This product and its customer care are exceptional!!! Not only do I LOVE my color, but the staff answered all of my emails within 24 hours with questions on how to use their products. They gave me their answers, plus there are video tutorials and my own set of instructions that come with my kit. This place is amazing!!! I had changed my colour slightly with a hairdresser, more like my natural hair colour. As a redhead many other brands just stick to certain shades which don’t have the nuances of my colour. At the salon they would mix the red with some blonde and I posted a pic of the colour I’d changed to and left a little message for the colourist and they got it perfect for me. Very grateful for that. It’s so easy to apply. I love that you get the two bottles as I always seem to run out due to the thickness of my hair. This extra bottle made such a difference.
Great colour, easy application. You get all the instructions, the gloves, stain cream, stain remover, lovely shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo and conditioner remind me of Olaplex shampoos. Very luxurious. Highly recommend the eSalon colour and I know a few hairdresser who have their clients bring their colour into the salon and their hairdresser applies it for them. Every hairdresser I’ve spoken to who’s used it recommended it & rated it very highly.

Insgesamt gefällt mir die Farbe ganz gut. Ich habe noch nicht komplett graues Haar aber ein paar Haare sind grau geblieben. Verpackung mit allem ist immer toll verpackt. Bleibe erst mal bei der Farbe mal sehen wie es nächstes Mal färbt.

This product was easy to use. It did not irritate my scalp like some salon products have in the past. The color match was great. However, when my hair is wet, my roots now look REALLY copper. Any way to fix this?

I have been extremely satisfied with the outcome of my haircolor.
The experience is usually hassle free! The color gives me a rich reddish/ goldtone shade from my medium brown hair that seems to last throughout the seasons! Definitely cant get these results with store bought shades!
And the conditioner adds a bonus to enhance its texture!

This hair dye is incredibly easy to apply. It left my hair feeling great! My only minor issue is that the final color came out a bit lighter than the shade I ordered. However, the formula is fantastic and I still highly recommend it. Just be aware it might pull a shade lighter for you!

Bin nun seit 2021 Kundin. Habe wegen früh ergrautem Haar schon in jungen Jahren färben müssen und somit entsprechend große Erfahrungen, was Haarfarben angeht. Habe bis auf wenige Ausnahmen beim Friseur (mit schlechter Erfahrung) immer selbst gefärbt und war eigentlich ständig auf der Suche nach "DER" Haarfarbe. Erst hier fand ich sie dann ! Nachdem ich ein Foto mit meiner Lieblingsfarbe verschickt habe, wurde mir "meine" Farbe angemischt und es brauchte nur eine einmalige Änderung, um zum Traumergebnis zu kommen, dem ich bis heute treu geblieben bin. Bin super zufrieden, meine Haare sind gesund und die Grauabdeckung ist wirklich toll, vor allem im Gegensatz zu .Drogerieware. Ich werde nie mehr wechseln, denn ich bin hier einfach nur rundum zufrieden ♥♥♥ Gabriele

Sehr schöne Haarfarbe. Ich habe die Amoniakfreie bestellt. Obwohl ich unter eine Neurodermitis der Kopfhaut leide habe ich keine Irritationen gehabt. Die Farbe deckt mein graues Haar sehr gut ab. Die Handhabung war einfach durch die mitgelieferte Beschreibung. Die Haare glänzen und sind sehr weich. Die Farbe einfach schön. Das nächste Mal würde ich eine Nuance heller nehmen. Ich würde meine Haarfarbe immer wieder hier bestellen. Auch nach 4 Wochen ist das Ergebnis perfekt.

Seit 2024 bin ich Kunde und immer noch sehr zufrieden. Meine Haare glänzen und sind super gesund. Kein Gestank mehr nach dem färben, nur super weiche Haare. Einfache Anwendung, alles super erklärt. Im Set ist alles enthalten was du auch im Salon bekommen würdest.

