I got 2 color boxes and didn't use them. I thought I could just combine the color boxes and have enough for ends and roots. Checked with the customer service people and next color set I got had 1 color part for ends and 1 color part for roots. I was thrilled they listened to me and my use of the product !

The colour covered all my grey regrowth which has been usually stubborn to cover and it didnt cover my roots lighter..usually with store bought colour my roots would always be lighter than the actual colour but with this esalon this was not an issue...and....it lasts longer and my hair isn't as dry...

Hi , this is my first time using the product, I can honestly say i love it ! The colour is just perfect for me , your one to one service is brilliant, , I am more then happy with the results . It covers grey , and the shine looks amazing , no more every four weeks to the salon for me .

This hair color is amazing! After speaking with the colorist, and explaining my situation, the perfect color for me was created. Application was amazingly simple, and the results are fantastic! My hair looks so natural and the texture is beautiful! I highly recommend eSalon to all my friends!

It was exactly the color i picked, and my best friend who has NEVER colored anyone's hair did it for me. Easy and perfect! i will continue to use your products, i love the weekly repair conditioner as well! It worked miracles on my spit ends and made my hair soft and manageable!

I’d been searching for the exact perfect shade of red for nearly a year. Every time I went to the salon my stylist was just never able to quite nail it. But with one picture and one note from me inarticulately elucidating what I was looking for, my eSalon stylist NAILED it and now I have the hair I’ve always wanted. I was confused and skeptical that I had to use two different mixtures for my roots vs. my ends, but I followed the instructions exactly as it said and the results turned out amazing! My hair is now a nice, natural looking shade of reddish-brown that I thought would look terrible on me but I am SO pleased with the outcome. It really does look like I went to get it done at a salon!

I’m so in love with it because I don’t have to retouch my roots as often and I have a lot of grays .

I absolutely LOVE my new color. I had been spending over $100 every 6 weeks to get a color job that was never as vibrant as what I have now. I made a huge mess, but it was worth it! I will for sure be coloring my own hair from now on!

I got my color day before yesterday and studied the instructions several times before starting. I appreciate the video on "strand test". So simple but never did it before.
Have used home color for years and my hair always came out black (with medium brown) and red "with light brown).
The color that was mixed for me is absolutely the perfect brown that I've been trying to achieve in the past. I also used the mixing bowl instead of the bottle method and it was so much easier and I got NO drip, or messy color all over the bathroom.
I will never go back to the store bought Colors again. I highly recommend eSalon.

I've been using eSalon for about a year now, & would not consider using anything else. The quality of their products is top notch. The fact that is home delivered is one less stress. I really love the eSalon!! You go to a beauty shop you get what you get. Whether you like it or not. With the eSalon all you have to do is send your Stylist a message and let her know what you think and what she thinks she can help you to get the color that you actually want. This is my second time trying to get the haircolor the way I want it it’s a little dark yet but Daniell is great she’s working with me and will get it right. Love it!

I had a couple of issues with my color on my first order but I reached out to my salon colorist and sent a picture and they were quick to respond and send a color correction that solved the issue. I recommend sending a couple of recent pictures in natural lighting when you place your order. Great customer service. Covered my grays nicely.

I have been using this product for a few years and I honestly can't think of one complaint. I can't remember how I learned about eSalon but I'm so glad I did.
I began coloring my hair after I began going grey all around my face. However I refused to buy color from a box at the grocery store for fear it would look as cheap as it was. I couldn't afford to have it professionally done once let alone on a regular basis. So I decided to try something in the middle. Found eSalon and have never been more pleased with the results. I refuse to even try other companies. Why? If it ain't broke, don't fix it!!

This is my 3rd order and I am completely in love with my color. Wow! Wow! Wow! My hair is soft, shiny and the absolutely perfect shade of darkest brown. I never would have thought I would be coloring my own hair and getting amazing results. But here I am and loving my color!!!

I am very satisified with my color set. It was recommended from Danielle and perfect. My hair has the expensive salon feel and the color was perfect. I so far have tried the color set , the tint rinse and the weekly retreat mask and love every one of these products. I am waiting on the shampoo and conditioner to see how that works for me but love the customer service and the product choices. Better than any salon I have ever gone to. Thank you all .

I have had so many compliments on my color. I admit that the first time i did it, it didn't come out to good. I missed a lot of areas. Now that i have more confident and a glass of wine, i do a great job. Thank you guys very much for getting my color right on. Also I love the spray color for my grays.

I was nervous at first but I followed the step by step instructions and the color was perfect, it didn’t irritate my sensitive skin and it covered my grey hair, I will not be spending so much money at the salon anymore 👍

Das beste Color Set, dass ich je hatte!! Sehr gut zum auftragen, kein brennen oder jucken der Kopfhaut. Ich färbe momentan nur den Ansatz und die Farbe ist hervorragend vom Coloristen gemacht bzw. entschieden worden. Die Ansatzfärberei sieht man überhaupt nicht. Ganz toll!!
Das Shampoo Pröbchen „Classic“ ist auch ein Traum. So geschmeidige Haare habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gehabt. Das Shampoo habe ich mir auch gleich bestellt.
Großes Lob auch an das Team. Wenn man ein Anliegen hat, dann werden Fragen schnellstmöglich beantwortet. Das Team ist immer höflich und freundlich und versucht sofort einem zu helfen. In der heutigen Zeit keine Selbstverständlichkeit.
Ich werde auf alle Fälle weiter Kunde bleiben.

I tried E-Salon several months ago and was amazed with the results -incredible shine and lasting colour! I tried a salon colour 2 months ago ( I wanted to be pampered ) but it doesn’t come close to E-Salon’s shine and feel of my hair, not to mention the cost is a fraction of the salon price! I will be a regular purchaser again and recommend to all my family and friends. If you’re hesitating about purchasing ... DON’T - you and your hair will love it. The ordering process was very simple and the color came out exactly as I wanted. The instructions were was to follow. I would recommend getting the all inclusive hair kit, I did not and it would have made it that much easier. It was fairly easy even for me and I have very thick hair and this was my first at home dye.
Will be ordering again!

Ich habe die Farbe von esalon nun zwei Mal angewendet und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Handhabung ist dank genauer Anleitung kinderleicht, die Farbränder lassen sich super entfernen, kein übermäßig chemischer Geruch... und das Farbergebnis ist ein Traum!
Das Abo ist super flexibel und Änderungswünsche werden problemlos umgesetzt.
