I am smitten with the product and will continue to use it. The brush applicator is excellent and makes it very easy to apply - even in the back. The color is perfect and I am impressed with eSalon's ability to match it so spot on using only a photo and Q&A form. I will buy again...and again!

The product was easy to use and the instructions are very detailed. The color was a bit too dark, but my hair is very absorbent. I have asked in my next order to lighten the color a bit. Now that it has been 6 weeks, it is the perfect color. Looking forward to my next order

I have been using my custom hair color for about a year now and I absolutely love it! the color looks very natural and it lasts a long time. I have been told by a few people that it does not look like I color my hair and that the color looks very natural. It also covers the grays very good. I am very pleased with my hair color since I have been using this product and I recommend it to anyone and everyone who colors their hair.

Just used my first color from eSalon, light blonde. The color is pretty but darker than expected, almost a medium brown. Can't wait to try the next color. Requested a true medium blonde. Regardless of color, product was great. Love the personalized instructions and received outstanding customer service. Look forward to future business. Thank you!

After years of do it myself coloring at home I was tired of not being able to find my preferred brands and color on the shelf. Results often varied from brassiness to uneven color. eSalon has changed all that. The ease of application, simple instructions and having all tools necessary made it a breeze. The first shipment I received and applied I didn't see much change. I messaged customer support and they replied super fast. The replaced my order after asking me questions and changing my color to get exactly what I wanted. I love my hair color and I tell everyone about eSalon.

I love the great color, and the tinted love shampoo really helped extend the color. I just am not sure i can continue due to price. We are on disability, and this is double what i what I was spending. Great product!

I loved that I got great salon color at home. I saved money and more importantly I saved A LOT of time. I had my daughter do it for me and it turned out wonderful and I got to spend quality time with my teenager!

I have been using the hair color for about a year. It lasts, it looks great and the instructions are easy. There is no sense paying a stylist or buying cheaper over the counter products when you can color with eSalon.

I really like the color when i got it they did a great job with the color because the one I picked out would have been very black and that was not what I wanted so they sent a match for me it was beautiful Thanks for the help

I absolutely love the New red color that was made for me! It is so shiny and has tons of dimension. The color seems to last awhile, which is hard to do sometimes with red colors. This color is a keeper for sure!! I have had a ton of compliments on it too. Thanks to Angelynn C. for creating the perfect color for me!

I love how the color matches my natural color. It is easy to apply and goes on very smoothly. The smell is not overwhelming either. I have a few gray hairs and when colored, they actually appear as being highlights, which I really like.

The color is amazingly very much my natural color! It is easy to apply, and leaves my hair in great condition. I don't know how they accomplish such a perfect match, but it is vibrant, alive color, and the customer service is awesome!!!!!!

Amazing how well this covers my grey hair! Better and easier than going to a salon. It was easy to adjust the color with the consultant thru the website. It is so easy to adjust shipment times and add in products when needed.

Upon seeing the photo I sent, eSalon recommended I use a shade they came up with rather than the one I ordered. I agreed to try it. When it arrived and I saw the word "ash" as one of the colors I almost returned it without trying it. Previous coloring experiences with ash had always left me with a "camo green" tinge and I had an important event coming up. Well, I took a chance and the color is beautiful, my hair is soft, there's no smell, I love it! Thanks so much. Especially thank you, Heather! I love you guys!

I've used eSalon's custom color for about 6 months now, and of all the compliments I've received, the best are from hair professionals. One lady wanted to see the products and offered to do the application for me if I would bring her the kit. Ha! I'll do it myself, thank you. Colorists have commented on the natural color highlights and asked my secret. Aside from saying it's from eSalon, I let them wonder how the color comes out so awesome. The second coloring step done with water in the shower is easy and finishes so beautifully.

I loved the color. I loved that someone is really listening, I love the low cost with very high quality, I love that I can do it at home in my own time.

I love how versatile this product is. I can change the colour and dates when I want it delivered and speak to someone any time. I have just added more tints and I'm really pleased with how the colour has turned out. The quality of the hair colour is top notch too covering grey and leaving my hair soft and shiny. I'm tring to think of any negatives but I can't, so I would definitely recommend this product to everyone.

I have used the color 3 times now. I asked for a change in the tone as I had a red cast in the light. The change was very effective. I like the kit. It is compact but has everything I need to get the job done. Very efficient packaging and great color! Thank you!

This is the third time coloring my hair through eSalon. We have tweaked the color and its perfect. The team really seems to try to get it right and cares how you like it! I get lots of compliments and everyone always thinks it is done at the salon.

