We were trying to get my hair color back to the color it was when I was MUCH younger. Every time I'd color it the new color, my husband would say, "It's too DARK!" NOW, he is HAPPY and SATISFIED. It only took 3 tries, but it's GOOD! The others were GREAT, too, but my husband wanted it back to where it was when I was 47 years younger... the years we've been married... :-) I LOVE IT! My color turned out exactly to be exactly what I wanted, even better than when I paid $200 at the salon. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The most difficult part was applying color to the back of my head, which was much easier once I enlisted the help of my boyfriend. Because of the results I achieved at a fraction of the price, I will be continuing to use this service for a long time.

I constantly got nervous every time my gray would start to show. I'm not ready to show it. I have long, light brown hair that is naturally curly and a nightmare for stylists who mess with the color and leave me with a different color every time, and it's expensive, AND I have to travel to them. This product, custom made exactly to my liking, is easy to use time after time because it matches, gives my hair a radiant shine that people constantly compliment me on, it covers my gray completely and doesn't wash out, and it is handy to do right at home. I love this service and their products. I actually use it one third of the amount at a time because touching up my gray is all I need, so I am quite a bit backed-up on the product, but eventually I'll run out and need to start up again with the same matching color.

I had been going to a professional colourist for years and paying a lot and I was tired of it. My friend recommended E salon and I have been using them for about 6 or 8 months now and I'm extremely pleased. I have them auto ship my color kit once per month and it works out perfectly for me. Also, they are extremely easy to communicate with so if you want to change your delivery date or your color, a quick email is all it takes.

The results are absolutely amazing, a rich, layered color, glossy and soft hair. I really did not expect this, and I have to be honest, the name of the coloration was not inspiring (beige). I would have never bought a box of hair color in the store that said "beige", but I am blown away!

Einfach, deckend auf jeder Art Haar, die Highlights, die weissen Haare und die leicht dunklen Wirzeln die keine Sonne gesehen haben.
Homogen, leuchtend und nach 30 Minuten waren die Haare nicht empfindlicher als vorher. Die zu Ende benutzte Maske ist auch richtig gut. Vielen Dank!

This is a great product. I used to get highlights and lowlights to color my graying hair. Don't know how but this stuff adds variations in color and looks really natural. My hair looks and feels great. SOO much better than going to a hairdresser, sitting there for hours and paying $$$$$. Love it!

Not realising I was on autoship, I had to call Customer Service in London, England to stop the shipment and to refund the money that had already been taken. The person I spoke with was Lovely!! He was extremely efficient and polite, a real pleasure to speak to. I would recommend this company just based on their customer service, however, I have to give my colorist excellent rating also. She made a change to my order that was better than what I could do alone. She matched my natural hair color perfectly. I wholeheartedly recommend eSalon.

I am dark brown brunette dull hair color but i always loved the hint of copper. It’s hard to get at a salon i walk out as a red head...
But my stylist on eSalon has got the perfect shade for me ! I call it mohagany 👍
the only issue is i have dry hair so i do a conditioner packet after the color
to give it a silky feeling.

I've been coloring my hair for years, which has left it dry and lack luster. So I was nervous about doing this. I actually let my husband pick the color he wanted to see on me. I was nervous because it had the word copper in it. But what came out was a soft beautiful brown with shimmery copper highlights that perfectly complement it. I am sold and can't thank Anna and my husband enough!!

After using a top stylist for years I was so hesitant about doing this myself, but I took the chance and wow it was easier than I worked myself up over. Of course, my colorist was 99% responsible. I only take credit for following instructions in the video and my personal kit. She matched my current hair color to the tee. I am looking forward to trying highlights next. Thanks eSalon!

I have been using Esalon for three years. When my excellent hair stylist retired, I couldn't find anyone else to either cut or color with the quality and expertise that she demonstrated when working on me. Out of frustration, I tried Esalon color. The quality is superb, it leaving my hair without the dry, straw-like consistency that I have experienced with even salon products, applied by stylists. I have adjusted my color on several occasions and, I find that I have far more control of the outcome than ever. Application is very easy. Alone, I use the bottle. With help, the brush and bowl. I control the time on my hair, 22 minutes, which keeps it soft and still absorbs the color. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants quality color.

This colour is just the best colour ever. It smells SO good, stings only a little in the eyes when applying. My hair feels alive after colouring, not as flat and dead as after using drugstore colours. It is shiny, and the whole process of colouring is such a pleasurable experience thanks to the many parts of the package: TWO pairs of gloves! Stain remover that ACTUALLY removes stains! And the stain guard smells so good, I wanna use it as a cream. I am just thrilled, totally worth the money.

Ich war anfangs eher skeptisch, da Blondtöne nicht so einfach sind, besonders mit grauem Haaransatz. Aber ich habe mich dennoch entschlossen und meine Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen. Ich wurde genauestens aufgeklärt, was machbar ist und was nicht und siehe da - das Ergebnis ist einfach nur mit TOP zu beschreiben. Die Haare fühlen sich gut an, die Gebrauchsanweisung ist klar verständlich und das Ergebnis kann sich sehen lassen. Ich freu mich schon auf die nächste Lieferung!

I love the color I get from esalon! I used to use the boxes dues from the Wal-Mart in between salon visits since it was cheaper but they just don't cover all my grey. That's when I decided to try esalon and I'm so happy with how well it covers all my greys and the colour itself was easy to match my natural
