THIS HAIR COLOR IS RICH, VIBRANT AND BEAUTIFUL. IT ACTUALLY LOOKS BETTER THAN WHAT I HAD BEEN GETTING IN MY SALON.
THE COLOR WAS MIXED TO MY EXACT SPECIFICATIONS AND IT HAS HELD UP BEAUTIFULLY.

First, the beautiful packaging instilled confidence that I could color my own hair. It included all the little extras that over the counter box color do not have and the great kit was at a fraction of cost you pay at Salon. Above all, the customize color was about a 95% match of the color I imagined in my head. A great % considering its all done via a picture & questionnaire. I have every confidence the little tweak I want on next order will be at 100% of color choice.

I’ve been using esalon products for at least two years now and I recommend this service to anyone. I don’t and will not use the box products threw drug stores ever again. My hair is so much healthier I also love the personal attention each person receives I actually talked to my stylist how cool is that! I was shocked she actually contacted me because she wanted to let me know the color change I wanted to try probably would ruin my lightning process I had been going at since summer my hair is very dark, she told me the outcome and recommended other options she was great and spot on of course. It’s nice to know a person is on the look out for “Me” I’m very impulsive lol. My sister in law is hooked and has been for over a year now thank you esalon :)

I was nervous because I needed to cover roots plus grays and I have highlights. I ended up speaking with my colorist and we came up with a plan. End result is great!

So glad I gave it a try, perfect match for my hair. I am impressed, that somebody can create color for me based on my specifications and a picture. I am not an easy customer in the hair color department, but I am blown away. In general I liked everything in my initial kit. Several decades of trying everything, I did not think I could be impressed with shampoo or conditioner, but I was. This was the first time I colored hair at home, it will definitely be a learning curve, to improve my technique. I have long hair and it is very hard to color the back, but I think with time I will improve.

very happy with coverage and depth of color especially after the colorist adjusted my second color order. This saves me from having to decide on what brand, tonal color and developer every month until i could find one i liked. Very satisfied, thank you!

It's been almost a month since I colored and still NO grey popping through. That is better than my last in-salon color. It's a really nice shade of brown, not too dark, and it matches my current color. Definitely send a picture with your order. I'm impressed!

Wow, gone are my trips to the hairdresser for a colour. This stuff is amazing. Followed the instructions and couldn't be happier with the colour. Covered my grey and even after a couple of weeks my colour is still going strong

I don't normally colour my hair as it gets dry and breaks. Although the colour was a little darker than expected, I am willing to go lighter very slowly and gradually in order to preserve the health of my hair. The products did not dry out my hair AT ALL, my hair still feels soft and very much alive. The step by step instructions are easy to follow. I LOVE this product!

I was beyond impressed with my first eSalon purchase. The color mix they sent was *almost* perfect. I will reach out to my colorist for a slight tweak. It was so near to what I wanted that I hesitate to adjust anything; nothing has come this close to exact! I was very happily surprised by the in-depth instructions and quality of the product including the stain guard - SO useful - and shampoo/conditioner. Love that it's not tested on animals; I wouldn't have tried it otherwise. Thank you for the attention to details and the excellent product!
EDIT 02/16/18: eSalon did it. They gave me my hair back!! The update to the original formula is exactly right and I am thrilled. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I’m in love with the outcome of this product. I like the fact that I can color my hair myself. The color is amazing and lasts a long time. I don’t have that much gray hair but the few I have are covered with this product. Thank you eSalon.

Finally did my hair last night.. I used 2 bottles one for roots and a 2nd for ends because my hair was so many colors...im really surprised how close to be being all one color it is..its beautiful.

I have used this product now for a year. It is by far the easiest and lasts so much longer than others. I love how they check in to see if you are happy or if you need your color tweaked.

Like my kit, packaging is nice too. My hair colour was adjusted by the team after station g what self colour I used in past but looks minimally different, no-one one at work has noticed the change!!

Have been coloring my own hair for the past 30+ years. This is by far the best home coloring kit I've ever used. Well worth the extra few $$. My hair feels soft and healthy weeks after coloring. Wish it came in a root touch up size.

The color I was using wasn't doing a very good job of covering my grays and it was fading pretty quickly too. A friend recommended that I try eSalon. I was a bit worried when it felt clumpy and stuck together in the shower, but once it was washed and conditioned, all was well. When I did my second application of just the roots, it went much better and I can now go much longer in between colors, because the color covers my grays and lasts longer. Thank you eSalon!!

This is the best color I have ever used. My daughter helped me apply it. The color is perfect! Not too red not too blond. It has lasted really well. I love it!!