It didn't take much of my time to color. Was a little nervous at first but happy when completed it looks so natural. And the color has lasted longer than I thought it would.

I've been coloring my roots since I was in my early 30's... A decade later, I've now tried it all. My hair grows super fast & gets really dry by all the chemicals (& having it done by someone else is way too expensive)! But eSalon color is the best out there, it's easy, very affordable, & doesn't dry my hair out like other brands. I highly recommend it!!! (Thank you eSalon for my custom blended color & support when needed!)

It feels special to think something is created just for me. The directions are easy and complete. They even send a little tab to hang up the directions while working. And the results...a warm, rich, full head of wonderful hair.

I loved this color. The first time i ordered the color came out too dark which is what I am trying to get away from. My color consultant adjusted the color for my next order and this time it was perfect. Waiting to see how the gray coverage holds up. So far it is good.

I'm not one to ever toot any products but this is the exception. I have tried every brand of hair dye at the drug stores attempting to reduce my $130. Salon treatment every 5 weeks and I was getting ready to give up and go back to the salon and saw e salons ad on FB. Thought one more time, after all it was $10. And the 3 hours I don't have to spend in a salon chair. A fabulous hair kit arrived quickly with more than enough finally to do long hair. The results astounded me with how easy it was to use and the color and coverage it provided. I even posted a pic on FB, so not me. I have told every woman I know about this product and recommended it. So in other words I love, love love this product.

I have to admit I wasn't anticipating a lot. Boy was I wrong, my colorist chose a different color than what I thought. The color is dimensional and soft and the SHINE is fabulous. Definitely will be a customer.....Thank you!

Even the gal who cuts my hair wants to know who does my color! I told her it was eSalon and she was really amazed!!! I am so happy I found this product. The root cover, leave-in conditioner, shiny armor and of course the shampoo and conditioner are all really really good products. BRAVO!

I've used this product for 6 months now and am very pleased. The quality of product is very high, salon quality. My hair and scalp can really tell. The color lasts, and I always get compliments on my color after a dye. I love the step by step instructions and everything you need is included in the kit. A great deal for the price. The initial intake is thorough, as if you were doing it in person. It's easy to leave feedback for minor tweaks in color. One star off because we are still working to get my color right after 4 applications. I'm asking for a slightly more bold option, and I think they are just being conservative and going slow with the transition. I can respect that.
I highly recommend you try this product!

I waited for help until Jan. none so I did it my self, hopefully I colored it all. Disability with hands and arms I just can't do things I'd like to do. Great company good color.

I'm 60 years old this is the best hair color product I have ever used out beats the salons 100%. The gray coverage is awesome couldn't ask for a better product a must try you'll never go back. After spending anywhere from $80-$120 every 4 to 5 weeks to find this product at the cost is unbelievable thank you eSalon

I am happy with my color. I had a little trouble coloring my roots. I had a place in the front that the color didn't cover the grey. I colored it first so I'm now real sure what happened. I'll keep trying.

I have been having trouble with boxed hair color. I had been using a black violet color and after 2 days had a brown red head of hair. This color is exactly what I wanted, and the color has lasted. My hair looks and feels great.

I randomly came across eSalon on FB and I'm sooooo glad I did. I have short blonde hair starting to go grey and my experience with eSalon color has been amazing for a year now! The kit is fantastic and I do it myself every month. Don't buy store bought anymore. Just follow all the steps to start up with a picture of your hair and if you don't like the first color they send you it's very easy to adjust. That's what I did Andi I love it!!!!! I don't work for eSalon btw. I'm an honest customer.

I wasn't sure about the color when I first picked it out. When I got I couldn't wait to try it. It came out great and I really liked the color. All my friends and coworkers said that they really liked it. Said it really looked good on me.

Love, love, love it! I was skeptical at first to try and buy something online and hoping I would get my desired color but to my surprise, the color was perfect. They were in contact with me to make sure the color was what I wanted.Setting up delivery dates was simple and I'm in complete control of when I would like my next delivery. Wish I would of done this a long time ago!

Love this hair colour system and have a far nicer colour and finish than any salon hair colour appointment has ever achieved at a fraction of the price.
The only reason for the four stars rather than the five, is I found it rather complicated to divide hair in a way that enabled me to apply only to roots, prior to the lengths of my hair. For anyone who isn't naturally able in these areas, I think it is advisable to have a friend help you out!

I know I had sent a text message that said something like wow this is wonderful. It really came out looking so good! I will try the color again to see if I want to keep it this dark or if I want to tweet it. Got lots of nice compliments. And the products are wonderful also.
