Ordering my second batch, with a slight adjustment (deciding to go RED for Christmas) and have had a great experience so far. The color came out great, the process was catered to me and the directions were easy to follow. The team even responded quickly when I had additional "nervous-beginner" questions. Great product, great service - can't recommend enough!

Before I even purchased my AMAZING hair color, I did some research. I did find the written instructions a little intimidating. But then I was directed to the video section, and the process was so much clearer. When my package arrived, I couldn't wait to try it. Let's just say my application technique needed to be refined. LOL. But when my third box arrived, Roots Only, I had much better technique. My color was tweaked between the first and second box, and I LOVE my hair color. I always get compliments on it! Thank you so much Karen and Sarah for my fabulous color!!

I've colored my hair with eSalon three times now. After the first two, I wanted to add a bit more "bold" red, so requested that along with a photo. I got exactly what I asked for! My hair is shiny, healthy, and the exact color I want!

Really recommend this. It has great coverage and easy to apply. My hair was very soft and shiny after the application. The only down side is it can be a little runny so make sure you wear protective clothing. I've had lots of compliments even from hairdressers !

Color turned out very well, gray roots are all covered! My hair is still soft too. The only issue is having hot roots. They are several shades lighter than the rest of my hair. Hopefully we can tweak the color or timing to correct this. I plan to keep purchasing and enjoying saving all the money I normally spend in a salon!

I was a previous customer of eSalon, and decided in 2016 I didn't need to color my hair any longer. I cancelled my membership. Two years later, I was not happy with my gray-dull hair. I went back to eSalon, received my hair color formula, and I love the results!! My hair has a shine and the gray is gone! It has made my hair look alive again. Thank you. I look forward to my next application in January 2019.

This is the most natural looking color I have ever used just like when I was 5 years old except I'm 67 years young & would be otherwise all white which I am not ready for! get to many compliments .

So nice to able to have my color at my finger tips! I was having a harder time finding my color in the stores, now I know I have a consistent color and don't have to hunt for it. Shipments are adjustable so if your hair doesn't grow out as fast, you're not getting shipments that are going to sit around for weeks. I'm certainly sticking with eSalon, so convenient.

I love how simple and easy it is to do this at home with such quality chemicals. I have to remind myself to read the directions each and every time and to never skip a step. That way I get the gorgeous hair color that I want and deserve! I did have to contact eSalon this time over a small issue that I'm sure I caused, and the response was super quick. Thank you!!!!

I was really pleased with how easy it was to mix up the color and the results were better than going to the salon for me! The price is a third of what I pay at the salons and I was very happy with how it turned out!

Love this method of receiving custom color and accessories. I also love the shampoo and conditioner for both normal color, and also the volume set! Try it! Its very handy, quality, and fairly priced!

My favorite thing about the personalized color is that I asked to not have red/brass appear as the color begins to fade, and they got it right! No red/brass at all!!

I've been using eSalon for 4 years. I was frustrated with the lack of consistency with store bought color. My eSalon color is perfect every time. Even my stylist can't tell that I color my hair - it looks that natural. When I'm ready for a change, I can trust that my colorist will give me exactly what I envision. Best value and quality!

I've been using this same custom color forever. I get a lot of compliments on how shiny my hair is. The color is getting easier to use also. They thickened it up so you don't have to worry about it running.

First purchase my color was a touch brassy, so I wrote and sent a picture. My second shipment my colorist adjusted my formula.....AWESOME!!! It’s exactly what I wanted!!! My husband even told me to stay with this color as it was perfect......he has NEVER said that any other time in the past 10 years that I’ve been coloring my hair! Have already been spreading the word of eSalon

Overall I love the color. I think the hair dye was a bit damaging to my hair, but I did go a little lighter than normal. It has a strong smell while applying also. I have gotten many compliments on the color and I am ordering again!

I really like this product. I started with just a Demi-permanent to see if I would like it. I like the color but it washed out/got full very quick. I’m awaiting my permanent color so will see how that turns out.

I got my kit and my daughter done my hair. The results were amazing!!! Its the closest to my natural color I've ever seen which is very very dark brown but not black. And it lasts a good long time too. Way longer than any of the box colors ever have!!! It is well worth the money.

Newbie here and the instructions were fantastic! My hair looked great! Even covering my old highlights were a breeze. Only bad thing, my grays are already starting to show after a week :/ but, sill loved the product and my very own color.

This color is AMAZING and lasts!! I am now coming up on a month and typically my haircolor has faded. This color is lasting and absolutely beautiful!! I love that it is customized to what I want and the stylists can tweak it based on my preferences!!! Such an awesome company with awesome packaging, directions, and color!! So glad I tried it out!!

Love the process, everything is supplied! And instructions are clear and easy to understand. Buying a box of color at the store can be so scary, am I going to end up orange or some other crazy color I don't want??!!
This takes the scariness away, and supplies you with everything you need, including someone to call, just in case.... ;)

I was very skeptical; I box color my hair every 3-4 weeks as I’m mostly silver and 42. I always forgot what I purchased prior and would get what was on sale; I’ve used esalon for the past two colors and I love it-it’s not fading quickly and the color is perfect. My boyfriend actually asked me what I was doing differently since he hasn’t noticed my tinsel lately. Love it. It also makes me feel special when my box “made just for Melyssa” shows up. The conditioner smells amazing. No ammonia or stinky box smell

These ladies work really hard to give you precisely what you want...to make the exact color you desire. Making changes are easy...they have great customer service skills and are friendly and easy to deal with. They just make you feel good about yourself! I would recommend them over salons that I've spent large sums of money at any day. The results are fantastic!

I have dyed my hair myself for over a decade and always bought products from Sally’s. This product made my hair softer and shinier and lasted much longer, plus it’s delivered to your house and they match your color for you! Love it!!

I have been getting rave reviews about my hair color from the beginning and my stylist does a great job of complimenting my color with my cut....I will never go back to "store bought" color. I just wish there was an esalon counter at CVS in my hometown. Satisfied Customer since 2014!

As a natural redhead who loves her hair, I'm always hesitant to color my hair. Gray hair doesn't care and I'm not ready for that. My eSalon experience began as an impulse buy and has resulted in a more natural color (zero grays!) than I think I've ever experienced since I've been battling grays. I am ecstatic and look forward to continuing to build a hair color relationship with this company!!

This is a perfect system - they ship it to you on whatever schedule you want, and include everything you need to apply your color, including gloves, stain guard and remover, and detailed instructions. Makes my live so easy!

I call myself cosmetically challenged (lol) because hair and make-up are difficult for me. I also am a mom to 5 kids and can’t afford to go to a salon as much as I would like. My mother in law tried e-salon and I loved her results so I immediately signed up and ordered my hair dye. I love the box they send the products in, it’s personalized which is awesome. The instructions were simple and my hair looks amazing and feels amazing. Very satisfied customer and will be ordering again and again!

E-salon hair color is over my expectation, the color last for a long time( i Got a copper shine ind mine) and that is hard to fine a color that keep on having that shine. My hair dont dry out and it feels so soft after the treatment.

I am very picky about the shade of red that my hair is. I've paid multiple stylist a LOT of money and they never got it quite right (I'm naturally a dark blonde). Esalon nailed it right out of the gate and for a fraction of what I was paying. My hair color is gorgeous, multi dimensional and shimmering. I will definitely be a repeat customer again and again!
