I went from dark blonde copper ash to dark blonde mahogany copper and absolutely love the results. It was a good transition and I’ve received so many compliments on my hair color, and people think it’s natural! I love it.

My hair color turned out perfect and I got exactly what I had envisioned. From the base color to the highlights and toning mask, I couldn’t stop playing with my hair and taking pictures. To get the exact look you want from home and it looks better than the salon... I will never go back to the salon for color again!! So happy with esalon and I will be ordering again for sure.

Wow! My color formulator did an outstanding job finding a color that would not only remove the brassiness from my previous home dying job but would also return my hair to it's natural color. The dye also did a good job of covering the thick white hairs that have been multiplying at the crown of my head.

My first custom color package was awesome. It took me loner to try than originally scheduled... but in this case the wait was well worth it.
I’m a chicken at heart when it comes to coloring my hair. After 1 bad experience with box color from the store, I refrained for years until I finally decided to try eSalon. My first attempt went so well, I won’t go back to my stylist again!
My stylist happens to be a friend, but this method allows me to color my hair on my schedule and not fit into her’s. With the money I’m saving, I can meet her for lunch monthly if I want and I’ll still be ahead. I will probably adjust my future color a little but I’m extremely pleased with the results.

I’ve used box dyes before but never looks right - it’s hard with blonde. My roots were 2 inches of dark blonder and I had Remnants of highlights on half my hair. The colour match is so perfect. the intstructions are excellent and I followed them to the letter and my hair is even colour, the roots matched the rest of my hair, and I look like I’ve been to Salon but I’ve paid a fraction of the price. I will 100% be using again. Excellent product.

I love eSalon products. They are always fun, easy to apply, and my hair never feels brittle or damaged by the coloring process. Other products make my hair feel "fried"...not eSalon!

i have used Esalon for for a few years now , even my hairdresser said she couldn't do a better job at mixing my color for me . i am 66 years old and you know how hard gray is to color but they worked until they perfected just for my hair its wonderful , so soft beautiful color and it stays that way with their color safe shampoo and conditioner at less then 1/4 of what i would normally pay to get my hair colored . thank you Esalon . sorry it has taken me so long to review .

I loved my natural auburn red hair, and watching it fade with age was frankly depressing. I had iffy results in salons and didn't like picking up color in stores. I went to have my haircut about a week and a half to two weeks after I colored my hair and my hair stylist absolutely loved the color! She said the texture of my hair was nice it was just a little gooey but not bad and she said that she hated to say it but it did such a fantastic job that now she doesn’t get to color my hair anymore. LOL

Even when I just color my roots, the color blends so well with the rest. The color has not smell (unlike boxed color) and does not sting my eyes. Love it and so affordable!

Definitely closer to the color I was hoping for. I just wish I could get it without having to continually buy the highlight with it. Still cheaper than the salon and I am receiving compliments. People can not believe I am doing it myself.

You nailed it!! I was hoping for a lighter color without damaging my hair. I've updated my photo so you can see that it's closer to a strawberry copper color and I know as it grows out it will be perfect with my red pale skin. Thank you thank you thank you!! I've spent hundreds for color work before that didn't hold up. Such a godsend.

I've been customer for about five years and I have never been disappointed with the results. I foolishly asked my in-person stylist to help me go from dark blonde to a bright, coppery red. Well, I ended up with a flat, reddish brown and not at all what I was hoping for. My e-salon colorist saved the day and adjusted to my formula to help me get exactly what I wanted. I'm so happy with my new color! I will never stray again!

I have been coloring my hair for 30+ years, both at home and at salons. This is definitely the most natural looking color I have every had! The blend of shades are rich and natural looking...no, better than natural looking. I love this product!

I love, love my hair color! We started with a darker brown an my colorist and I have been able to adjust it to a beautiful chocolate like medium brown. It is perfect!
One of the things I love about this product is the 100% gray hair coverage! This is a very difficult result to achieve with hair coloring but this product does it for my hair. I started getting gray colors in my early 30's, so I have been dying my hair for a while. Now in my early 40's, this product gives my the gray hair coverage I need.

I am so happy I came across esalon! I have very thick, course and curly/wavy hair. I have been dying my hair at home for many many years. As long as you follow the directions and listen to the eSalon colorist ( thankyou Genevieve) you can't go wrong. I've read several reviews where the woman did not like it because they couldn't wash it out of their hair. I had no problem at all just follow the directions and rinse it till the water is clear. I am thrilled with the color I love it and I know if I went to a salon I'd have to probably pay over $100 with my type of hair. Will definitely be using monthly thank you eSalon you rock!

I love this system; it's ease of use, and customer support are wonderful. I love to color my hair and like to play around and change it. I decided I wanted to go darker since I was bored with the blond I'd had for 2 years. I've done this before so in regards to the color change I knew what to expect. I used to go to a salon to do this, but since I can no longer afford the price tag that goes along with this, I decided to try eSalon. I don't think you'll find me in the salon again other than for a haircut. I've been coloring my hair for a very long time (read decades here) and this was a salon quality hair color with the ease of doing it myself. I love the red color. It was just the change I needed without the huge price tag. Everything I needed to color my hair was included, the custom color with mixing instructions, 2 sets of gloves, stain block for putting on skin around hairline, and stain remover for after coloring, and shampoo and conditioner. They even gave me a brush applicator in case I didn't want to apply the color with the bottle. I've gotten several compliments on it and my hair has felt so soft and the few silver hairs that were starting to pop up are nowhere to be seen. I will be sticking with eSalon for a good long while.

Getting a lot of compliments on my hair color! I applied it myself this time instead of having a friend do it. I was nervous about getting everything right, but it was easier than I thought. Wow. This kit is complete. I got everything I needed including TWO sets of gloves. The color looks great and really lasts. After years of using supermarket brands and thinking my hair was growing out fast, I needed to color my hair every 2 weeks. Now I know, those brands FADE!