Bin sehr glücklich und zufrieden mit der Farbe von eSalon. Ich hatte erstmal nicht ganz die Farbe gefunden die ich wollte auf den Bildern und etwas in der Nähe angeklickt, woraufhin mir die Farbstylistin eine Email schickte,in welcher sie mir zu einem anderen Ton riet,welcher am Ende genau der war,welchen ich zu Anfang wollte. Das Set kam auch super an,mit klarer und einfacher Anleitung,Pinsel und schön verpackt! Ergebnis war auch top! Als wär ich beim Friseur gewesen! Mega glücklich,bestelle nochmal! Das Haarfärbeset ist gut verpackt angekommen. Es ist wirklich alles dabei, was man zum Färben sowie davor und danach benötigt.
Die einzelnen Vorgänge sind sehr ausführlich erklärt. Ich hatte mit der Drogerie-Farbe das Problem, dass das graue Haar an den Schläfen und vorn bei den Ansätzen die Farbe nicht angenommen hat.
Mit der Farbe von esalon hat das bestens funktioniert. Natürlich muss man die Farbe gründlich auftragen und einwirken lassen. Durch das Shampoo und den Conditioner werden die Haare optimal gepflegt und fühlen sich toll an.
Ich persönlich werde die Farbe bei meiner nächsten Bestellung etwas ändern lassen, weil ich sie etwas zu dunkel finde.

I recently made the switch to eSalon after having my roots done at a salon, every 4 weeks, for over 15 years. The expense and inconvenience of working a salon visit into my busy schedule motivated me to try eSalon. I am very happy with the products and service I have received. The color is high quality and matched my salon formula exactly! I still visit my salon for cuts and the occasional keratin treatment, but no longer get my roots done. The instructions are very easy to follow and the color looks fantastic. If you're considering doing your own root touch up, give it a shot. I am so glad I did.

I had asked for the color to be lightened a little. I am a brunette and thought my color was a bit too dark. With the rather unspecific color change request the color was spot on!!! I was thrilled. Dann kam "endlich" meine Box nach Hause. Allein diese hat schon Lust aufs Ausprobieren gemacht.
Die Handhabung und Anleitung hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Farbergebnis ist brilliant. Die Haare aufgrund der qualitiv hochwertigen mitgeschickten Produkte (Proben) sehr weich, glänzend und gepflegt.

I tried a medium brown semi-permanent hair dye from eSalon, and overall it was a really positive experience. What stood out most is that the formula is customised, so the shade feels more natural and tailored compared to typical box dyes. The colour came out rich and glossy, with a soft, multi-dimensional brown rather than a flat tone.
Application was straightforward, and the included kit made it feel more like a salon process at home. The formula also felt conditioning—my hair didn’t feel dry afterwards, which is common with some dyes. Semi-permanent colour like this generally coats the hair rather than penetrating deeply, so it fades gradually over a few weeks without harsh regrowth lines .
That said, the colour did come out slightly darker than expected at first, which seems to be a common experience with at-home dyes. It softened nicely after a few washes, though. If you’re looking for a low-commitment, natural-looking brunette shade with a bit of shine, this is a solid option.

Farbe genau wie beschrieben.
Leider sind bei mir am Ansatz nicht alle grauen Haare abgedeckt worden.

Ich bin schwer zufrieden zu stellen, was meine Haare angeht.
Mit der Farbe aus dem Drogeriemarkt war ich unglaublich unglücklich( Frisör für meine Haare Ansatz schon 150 EUR) ich bin grau und wollte einen gut gedeckten Ansatz ohne Lücken und natürlich ohne Flecken, gleichmäßig bekam ich sie nie hin ( Locken)
Nun endlich bin ich soooo zufrieden. Gleichmäßige Farbe sooo schön ( nicht mit der Drogeriefarbe zu vergleichen) vom Ansatz bis zu den Spitzen.
Es war mir wichtig, endlich eine gute Farbe ohne Ammoniak zu bekommen!
Keine verklebten Locken mehr...
Leider nach drei Stunden feststellen müssen, dass meine Kopfhaut etwas wund ist, ich werde das weiter beobachten...

I love the consistency and especially the colour. My hair looks rich in colour but very natural, and is lovely soft and shiny. The personal instructions are fantastic and easy to follow. Will never go back to boxed high street hair dyes!

I was a skeptic! I'm so happy! I followed all instructions including sending photos and the color match is perfect. The instructions are clear, it takes so much less time than the salon, and the results last as long as the salon. And it's a FRACTION of the price of the salon! I hated feeling dependent on the salon's schedule, now I'm free! This service ROCKS.

Das Color Set von Esalon verwende ich bereits seit über einem Jahr und ich bin wirklich begeistert! Die Farbe wirkt sehr natürlich und die Haare sind mit der Coloration auch nicht angegriffen.
