I love my custom hair color! I absolutely love the way that my personal colorist helped me get the color just right. I used to have problems with my roots being too light and the rest of my hair getting really light, no matter what I used or how I used it. My first hair color actually came with two colors, one for the roots and one for the rest of my hair. It was perfect. Now, I only need one color and it works great. I love the color itself, it is shiny and rich. I will use this service as long as it is available. I recommend it to all of my friends and family. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

This was my first purchase with eSalon and I loved it! I have very long hair and they sent two bottles. I had always used 1 and it was never enough. The root area bottle was a different color that the bottle for the rest of my hair. It made sense after coloring my hair. Before, the ends of my hair would always be much darker than the root area. Esalon really knew how to mix the perfect colors for my hair and I couldn't have been happier with my purchase. Thanks eSalon!

I was very skeptical of using a product at home,they've never turned out...either bassey, red or something awful. But the prices you pay every 5 weeks at a salon ( which would change no matter if they did the same exact thing) it was always an unpleasant surprise. But now, with eSalon... I am so happy! My color is natural looking ,and I'm not sitting in a salon for hours on end again. I'm using the extra money I'm saving from my hair on my 9 grandchildren's " needs" and not my hair!!! I love the coloring that was made just for me. My hair is natural looking, like my color from my younger years. I was eerie on following thru with coloring my hair but i braved up n I'm glad I did my hair looks great! It's shiny, manageable, full of bounce and soft.
My granddaughter notice right away because she didn't want me to color it because I won't look like a grandma but afterwards she said she loves it. Makes me look young. My 2 daughters didnt notice at first but when I finally told them they were like "Cool Mom, You look cool. I like it."

I really like the eColor hair dye. I have been using it for about a year and am happy with the results, it lasts as long as store bought and salon dyes without the aggregation of having to spend 2 hours in a salon.

This color was used to touch up my roots since I have hi-lights. I went a bit lighter than my natural color. It definitely helped extend the time between hi-lights.

I was nervous about coloring my hair for the first time. The color came out looking very natural, hid my grey and still allowed the natural highlights come through the dye as different shades. Would definitely recommend to friends.

I am so happy to have found eSalon. The formulas are great, with a great coverage and glossy finish. The instructions are easily to follow and its a real treat that it is personalised to your requirements. For Summer the eSalon team lightened my usual order. Another plus is that as soon as the eSalon package comes though the door I know its time to colour my hair, resulting in my hair looking good all the time.

Opened the kit very impressed with the setup everything in the kid was self-contained. Easy directions No harsh smell. Really impressed can't wait to see what it looks like when it's dry I will be getting another order next month.. Been a week now still love the color and the texture of my hair. I have very fine hair and this has seemed to pump it up a lot I really like this stuff

It works as easily as the 10-20 minute semi permanent store bought haircolor treatment I normally use, the procedures I used beforehand and the steps used during and to finish up the procedure are the same as well. I was just as careful as I always am, preparing, then following the easy instructions and this hair coloring treatment, shampoo and conditioner worked very well. There was no bad smell of any part of the products, the shampoo and conditioner smell very nice. My personalized kit included everything needed and was packaged nicely and not wastefully either. The color match up was as close to my description as I wanted it to be. I sent 'before' pictures too, now I m sending 'after'ones. I am satisfied with everything. Its more expensive but only by about $8.00. Though it saved me a trip to the store. Now I'll test to see how well the color holds up so I can write another review in about 4 weeks. This is a very good product though for me its just as easy to use store bought home coloring, so I'm 50-50 on the plan to use it again, or not.

I do love my color. It's a rich brunette with subtle auburn hi-lites. It looks natural and my hair is so shiny! I do get a lot of compliments on my color. Also, I like the tips that come with the instructions for application and the conditioner included makes my hair feel so healthy.

I've had so much trouble getting the results I want from hair stylists who have their own ideas about what my hair should look like. With this online service, I got exactly what I ordered and the outcome was what I wanted. Great coverage of wicked grays, nice color tones, easy application with all the doo-dads. One word to describe my first experience.......Amazing!!
I was skeptical of the color at first, thinking it would be too dark, but it turned out more perfect than I could've even asked for! I loved the way it took years off my age and looked like my original hair color always did when I was much younger. And the way my hair felt to the touch, even weeks afterward, was beautiful! Soft and silky to touch, not dried out at all. In fact, I believe my hair is healthier now than it was prior to my coloring it with this product!
I am more than happy to share my secret (e salon) with everyone I meet, and have given my link out to all my friends and family members so they can enjoy the benefits , as well!

I do not write reviews. This may be my first ever. I have natural red hair which is very hard to match up. It took me years to find a stylist that was finally able to color my hair red and not brown. Going to the salon every month costs a fortune. My first time using eSalon it was an exact match to my natural red hair color. They provide you everything you need. At the beginning of summer, I had a Brazilian Straightener on my hair. I received an email from eSalon letting me know they were about to mix my color for the next shipment. I emailed them to let them know of the Straightener and they replied ASAP and customized my color to ensure the straightener was not affected. You cannot beat the quality and customer service of eSalon. LOVE IT!!

I love all the products from eSalon , and if the color is not exactly right the first time; they will work with you until it is what you want. The shampoo and conditioner that comes in the kit is excellent--very moisturizing, yet does not weigh down my baby fine hair.

In my youth I had dark brown hair. My eyebrows are still dark and I presumed that, in my 50s, and wanting to cover grey, I should still be as dark. I gave all my details and uploaded a couple of photos and put myself in the colourists' hands. The shade they come up with was perfect - very natural and flattering. Many thanks!

I tried it and I love it. If covered my grays and added warmth to my color without making it look copper like or brassy.....very natural! I really love it! I've had many positive compliments on it as well.
