Wish I had done this years ago. They called me, went over my photo, discussed what I wanted and sent the perfect product. It was simple to do and took only 30 minutes from start to finish even with an additional step because of my very light highlights. I love the color!! It is simply gorgeous and will save me hundreds in hair salon costs this year.

I have used the hair colour formulated for me and I am delighted with the results. I am getting older and my regular hair dye was not covering the grey so well but the esalon formula has covered it completely. I love the colour and the actual dye was thicker and felt more luxurious and made me confident that it would work well. I was particularly impressed that esalon exchanged emails with me before providing the product to check on the colour I required and ensure they had met my needs. Thoroughly recommended despite my initial reservations as I saw the product on Facebook and thought it was probably a gimmick. I could not have been more wrong and I love it!

After some tweaking with the eSalon reps, we came up with the perfect color for me and it not only covers my gray for an extended period, it doesn't turn a brassy red like the box brands I'd been using for years. I am very happy with eSalon!

Triple wow! Arrived quickly, packaged well, esthetic presentation. I'm about to receive my third order and still just as happy with this color. After my first application, it was more beautiful than the salon color I had been getting every 6 weeks. The only way this could get any better is if they flew in, came to my house, and applied the color for me.

So, I loved it! The product didn't leave my head itchy and didn't stain my skin.
The color was amazing, loved it right away. Although a week or 2 later, seems like the grays are already showing. Will ask to tweek the recipe.
Also , as an environment conscious person, feeling guilty about all the packaging (in the long term) - maybe something for eSalon to consider.

I have used the product three times now. It is a little thick when first applied, and somewhat hard to wash out. Other than that, it works great! The color holds better than most over the counter colors, and at the end of the sixth week, has not faded too much. That's through at least 10 to 12 washings, so is very good on holding color. I like the product and would recommend it to other women with lots of grey.

I'm 65 and have been home coloring my hair for years as I refuse to waste money on monthly salon coloring. The custom color I receive from e color is a perfect match and the shine is beautiful. I am often complimented on my beautiful hair color.

This is as good as any salon and I love it.
My friends daughter has a hair salon in Australia and worked on hair for Australia's Next Top Model; she was very impressed with my color. She said if I hadn't told her how its colored and how much of a saving in time and money it is that she would had said it was a professional job. Made me feel a million dollars that did :-)

It took three tries for me to get the right color, but not because eSalon was sending the wrong color, but because I kept changing it to see what I liked best. The eSalon hair experts did exactly as I requested until I found the right color for me.

This is the first time I have used eSalon. I ordered a medium brown copper and it did come out dark at first, but my hair always does that no matter what. I has been about 2 1/2 weeks and it is now perfect. I absolutely love it. Beautiful copper color but not "red". Also I loved the way my hair felt after I colored it. It was so soft. Every box color that I have ever used, even with the conditioners, my hair is all tangled and feels very very dry for a few days. This is the best my hair has felt after coloring it.

I enjoy the color selections and easy modificatins to my color and coverage as desired. The instructions are customized and great, everything comes in a tidy package full of thoughtfull tools. I enjoy it more than getting color in a salon.

I love the color, my hair texture and the convenience of the color arriving at my door as scheduled. Great customer service as well. However, the grey coverage could be better. I will mention this to my colorist next time and hopefully my personalized formula will be altered to suit my needs. Overall very satisfied.

The color was PERFECT! found that using the brush, the color went a lot further and it was easier than I expected. This was a first for me , but by following the instructions, there was enough color to cover my whole head. In the past, I've had to buy two color kits. I love that you can shampoo right after, too.

I was a little nervous trying your product after reading some reviews. I was going to throw it away. I am so glad I didn't!!!! The color is so rich. It actually makes my hair look better. Best hair purchase ever! Box dyes do not give such a rich full color. Actually, I've never gotten this color at a salon. Every gray is covered and I have some stubborn grays! My hair felt a little harsh when rinsing, but the cream rinse I received with the product made it soft again.
Whenever a hairdresser used a dark brown color on my hair, it looked dyed. It didn't look natural. Now I feel that I have my natural color back.
I went with the permanent which is a little harsher than the demi-permanent, but the stylist informed me that the coverage is far superior with permanent and based on my results I agree. However, I did switch it to demi-permanent. When I receive it next month, I will publish a comparison review of permanent versus demi-permanent.

It is amazing to have a professional mix my colors instead of me doing it. I'm not a professional and based on that fact I guess what I was doing my hair was thinning out. But now since I've used Custom Hair Color, I really think my hair is coming back and nicely.

This is the first time I have used this color system. I was a licensed cosmetologist for 20 plus years and due to medical issues I no longer work in a salon. I have been using over the counter products and must re apply my color every two-three weeks...since using esalon, I haven't had to re apply and my color looks amazing!

I have been using a salon product for years - which I loved. However my hair had gotten very coarse and dry so I decided I just had to try something else. Colored on Thursday and have been using the shampoo and conditioner for less than a week, and so far it feels better than it has in years, without the expensive salon conditioning treatments.

The color covered everything with no fading! At the salon, my color always fades off of the gray within a few weeks. However, after several weeks, I was pleasantly amazed that my color held with no fancy/expensive shampoo to assist!

Better then going to salon. Salon always turns it redish or yellow tint and cost lot more. ESalon is great. Save money and hair has no yellowing or redishtint to it. Love it. Already telling friends have try it.

I was very afraid to color my natural hair because I have not used any chemicals on my hair in 9 years. I saw eSalon & purchased it. It was easy to order & my color arrived very quickly. When I opened the box I just looked in it & while I thought the presentation was nice I just couldn't go through with it. I started thinking what if it's to harsh for my hair? What if I don't like the color? So it sat in on my kitchen counter in the box for about 3 weeks before I finally took the plunge & colored my hair. Man oh man I love it!! I had only 1 problem the shampoo & conditioner pack was too small for my huge head of hair. I wish I would have checked product list & ordered an extra pack of each of them then my experience would have been over the top!!!!!!!

Oh my goodness, this hair color is amazing!!! The color is vibrant and it has been holding in my hair now for over 3 weeks! I love it!!! Follow directions, they are different than the store box ones and it all works together!
