I used this product and followed the instructions exactly. I love the color and the way my hair feels. It is shiny, healthy and the color looks natural. Not sure yet about the gray coverage. I contacted my eSalon colorist and let her know so I hope with a little change it will be better with the next coloring. I am impressed with the fast response.

Great experience overall! I loved the presentation. Even though the smell was pretty strong while applying it the color matched perfectly. It doesn't leave any residual on the towel after shampooing and rinsing. I would definitely recommend this product. Thank you Esalon!

My family and friends say the color I chose looks great on me. Comes with everything you need. Even a timer! The stylists and staff are easy to reach even on the phone. Will definitely keep using eSalon.

I love my color. I get lots of compliments and told it looks natural. I really like the copper highlights in my hair. My hair feels nice after coloring, not harsh as with some I've tried in the past. I tell people about this line and how great it is. Two of my co-workers are now using it and very happy with the results. I like how it's shipped to my home when I choose.

I have used this product three times now. It has taken this long to get the colour right, but I am very happy with it now. Grey coverage is excellent. It is really useful to be able to give feedback and have the colour adjusted until you are happy with it. Would recommend.

My custom made hair color is the truth! It covered all my gray, the instructions were easy to follow and the kit was thoroughly stocked. Yes they even gave me something for my hair stains! How awesome is that? The color blends in well with my previously applied hair color and there was a generous amount for all my gray roots. You guys are the best! Thank you so much! The color is a perfect match! I can barely see my roots growing in. I don't have much grey but need to cover what I have and perk up my dulling hair color. I'm happy with the results. My hair shines and looks renewed! I feel pretty again.

I can't say enough about this color. I get so many compliments on my hair now since I have been coloring with e-salon color. I tell everybody about where I get it and tell them that they have to order some themselves and see why I love it so much. My hair feels soft, shiny and more manageable. I don't have to wash it as often as I had to with store bought color, shampoo and conditioner.

With just a single tweak by one of the hair color specialists, my hair color went from very nice to best hair color EVER! I had applied my first color, gave eSalon a call to adjust the hue, and walla! Youthful Perfection! Now if they could just

There has been no surprises with Esalon. My hair color is consistent. When I went to a professional salon, I frequently came home with another color or the worse was when roots where either darker or lighter. E-salon allows me to color when its convenient for me with better than salon results. Put on an oversized shirt, crank up the rock-n-roll and color.

I love that I can interact with the colorist each month before they mix my color. Was last month too brown? Too coppery? All I have to do is let them know and they alter the recipe. My hair is soft after coloring and doesn't smell weird. This is a find!

I don't have to stand in a store trying to figure out what color I want, nor do I have to go to a store to purchase it. It comes directly to me and I set the time line. They guarantee your satisfaction and I have absolutely no complaints. The color is long lasting and I had to change the delivery date because I thought I'd need it on the same time line as a store or salon purchase. What else can I say but I really love this!

The color was right on for me! I have received lots of compliments on the color. The process was similar to what I have been using so it was easy for me. It costs more than the drug store brand but not nearly as much as a salon color job and is lasting longer than what I had been using. I highly recommend it and have told my hair-coloring friends!

My daughter has been helping me color my hair for years now, ever since the gray started coming in. She has bought me professional color from a Beauty store and told me the esalon color is by far the nicest color she has seen on me. So that sold me, lol, covered my gray beautifully and blended in well with my natural color. So I gave esalon a 5 star rating!!

I love my custom hair color. I get compliments all the time. This product is easy to use, makes my hair soft and shiny. It looks so much healthier than any store bought color. I use mahogany and some red. I've asked for a tad more red for fall. I can't wait to see what it looks like.

This was my first time ever using a mail order hair color so I was unsure. The color was great, my hair turned out better than I expected & it is really soft! Only downside I see is I'm going to have to color every 8 weeks instead of 10 weeks!

I never thought I would colour my hair from something that was delivered to my door. I'm very fussy. And need my hair colored at least every 3 to 4 weeks. The custom hair color covers all of my gray. It lasts long and it gives an extreme shine that is lovely. Highly recommend it

I was skeptical at first but felt if it was a drastic epic-fail I could just pop down to the drug store for a MissClairol!!
But I'm never using Drug Store color again!!
All the items needed ftom start to finish are included! Even two pair of gloves!!! I am most impressed with the ease of use and all the support available if needed.
They are truly chemical magicians! With just a few questions and a photo, they got my color perfect the first time!!!! And covered any grey with ease!

I was very impressed with eSalon. I was referred by a family member to just "try it out". Since I had been coloring my hair myself with products from Sally, I thought it couldn't be any different. I was very wrong. My color came out so much better and it looked natural. Before the first wash it was a little dark, but it lightened and it honestly looks like my natural hair color. I forget sometimes that I even dyed it. The coverage took out all of my greys and the color experts picked a shade that really accentuates my skin tone and eyes. Overall, I'm incredibly pleased and will continue to use.

I was reluctant to choose something as important as hair colour without a face to face consultation. However, I thought I'd give it a go, as they say 'nothing ventured, nothing gained'. So, I went through the process, being very careful about my selection. I have to say, I am absolutely delighted with the results, colour doesn't fade, really good coverage and hair is soft and shiny. I would really recommend this product and if anyone has any doubts, don't!!

This was my first eSalon experience and I was nervous, because I've never used permanent color before. I have found that there is nothing to be afraid of! It has been a month since I colored my hair and the gray is just starting to peak out. The color that was developed for me is so close to my natural color that my roots are barely noticeable! And it isn't any more difficult to use than a box kit from the drug store, so I will most definitely indulge again. So far, so good!

Every bit as good as the salon! I have been using eSalon color for about a year now and I have been 100% happy with every single order and ever contact made with customer service. They have always been kind and helpful with every question and request I have had. I have stopped going to the salon for coloring now because eSalon color is every bit as good as what my stylist does for me without question at a fraction of the cost. I LOVE my eSalon color.
