I've been using these products for about 6 months now and I must say that my hair looks great! The color does not fade away as fast as store bought products and it keeps truer to color until the next coloring. I am also very satisfied with the gray coverage I get. I was nervous and worried about A) ordering this product online B) actually doing it myself C) most importantly, my hair not turning a scary color.
Not only did all three scenarios turn out fine, I LOVED it. My hair looks awesome and according to my skeptical southern mother "your hair looks 10 times better than when you get it done at the beauty shop!" Customer forever.

I kept the same formula and just made sure to apply a little earlier/heavier to hairline and I now have great, even coverage and great color. I'll keep ordering this formula for sure. So easy!

Hi, I'm 64 and have never colored my hair. You are correct if you're assuming I have some gray hair. (Do to my age, right?) Didn't really know what to expect...I did know if this was a disaster, eSalon would help me get it right. Their customer support is amazing. I was starting to panic about the color I chose so I called customer support. The person that answered was so nice reassuring and helped me order another color. I left the conversation with quite a bit more confidence I made a good choice on color. My girlfriend helped with the application and it came out perfect. Not all of the gray was colored, however I was pleased with the outcome. My hair looked so natural that none of my friends even knew I colored my hair!!! Now that I have a total of one hair coloring experience under my belt, I decided to take a chance to have eSalon add a bit of red to the formula. I hade red hair naturally and those with red hair know how rough it is to match their natural color.
Well Esalon matched it perfectly and the quality of their hair color is the best I have ever tried. It doesn't dry my hair out and it doesn't fade fast like all others.

I love this hair color. I can color my hair any time I want and it won't cost me an arm and a leg to do it. The color choices are great and I'm able to change my color as I wish. Make sure to buy the professional kit along with your initial hair color purchase. I find it easier and cleaner to use the bowl and brush. I've colored my hair three time already using the kit and it has worked amazingly.

The color was exactly what I expected. It was easy enough to apply that my 12 year old daughter did it for me. All of the little extras - gloves, application brush, stain remover, etc. made everything go smoothly. I think I look better than I would after a trip to the salon.

I used it on 96 year old Nana. Came out close to her natural younger days hair color. Had some reddish tones, but that was perfect for her. She looks 10 years younger.

I love my new color! I went from boring blonde to radiant red! The color blended perfectly, although the fumes were strong. The kit and instructions were easy to follow. I had initially miscommunicated what I wanted, but called customer service that quickly turned around my color formula and shipped my kit asap! I will continue ordering via eSalon!

My custom hair color totally matched the color from my hairstylist back home. I recently moved and was in need of a colorist. Saw an ad for esalon and thought I'd try it. I couldn't be happier the color looks great and it's very easy to apply. The kit comes with directions, stain guard, stain remover, shampoo, conditioner, applicator bottle and gloves. I'm way to low maintenance to keep my hair up at a salon, and I've done every hair no-no at Sally's. This is the perfect fit for me. I don't have to cross my fingers as I buy a color and hope for the best! The color is perfect every time. I just did the roots the past few times and I keep excepting to see a line or an obvious sign of just doing the roots- nope. You'd have no idea. Color matches flawlessly!

I love the simplicity of touching up roots and having it match, especially with the brush sent with the first shipment. The color is shiny and soft and just right. It didn't make my hair turn black like the box kind always does! And much more affordable than a salon!

Really, I am so impressed with this company. I did a whole bunch of research about them and others that claim to give you a salon color that you can order online. I was skeptical, but figured for the price, it wouldn't hurt to try. It was dead on the exact color I was going for. I seriously cannot believe it. I may just be a customer for life :)

This hair color is sooooo good! I love the shampoo and conditioner. I can't wait to get the light lab highlights! If you don't want to spend 120 at a salon get this stuff! I use the bowl and brush from e salon.

The color is beautiful. It was a shade darker than I wanted but my colorist got right on it and is sending me a shade lighter next shipment. Can't wait to put it on and try it. Highly recommend.

The color came out just as I had expected, and the directions were easy to follow and very helpful. I suggest getting the application kit with timer, clips, and bowl as well, this made application just like a salon. This is definitely my new color source.

You find me wherever I am and I know exactly what color is going on my beautiful hair! Matching natural strawberry blonde is hard for a lot of stylist....no more salon scare! I fixed my drab hair, having had summer blonde over dark hair for the last 6 months, I needed to get it back to my Autumn hair, dark reddish brown. I do color for the seasons, and my light hair had run it's course. 4 weeks ago I had gone to my salon and had it colored, and was told that the color would come out faster, and it did, saw lots of lighter highlight under the dark, so, looking for a solution, I tried esalon color in dark mahogany red. Love, love the color. And with anyone with dark hair, you know how dry looking and drab it can be. especially with season changes. So...along with the great color, there is shine!!!!! I love having great, healthy hair. And I hope this product will help me keep it.

I have some colour resistant grey hair,so needless to say I've tried lots and lots of colours from lots of companies so I thought I would try this,
It came in a well presented box,with step by step instructions, I only used half the amount as I have short fine hair, it covered well, rinsed well, then omg !! I used the conditioner, it smelt divine ,I couldn't stop smelling my hair once it was dried and getting all my family to "smell my hair " smell my hair "

This is an excellent option everyone should consider when deciding to do your own coloring at home and which products to use. Far superior to store bought applications. They enclose everything you need to color at home, right down to personalized bottles and step by step instructions that allow no mistakes.

I am so happy with my experience! With the money that I am saving by coloring my own hair - I can buy better tools to style at home and look salon perfect everyday! I wish I had found this sooner! I am telling all my friends and family!

After explaining what I wanted for my color it seems my colorist new exactly what to do. I have been using this color for 3 mos, I'm getting just the results I have been wanting; the reddish brown is great and with this last application I can see even the reddish brown stand out from the base color I LOVE IT ! I anticipate more of these faint highlights with each use. I can't wait until the actual highlighting product is ready for use

In order to preserve my existing highlights around my face, I didn't achieve great coverage or allow enough time. Instructions were so helpful and I take responsibility for it not being fabulous. Coour is perfect. Next time I shall do it properly.

I love this color. I did send in photos. Top half of my hair was gray and the rest almost to my butt was darker. The color is even and a gorgeous copper red and brown. Plenty of color to saturate all of my hair. I'm so happy!!
