I love the personalised service. Make sure you send a photo so they have some idea of where you are now. I had a follow up email that helped determine the best colour for me. Used it 2 days ago and perfect shiny colour. They'll work with me if I gradually want to go darker. Definitely give it a try.

I can't say enough great things about my hair color. I always thought I had to go to a salon to get the right color for me, but you have proved me wrong! I have been using eSalon for a couple of years and I love not only how easy it is to use and to change colors, but after losing my job, it's a huge relief that I can color my hair without a huge hit to my budget. I've been using this service for about 2 years and have to say that I am totally satisfied with the result. It looks natural and covers the gray. I struggled with the gray coverage for quite a while before switching to this product and all I can say is I wish I had switched sooner! The color is fantastic and the customer service is superb! I had been buying two colors at the store and mixing them. I always had trouble finding both colors, I had to remember how much of each I used, and the outcome was unpredictable, although I always liked it. eSalon provides a more subtle color, which is natural looking and complements my skin coloring more. It is also less expensive. I like being able to wash it out right away. I love it.
P.S. I get tons of compliments on my color!

I'm so happy my friend suggested eSalon. It was super easy to apply and gave me a great natural color. I'm about 4 weeks in and it's holding better than the last salon color I got (really). I have red hair and just want to cover grays and brighten things up. This is exactly what I need.

This is the perfect color!!!! I receive compliments with nearly every new person I met. It's the perfect amount of red and copper. It looks so natural. I've even kept this color for almost a year now. When I typically would change my hair color every 2-3 months trying to find the right color. I'm almost afraid to share this color because it's my little secret, but I'm so happy with it I want to share just how great eSalon has been and far less expensive than the salon.

Very pleased with all products. They smell good, they are good quality, instructions are sraight forward and easy...best thing ive discovered on the internet in years. I also love that they colorists are so quick and make adjustments based on exactly what you say or request.

I like the color. I am pulling red again where my hair was gray. So I am getting red highlights throughout my hair. But there is no shine to my hair.. Anything I can do? Anything you can change to add some shine to the color?

I love this formula and also being able to customize it!! It only took me one email to adjust my chosen color.. My hair feels so soft. The shine is amazing. SOOOO much better than drug store brands.....and ive tried them all!!

I now have the perfect color at less than a third the price of a salon. They worked with me to formulate the right color for me by the third try and honestly the first two were pretty good just not perfect! They also have all the supplies you can think of and the hair mask makes my hair look healthy and soft.

Was skeptical. Was pleasantly surprised! After many expensive years (now $125.) of disappointing results I'm so happy with my color. It was exactly what I was hoping for! I was truly amazed. The colorist I spoke with on the phone asked all the right questions and came up with the perfect formula for my previously colored hair. I couldn't be happier! Also love the shampoo.

I really liked ESalon hair color that I used for the first time 3 weeks ago. It was easy to follow the directions and yes, I did rinse the color out in the shower. What a great idea! I've seen no brassiness. I didn't give it a 5 star because It was a little darker than wanted but it was still attractive and shiny. Will use again sometime

I have LOVED the hair color ever since the first color treatment. The color pigments are rich and so natural looking. My hair is so shiny and healthy looking too, not dry like a store bought color. I have had the color adjusted at a time or two and love the custom color you have created for me. I get so many compliments! I would like to keep the fact that I color my hair a secret but I can't. I love love love this colour, it suits me perfectly. I got such good grey coverage and the directions are simple to follow. Absolutely love that you put everything needed to do the job properly in the box, like 2 pairs of gloves! Also use the timer for cooking too ha! I can't recommend you highly enough and have been telling my friends about you. Wish I had jumped on board sooner!

I always have trouble with my haircolor. If I spend a fortune at the salon, it's still not exactly the right color. If I do it at home with regular box brands, the ends are ALWAYS too dark because they are dry. esalon give me PERFECT results every time! The red is perfect and the color is even and true! Absolutely worth it!! I will never go back to anything else!

The colorist truly listened to what I wanted. My color blended perfectly with the added warmth of copper. Coverage of the gray was great! Everything is included in the kit, so I was able to color my hair the day the kit arrived without worry of missing something.

I think this hair color is almost perfect. I know my hair started off in August really orange from color and we have been slowly adjusting it to turn it into a medium golden brown. I think by the next color it will be perfect.
