This is a great custom color that addresses the concerns and needs I have specifically for my hair color and texture. I was able to adjust the color to fit what I wanted from one set to the next and my very stubborn grays were almost completely hidden which for me is unheard of with box color.

This product help even out the the color between my roots and my processed blond hair. I was very impressed. Also there was more then enough product and I have long hair. Once on it was smooth enough to move around that it was easy to make sure I covered all of my hair and not miss any spots.

The process was easy and very satisfying from the very start. After filling-in the short questionnaire about the current status of my hair, my natural colour and the one I'd like to have, and uploading a photo of myself, I was contacted by my personal colourist Paul with a few questions to make sure everything is right. My package arrived in just a few days. The application was explained in detail and super-easy, and I loved the result. Even though the shade was a bit darker than expected (probably because I had gotten used to all the grey which made it look lighter) it was 100% me from the very start. And my husband loves it too and is all for me continuing my subscription. My hair is still silky and very shiny and feels great.

I definitely have found a new color! My color is not turning brassy as it has with other products (the same stylist for 20 years and Madison Reed). I highly recommend to send in a photo so the colorist can determine the best color for your skin tone. Thanks, Sarah K.

Habe heute zum ersten mal die Farbe ausprobiert! Ich muss sagen ich bin begeistert!!! Farbe riecht erstmal sehr stark, aber dennoch kein brennen etc.auf der Kopfhaut. Lässt sich sehr gut verteilen, da Konsistenz sehr schön. Genau nach Anweisung aufgetragen und ein sehr schönes gleichmäßiges Ergebnis erhalten. Ich bin begeistert!!!!!!

That is my favorite part of this coloring system, as it doesn't smell bad like other products I've used; and the shampoo and conditioner they send to use after coloring smells great as well!

I started out with one color and my colorist adjusted at my request for more brown. I love the color. It does fade but I do wash my hair every day in the summer. I would like it to be a cheaper cost. I’m glad I tried it.

I was skeptical but I was so glad I tried it because the result was what I was looking for. However, I didn’t purchase the shampoo and conditioner kit so my gray returned, subtly. My hair color still looks great! The gray almost makes it look like I have a little bit of highlights, lol! I’m very satisfied with this product.

I tweaked my original color by sending a written explanation and reference pic to my colorist. The color was spot on for what I was looking for. I use the tint rinse between dyes and my color keeps very well.

A personal hair color expert took her time to make sure I was getting the color I wanted and tweaked my custom color each time till I was happy. eSalon emails me before they ship my color to double check I receive exactly what I want. I have never used anything as great as ESalons Hair Color!!! I think it’s even better than when I’ve gone to the Salon to have Hair colored! I have never had Color last as long as ESalons, or stay as Vibrant! The first time I was shocked, thought maybe a fluke??? But, it happened again,& again. I have changed my color,& there was a mistake made that I was not happy with,( before I colored). I emailed customer service & I actually received a phone call, which I found amazing! She fixed the problem, and kept a customer... That’s impressive! I totally recommend ESalon, the products are high quality, Customer Service is High Quality. You also are in control of your color,& how often you want it. You can change what you want about it, which is great, it’s personalized for you, want it a little blonder, write it in your message to your colorist. Your in control, but they know what to do to help and advise!! It’s a perfect match!!! Which you will find, your perfect color, because anything is possible!!!!

I have been using eSalon hair color products for over 2yrs now. The hair coloring product, has good, lasting coverage and my hair is silky immediately. Not dried out. If you begin to have issues with grey coverage, you can work with eSalon to ajust next order. Extremely pleased.

We were trying to get my hair color back to the color it was when I was MUCH younger. Every time I'd color it the new color, my husband would say, "It's too DARK!" NOW, he is HAPPY and SATISFIED. It only took 3 tries, but it's GOOD! The others were GREAT, too, but my husband wanted it back to where it was when I was 47 years younger... the years we've been married... :-) I LOVE IT! My color turned out exactly to be exactly what I wanted, even better than when I paid $200 at the salon. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The most difficult part was applying color to the back of my head, which was much easier once I enlisted the help of my boyfriend. Because of the results I achieved at a fraction of the price, I will be continuing to use this service for a long time.

I constantly got nervous every time my gray would start to show. I'm not ready to show it. I have long, light brown hair that is naturally curly and a nightmare for stylists who mess with the color and leave me with a different color every time, and it's expensive, AND I have to travel to them. This product, custom made exactly to my liking, is easy to use time after time because it matches, gives my hair a radiant shine that people constantly compliment me on, it covers my gray completely and doesn't wash out, and it is handy to do right at home. I love this service and their products. I actually use it one third of the amount at a time because touching up my gray is all I need, so I am quite a bit backed-up on the product, but eventually I'll run out and need to start up again with the same matching color.
