Love the hair color and delivery system with enough gloves and good directions to complete the job! ***one thing to note-when using the color cleaner for your face...don’t get it on your hair or hairline as it will take that beautiful color you just put in, right off your hair! Lol I never dreamed it would do that and learned the hard way!

I normally purchase OTC products. This product removed my gray for much longer. I also enjoyed the color which was slightly darker (my choice). So far.....several weeks in and no gray reappearing in the colored areas.
New gray, of course. But the spot color helps a bit. So far, and only a few weeks in, I love this product. I will say that this product is harsher on my hair than the OTC products, but the results are good. The "leave in" hair conditioner is great and, in my opinion, a must. You must condition your hair more than usual. But if you have gray hair that just won't accept color, this product works extremely well. :-)

I'm so glad I can now get a highlight kit from esalon! The instructional video is great and they are so easy to use. With the first application, I felt like they weren't quite light enough, but my stylist said they lighten more with each use. I just completed my second app and LOVE MY HIGHLIGHTS!

I was hesitant the first time so stayed away from scalp and new hair growth. I had had an over zealous colorist in a salon decide I should be blonde so my few bleached highlights were now all over. Ugh!!! The color was great- Not too dark! So-encouraged, I asked To go one shade darker to cover stubborn gray. Perfect!!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. Not only is the color exactly what you order but ...it covers the grey amazing, it's delivered to your door, it's personalized directly to you, they send you multiple pairs of gloves, and to top it off they have a "beautiful, cute, funny" poem on the inside cover of the box!!! If I could rate it a 10 🌟's I would...wonderful quality all the way around!!❤❤❤

Last summer I did a drastic change to my color. I have colored it since with drugstore color. I did not want it as light so went with a darker color. I had stripes of color in my hair. One light, one the new color and then my regrowth. This color allowed me to get rid of the stripes with a color that I can't find in the stores. It was easy to use and I love the video tips.

Had a great first eSalon experience today with Mindy at the El Segundo salon. I loved the color she mixed for me...showed me how to section and do at home myself next time. Also did the Bayalage highlights which were subtle and added a very “sunkissed” natural dimension to the overall color! Very happy with the results and how easy, comfortable and affordable the whole process is going to be by doing this myself. I think I will be having a long and happy relationship with my new “colorist”, eSalon! Thanks again Mindy!

I originally had chosen a color that was much darker than my starting color. They encouraged me to go with a lighter shade, then gradually darken. The color turned out to be so beautiful and perfect! I decided to keep it just as they had suggested. I get so many compliments on my color :)

I used my first kit yesterday and I absolutely love the color. It is bright, multi dimensional and exactly what I wanted. I have not been able to get the exact shade I wanted until now. I am very happy with it! I am hoping it lasts and does not fade! I would like to do it about every 2 months. We will see.

My personalized color ended up being a medium golden brown and it is just wonderful. I had great coverage, no missed spots!! The product has a wonderful scent, was easy to apply and left my hair very soft and shiny.

It's great that my hair color arrives on my schedule and the schedule choices are very flexible. My hair color lasts longer than any other hair color I've purchased locally. You get a sense that you are using something professional. The first time I tried eSalon's hair color, I never returned to purchasing color elsewhere. eSalon nailed it for me. The instructions are very clear and leave you without questions along with great tips. I receive great advise when I try something new. I feel I am always steered in the right direction. Its great that eSalon keeps track of my changes and can make any adjustments on the fly. They are always coming up with something new and fun to try. Let's face it, we all want to be beautiful and hair is very important in our presentation. eSalon has a sensational product, unlike anything you can purchase in a store. Obviously I am a very satisfied customer and will remain loyal to eSalon.

I recently received my first custom color set and I absolutely LOVE my new color. I finally found the shade of red I’ve been looking for. I’ve been spending close to $80 to have my hair colored in the salon. I will no longer be doing that. From now on it’s esalon for me!!!

Love how amazing my hair has gotten over the past year of using my custom hair color! It is the perfect color and leaves my hair so soft and full. Thank you for making this hair color so convenient for a working mom of 3. I never have to remember to schedule childcare for a long appointment at a salon or worry the machine made box is going to dye me orange haha.

This came out beautifully! I am not sure if the highlights are naturally noticeable with the color, or if it was just working with my previously highlighted hair but it is great!!! I still have a few stubborn grays around my temples....but I can deal with one or two versus patches of them! It was really easy to do this color all by myself. Followed the directions exactly, and voila!, perfect color! Thank you for creating this just the way I needed it!

I always get compliments on my hair color and it’s so easy to use. The kit comes complete with everything you need and price is pretty good considering cost of Salon color. I have been using esalon for my color for more than 4 years now and are very pleased with the results.

eSalon has solved my hair coloring woes. It looks so much better than out of the box and is affordable. The personalized instructions are so helpful too. For the first time I don't have an unintentional ombre look because of fading color.

So far the color is amazing and multidimensional just like my original hair color. We'll see if through weeks if it maintains this color. I don't believe in cutting my hair and haven't done so in 21 years. I hope that in about 10 weeks when I do the root and ends kit that this amazing color is just the same as now. If it doesn't then I'll just order another full kit and do all the hair again.

So I'm not savy when it comes to doing my hair, I'm all thumbs. But this was pretty simple and effortless.
I used the brush and did a pretty good job. The mixture had a very strong odor..
Thw coverage is great. No grays poking thru. Can't wait to do it again!!!

The color is great and my hair felt so good after I colored it. No chemical smell either! I have grays at my temples that are hard to color. This did a better job than what I used before.

I love the thought that went into putting this color package together: the color made just for me, the easy directions and personal guide to support my existing highlights, TWO pairs of gloves, stain guard and stain remover! Wait, there's more...packet of shampoo and conditioner for after use. Perfect! The color was made by my direction and photo. Looks great! AND Easy, Peasy!

I have really thick, long hair which tends to absorb hair dye, so I was really sceptical that there would be enough dye for me. I was very pleasantly surprised! There was lots of product, with a little left over!
Really loved the packaging and the easy instructions, with all the items I needed to do my colour. I also really loved having a personal colourist email me to ask follow up questions about my colour.

I loved that the kit was nicely packed with all that was needed to color hair. The color was really nice, I do have a lot of gray, it did cover the gray but seemed to uncover quickly around my face, where it is really white. I do want to try again, because maybe I didn’t apply it just right. Overall a good experience. Thank you

I changed my coloring for the summer. I asked to have it brightened and so I was sent enough to do my touch-up and a recolor. It covered my grays perfectly and gave me that slightly lighter/brighter look I was wanting.
