stylists. Beyond happy and telling everyone I know about it.

Great coverage of grey. Even though I'm just beginning to show so I only have about 5%, it's all around my hairline so it's pretty obvious. I love that I get salon quality results without the hassle, time and money of a salon visit. Even my hairdresser is impressed!

This beats boxed-dye hands-down. I dare say it even beats the salon experience. I don't have to think about the shade because it's already worked out for me. I don't have to think about when to do it because it arrives when it's time to refresh my roots. Unless I win the lotto, I'll be doing this for the rest of my life!

I used to spend hours at the Salon. My eSalon hair color is easy to use and gives me superb results. I still do not now how they do the low/high lights, but I am very pleased with the results. I have had many compliments and quite often are asked if this is my natural color, as it matches my natural skin tone.

I used to pay at least twice the amount to get my hair colored at a salon. My stylist told me why to avoid boxed color you get at the store because I would never get the look she could give me. I saw ESalon and decided to try it. I explained to the ESalon staff the look I was getting and wondered if they could also do that. I received my first kit and was AMAZED!! Exactly the result I was getting at my salon for half the price!!! I can regulate when I want to receive shipments or even change up the color!!! So happy I found this website!!! I had no luck trying to get a medium copper color. It turned out exactly how I wanted it to be! Not too red, not orange. Another WOW factor for me was that my hair was colored evenly. I really enjoyed my experience with e-salon. Definitely will be ordering again. By the way, I don't think the smell was terrible like other reviewers mentioned. Not for me at least.

I have been using this colour for some months now and I am thrilled with it.. From the time I open the box everything I need is present. The stain guard is wonderful and much better than using a petroleum jelly. to protect my hairline . I invested in a cape which gives good protection I apply my colour with a tint brush as I find this method is easier for me. The gloves are durable and last until I have removed the colour without splitting. I invested in the shampoo and conditioner and I find the colour lasts longer without fading . My bespoke colour is delivered to my door and I don't have to visit the shops to find my haircolour is out of stock .. Overall this is a superior colour which is easy to use and gives consistantly excellent results . i recommend it - just try it you will not regret it!

I love this subscription! I don't need to think about when I need to go buy a hair color kit, or spend crazy money on a salon treatment! I can change the color, it stays colorful and hardly fades between treatments! I ordered it for my daughter and she really likes it too!

My hope was that I would arrive at a blonde that was not so "strawberry blonde", but understand that this is the best available to me. I have grown used to it over the several colorings and find this latest formulation the best so far. I love the color in inside lighting, but still see a lot of "red" in the sunlight. Bottom line is that it is non-drying and feels actually good for my hair!

Wanted to say thank you to the esalon on team. This was my first purchase and I must admit I had my doubts as it's difficult deciding on a hair colour from an online image. I need not have worried, the colour was perfect, rich deep tones and my hair is so much softer than when dyed with an over the counter hair colour. There's no way I will ever use any other brand in the future. If your still sitting on the fence, don't hesitate, order now, you won't regret it.

LOVE my color! Have used product for over a year now. When I wanted to "notch" the color up a bit, no problem. eSalon got it perfect. Covers gray effortlessly. Colorist have always been responsive to my needs. The color formulation stays the same until you want to change it. No hit or miss as sometimes happen when stylist mix color in the salon.
