I didn't know what to expect when ordering a color online. At first, I was a little nervous, but after having done the strand test, and loving it, I decided to go ahead and color all my hair. The color my colorist sent me was dark blonde, and it's so beautiful and natural! I love it! The best part is knowing that my color was tailored for me, and if I needed a tweeking, all I had to do was send her a note. Will be ordering again!

Red is a difficult color to match, but due to your caring attitude, speedy communication and patience, I was able to get the color that is me, so thank you! Anytime I needed to switch my delivery dates a bit, y'all have been quick, and it's great not having to go to the store to buy my hair color, or go to the salons and the pay insane amount of money for my massive head of hair. It's been almost a year, and with just a couple of adjustments, I have been completely satisfied with eSalon. I'll continue to order my hair color from you.

This was the first time I have colored my hair myself. I have been going to the salon every 5-8 wks for 15 years. Color was spot on and really easy to do myself at home. Very happy with the results.

Using a grocery store product, I colored my hair a couple of times at home about 15 years ago. The best you could say was the results looked fine from a distance. I've been going to a salon since then.
I colored my hair today with your custom set. Wow! I'm really happy with the results! The color is very natural, and my hair is smooth and lustrous. Since it was my first time with your products, I was unnecessarily obsessive. I know it will be easier next time. I'm looking forward to seeing how it wears over the coming weeks.

I received in May and then procrastinated until 8/24/19. I was nervous about doing this myself. My guy helped with the back and what a wonderful feeling to see the perfect results. I love my shiny pretty hair. I am thrilled with the results. I will definitely be doing this from now on.

I've used my customized color set twice now and my hair looks amazing! The color is so rich and my hair is shinny. The color is gorgeous. I love that you have your own color expert to consult with as well. No more box colors or going to Sally's and guessing. They help every step of the way and it costs way, way less than any salon would charge. It's so worth it!

I love the ease of use, having my hair color look natural, same color every time, not hard on my hair and having scheduled delivery.

This was my first time using esalon what a great way to color your hair at home for a great price. Not only did my color come out awesome buy I love the fact that I did not have to spend 4 hours at a salon to get this color. I can’t wait for my next shipment. Y’all, when I say it was perfect, it was PERFECT! I received my package yesterday. I read the instructions today and was a little bit intimidated, but, decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised! I missed a few roots, but, I’ll know how to get better results next time!

Ich bin ganz zufällig auf eSalon gestoßen und dachte ich probier es aus - günstiger als beim Friseur ist es auf jeden Fall. Gedacht, getan - direkt Farbtest gemacht und Farbe bestellt. Der Ton ist 1 zu 1 getroffen (auch ohne ein Foto), was mich sehr erstaunt hat. Die Farbe ist sehr ergiebig und selbst bei meinen langen Haaren ist noch etwas übrig geblieben. Das Ergebnis ist einfach bombe!!!
Ich bin gespannt wie lange es hält.

This is my third kit. My daughter who puts the color on and is a cosmetologist loves how easy it is to apply. It covers my really gray hair thoroughly and lasts about six weeks before needing a root ant tip touch up. It's so convenient that it comes with everything you need including gloves, shampoo and conditioner. Very happy with this product.

I am a ginger who is going gray. I was skeptical because it is a hard color to match. I was so surprised at the results!! It was an exact match! I love it!!! The only one who noticed I had dyed my hair was my mom:) this is the only way I will color my hair from now on!

I had used this product for the first time 6 weeks ago. Now it’s time to do my roots. As promised my kit came six weeks after the first order. I did notice my hair was lighter and I was worried the touch up I just finished as instructed and my hair is soft and looks shinny and natural. Tomorrow I’m trying the highlights so pleased with the product!!! Highlight review will follow!!!!

Super-cute box delivered to my door first off. Second, Everything, and I mean everything was very easy to understand and follow.
I have been coloring my hair on/off for about 33 year. I have used some products that claim this that or the other but didn't quite measure up or left my hair really badly damaged. The eSalon color was exactly the shade I expected. The process was easy. And my hair felt soft and silky afterwards!!! Plus, lots of compliments on it at work!!! Will be continuing to use this product!!!

I started coloring my hair at age 38, (60 now) and I am auburn with very long hair. I didn't have the patience or the money to spend at a salon. So over the years I have purchased every hair color and I learned how to mix colors to try to get the auburn that looked natural and then had to adjust colors a little for winter and summer. It was always a challenge to get what I want, so when eSalon came along I was excited to try it, now I count on it and love my color and the consistency in which I get my system. And it always exciting to see all of the new items that come along to keep my color the way I want it.. Thank you!!

I love everything about this service. The fact that it is taylor made to my requests, can be changed if needed untill I get the perfect colour. Comes with gloves, stain guard and remover. Plus anything with my name on it is perfect. 5* customer service as first colour wasn't quite what I wanted we changed it and had a free ends colour to match the change. Very very happy 😊

I'm a natural redhead in her mid 30s, and covering grays has been a challenge- especially when a lot of red hair color looks really unnatural. I used to go to an Aveda salon but my schedule isn't consistent enough to keep up on the appointments. Plus, it's like $90.00 per appointment. I LOVE THIS COLOR!! It's super close to my natural color... Just enough to brighten up what's there without looking like a faux redhead. The color is easy to apply. I plan on staying with eSalon for a while. Happy I found a good color that compliments what I have naturally!

Nach langer Überlegung hab ich entschlossen esalon aus zu probieren. Ich würde positiv überrascht. Die Farbe war ausreichend für meine Haarläge. Die wunschfarbe super schön wie ich es gewünscht habe. Die grauen Haare sind abgedeckt nun muss man abwarten wie lange. Das wird sich zeigen. Dann kann man erst sagen, ob es sich gelohnt hat oder der Drogeriemarkt von nebenan mit den Colorationen mithalten kann. Sowohl preislich als auch mit der Grauhaarabdeckung.

First of all, I love how they personalize the orders and communication. Secondly, the colour is great!! The quality of the colour, the richness and the end result on hair basically sum up to perfection. I don’t think I’m ever gonna buy hair colour from anywhere else.
Oh by the way, the entire process of creating the desired colour together with the customer through emails and phone calls is absolutely brilliant. No wonder the clients are so satisfied. 10/10 for such professionalism.

Extremely happy with this product. As someone who was very tired of paying outrages prices at a salon for hair color, I decided to try ESalon color. I was concerned that this color might make my roots too orange red, as has happened many times with store bought brands. This did not happen with ESalon color! Instead I have a beautiful, professional looking color with really pretty golden highlights...not orange!
I love the color and highly recommend this product and will definitely be ordering again