I get so many compliments on my hair right after I color my roots. It’s been a couple of years and I’m still impressed with how great the color is for my hair and how well it blends. Much better experience and WAY cheaper than my salon experiences!

I will never go back to the salon again! Not only was I able to get an amazing color color with eSalon, but when I thought it was a bit darker than I would like (not that I’m complaining because i got so many compliments on the shade) they listened and made some adjustments so that I could get the color I was hoping for.
I am a customer for life. Now, if the heat protectant spray would come back in stock, I’d be set lol.
Worth every penny, and the savings from going to my hairstylist every 6 weeks is HUGE!
You will not regret giving them a try!

I love the product and the fact that it is delivered to my door! I made some adjustments to my original colour and the result was perfect. The product is easy to use, quick and effective. It doesn't fade and is probably the best colour result I have ever had out of the box or in a salon. My hair is very resistant, the last two times I went to the salon they had to repeat the colour and even then the coverage wasn''t great. It faded quickly and I was frustrated. It cost a fortune, so I decided to give esalon a try. I am so glad I did, I am a very happy customer. I do wish they had a root touch up kit that offered a smaller amount of colour, I don't feel like I need to colour the length every time (my hair grows super fast) but a nice touch up on the roots in between would be great. I did try the temporary product but honestly was not a fan with how it made my hair feel. I would recommend the colour to everyone!

The color is perfect! I am so impressed with how it is shipped, the directions including the sticker to attach to anything while you are in the process, the contents of the box. Everything was thought through on how to do it at home. No more salons for me! My hair feels better then ever!

I was very skeptical to try this I had a hairdresser that colored my hair and my roots came out pink however when I got this color I just said I'll just do it I was so surprised I was weary of taking the towel off my head my color is great I love it better than the color I had and my roots are awesome thank you so much I just can't believe it I am thrilled so thank you very much and I recommend you to anyone who wants to color their hair you're very accommodating you return my messages you answer my phone calls what great PR and service

The color was just what I was hoping for which was little change from what I last had from a salon. I went to a new stylist a week after coloring and she told me she recommends esalon color to her customers who live far from the shop when they can't get to her for an appointment. I'm sold!

My hair stylist asked me what I used and I told her and she commented that my hair was in the best condition than it had been in the last few years of her cutting my hair. I love the shine and condition and the price of this product is great! My daughter recently started using it as well and it covered her hair which was the first product to actually cover and not fade when she chose to go darker. LOVE LOVE!!

It is great to be able to gain an idea of what color to change to after taking the survey. The coloring process at home was very easy and the instructions were very easy to follow. The dye itself made my hair color look so vibrant and great. I just love the colors that came out of the bottle. It is not flat at all like when you buy a box at the drug store. Plus it is about the same price!

I have never used a hair color that didn't need a few washes before it was near the color you wanted. It would be harsh and drab colored until you got some of it off.
This hair color is perfect from washing out the coloring gel. I love it. It stays that color until you change it. A bit more expensive than I can really afford, but I drag my feet on redoing the color longer so that I can get this one. Good stuff!

Color I got this time around is perfect. I am a natural blond but it has gotten mousy looking and yes some white (just a little). This covered great (but just applied it) It lightened and brightened while still allowing some of the gold tones to come through, giving this ole gal a fresh look, and the condition is great.

I used light brown red-copper, a lovely, realistic colour, even though one of the more red shades. Has covered my Greys and previous highlights well, so far the colour has lasted very well. Very helpful staff when choosing my colour too.

Arrived in the UK quickly and before the estimated delivery date, easy to use and unlike most box colours washed out without leaving a initial heaviness that means your colour takes a few washes to show through. The kit was great and had everything I needed. The colour was a little lighter than I was expecting so I will be asking this to be adjusted. Well worth the few extra pounds more than getting a box dye from the supermarket and guessing. I will be re ordering!

I am really happy with the quality of esalon's hair color products. My hair had been damaged by too much balayage and it looked unhealthy and the streaks were brassy and overwhelming. I was so pleased to color with this hair color and see the damage be mended. I didn't get the exact color I wanted but it was very close to my natural color and it is shinier and lays so much smoother. I followed the directions exactly and it came out better than my stylist has done with balayage and that says a lot. I am working with esalon now to get the exact color designed for me. I am looking forward to great results.

I love this hair color. It lasts quiet a long time, about 8 weeks for me between coloring, and has a very natural look. The colorists were able to closely match my natural color, giving me gray coverage, only better and brighter.

Good bye silver crown!!! I was REALLY impressed. Felt a little “waxy” rinsing out, but after the recommended wash and condition, I felt brand new (and way “younger”)!!! Pretty sure these folks know what they’re doing.
