I loved it! The hair color was fabulous and REALLY covered my grays! My hair is difficult to process and the salons are always getting it wrong and they can't seem to figure out how long to let me process and then they put me under the dryer... With this hair color it was 20 minutes and DONE! I will use it in between highlighting and save SO MUCH MONEY!!

I have been using this hair color for about a year now and I will never use anything else. The color is always perfect--never brassy, pink or ashy. If I decide I want to make an adjustment, it's only an email away. So easy, so convenient and so good! Now, if only my head would stop making white hair...

The color is very natural-looking, allowing natural highlights to show through. Great grey coverage, and the color lasts a long time. It doesn't dry my hair out!

I love that this gives me a nice red sheen in the sun and covers my newly acquired gray hairs. The directions are super easy to follow and this is much cheaper than a salon. For this mom of 6, that is a major plus!

I colored my hair 10 days before a trip so that I would have a chance to re-dye it if needed. Not only did it turn out great, but it's been over a month as I write this & my hair still looks great! You can't see any roots or anything. I definitely recommend this product.

I have been dying my hair myself since high school, which is almost 20 years. I've tried several different brands. As I am getting older and having more grey hairs the drugstore brands just weren't doing the trick anymore. I didn't want to spend a fortune at the hair salon so when I saw this advertised I figured for $20 it wouldn't break the bank. I love it! The color is beautiful and it keeps my grey hair covered until the next touch up. I am amazed at how well it keeps the grey hair from popping out. I will never use another product.

I cannot recommend Esalon enough. It only took 2 blends to find the perfect colour for me and for the first time in years, I want to keep the same colour. I usually change it so much because it's either too dark or too red but Esalon have perfected it. It also arrives in lovely packaging and personalised to me. It's worth every penny and I love the quick service. Give it a go, you won't be sorry.

I ordered this custom hair color from esalon in April and i must say that i am very pleased with this product. The color is rich and lasts about 2 weeks longer than the boxed hair color you can buy in the local grocery/drug store.

I have been using eSalon for a little over a year now and it truly is salon quality product without the price. Changes to my color formula and/or schedule have been simple and I really couldn't be more pleased. The colorists have been able to so closely match my true color that people have no idea that I color my hair let alone do it myself!

the color was perfect, long lasting... my hair smelled wonderful and it lasted as long as it said it was going to! My personal colorist was easy to communicate with through email too! I was really nervous about this at first - but the finished product was amazing

Even my stylist at a high-end salon was impressed with my first eSalon custom color results. Switched from John Freida because it became too hard to find, but eSalon looks natural with great grey coverage from day one. No waiting for the hue to tone down. Also has great depth and truly lasts an entire 6 weeks without fading. (I use Living Proof shampoo for color treated hair. I believe that helps.)

The color was and is perfect! I selected what I thought was good, but the colorist suggested a different color. I went with it and couldn't be happier. Now if e-salon could figure a way to incorporate highlights.

I had been going to a professional salon, to a stylist who didn't pay attention and did such a horrible job on my hair.
I searched on YouTube to fix it. Found Esalon, sent my photo, answered a few questions. Couple of days later I received my color.
I was so hesitant to apply the color but went for it. I wasn't expecting to freak out as the color I applied starting turning a color I was not familiar with. I told myself to "trust the process". My hair came out great. Thank you. I will be using Esalon for the future.

I love this. The color is stunning - thank you for making adjustments to my requested color. You were spot on. There was NO burning sensation. It rinsed out quickly and completely. The shampoo/conditioner left my hair differ than it's been for a long time. Seriously wish I'd gone this earlier.

I personally love this hair color. It's easy to do (although pretty messy - you really need to do it in the shower). The results are quality color with minimal damage. I love that it's delivered right to my door, too.

Love the color. Very natural and creates multi-faceted highlights. The product is not runny or drippy so very little mess. Very thoughtful that two pairs of gloves are included. My only issue is that while I order the permanent haircolor, I'm still having to color every four weeks. I thought it would be longer-lasting, especially since I only wash my hair every few days.

The product is definitely of professional quality. My hair seems in better condition now then before I colored it. Highly recommended. It costs a little more than the department store colors that dont last, but much less than going to a salon.

I was very pleased with this product. I haven't had to use my second(free) bottle yet. Coverage of gray was fast, only took 5 minutes. I was apprehensive to use the entire bottle throughout but next time I will. The color came out beautifully where I tried it!

What a great company, my experience was excellent very precise in colour matching my hair, my colour is lasting well too, i have to be honest i thought when I read my instructions it wouldnt last as I had to do my roots first and apply the rest at the end foam it up and wash it out to prevent hot roots. I wont be buying any more casting creme gloss now i have found esalon. thanks esalon look forward to getting my next colour

I really didn't think I could color my hair, I have always went to a salon. My first concern was getting the correct color. Well let me tell you the color specialists matched my natural color to a tee!! It was even a better match then the long time salon I was going to ever used. My second concern was actually applying the color. It was actually a lot easier than I thought it would be. The instructions included made the experience really quite simple! I will no longer be going to a salon to get my hair colored. Thank you eSalon!!

I have black hair and have been going gray or rather white for awhile. I get a darkest brown color for my roots and the color is beautiful. I have gotten lots of great comments from strangers when I"m out and about. I will probably go a bit lighter for my next order. I also love the Heart Lock It shampoo and conditioner, which is amazing! My husband loves how my hair smells after I finish washing my hair after coloring it.

The colour, medium pearl copper blonde turned out exactly as I wanted. Not too orange or too blonde. The cover is even (I have well water that makes colouring tricky) and shiny and so far I am very happy.
