The color was was spot on and I love that I had two colors one for roots and one for ends. The color is seamless compared to dyes I have used in the past.

Love my colour so much, have had so many compliments on it! I died my hair fully blonde a year or more ago and grew a lot of it out and was looking to transition back to a more natural colour! As my ends were still lightened they have faded slightly after 3 washes which I expected but still looks great! Is there a way to receive my ends colour to refresh it with out doing my roots again?

I am extremely, udderly very very very happy with the way that my hair turned out it is not dry feeling, it's so soft! I am so happy I did this and I'm so glad! My mother loves it she wants to do it so when it's time to send out my next one or right before it's time to send out my next one she's going to sign up under me she's happy! I was very surprised cuz I kind of had that really maybe these people are being paid to say the stuff about it it couldn't possibly be true but it really is I'm very happy with it very! I was hoping that I could get my stylist to call me because I would like to talk about maybe doing some highlights not every time but once in a while doing some highlights to my hair and see how I can go about doing that! When it was time for me to color, my friend who had promised to help had an emergency, leaving me to color my hair all alone. I had plenty of angst, believe me, because I didn't want to err anywhere on my scalp or hair. After several deep breaths, I re-read the instructions, set up the mirrors and dived in. Turns out, I was nervous for no reason. Everything went as your instructions said; my hair is now a stunning medium brown with luminous copper and mahogany lights! Feels like I turned the clock back 30 years; I couldn't be happier or more proud! Thank you.

I went from over-highlighted dark ash blonde base to a coppery dark blonde and I love it. The change in my appearance was dramatic but made me feel great! I did add the eSalon light kit to keep some of the lighter contrast which was perfect. My hair is such a pretty color now and eSalon's first attempt was perfect to give me the right shade of coppery blonde without going overboard...now I am thinking of eventually going even a little more copper! The eSalon stylist, Danielle, has been super helpful with all my questions. And, last but not lease...you can't beat the price!

Yes, my roots are beginning to appear, but my color is still true!1 And no brassiness!! I have been so pleased. Am not going to have to color as often, and my hair looks and feels so healthy. Had breast cancer 3 years ago and the treatments left my hair in a mess. This has been such a blessing!!! Thanks eSalon!!!

I love the simplicity of this. The packaging is awesome and laid out well. The product is easy to use. Other products have burned my scalp but I am thrilled to say that I had absolutely had no adverse reaction at all. The color is perfect and gave much better coverage than my previous brand. My next review will have to do with longevity of the color. I have no doubt it will be favorable.

I have been using this products for the last year and have been extremely happy had some problems in the beginning with it not covering the gray around my hairline I sent a message to them they adjusted it for me and now it's perfect!

I got 2 color boxes and didn't use them. I thought I could just combine the color boxes and have enough for ends and roots. Checked with the customer service people and next color set I got had 1 color part for ends and 1 color part for roots. I was thrilled they listened to me and my use of the product !

The colour covered all my grey regrowth which has been usually stubborn to cover and it didnt cover my roots lighter..usually with store bought colour my roots would always be lighter than the actual colour but with this esalon this was not an issue...and....it lasts longer and my hair isn't as dry...

Hi , this is my first time using the product, I can honestly say i love it ! The colour is just perfect for me , your one to one service is brilliant, , I am more then happy with the results . It covers grey , and the shine looks amazing , no more every four weeks to the salon for me .

This hair color is amazing! After speaking with the colorist, and explaining my situation, the perfect color for me was created. Application was amazingly simple, and the results are fantastic! My hair looks so natural and the texture is beautiful! I highly recommend eSalon to all my friends!

It was exactly the color i picked, and my best friend who has NEVER colored anyone's hair did it for me. Easy and perfect! i will continue to use your products, i love the weekly repair conditioner as well! It worked miracles on my spit ends and made my hair soft and manageable!

I’d been searching for the exact perfect shade of red for nearly a year. Every time I went to the salon my stylist was just never able to quite nail it. But with one picture and one note from me inarticulately elucidating what I was looking for, my eSalon stylist NAILED it and now I have the hair I’ve always wanted. I was confused and skeptical that I had to use two different mixtures for my roots vs. my ends, but I followed the instructions exactly as it said and the results turned out amazing! My hair is now a nice, natural looking shade of reddish-brown that I thought would look terrible on me but I am SO pleased with the outcome. It really does look like I went to get it done at a salon!

I absolutely LOVE my new color. I had been spending over $100 every 6 weeks to get a color job that was never as vibrant as what I have now. I made a huge mess, but it was worth it! I will for sure be coloring my own hair from now on!

I got my color day before yesterday and studied the instructions several times before starting. I appreciate the video on "strand test". So simple but never did it before.
Have used home color for years and my hair always came out black (with medium brown) and red "with light brown).
The color that was mixed for me is absolutely the perfect brown that I've been trying to achieve in the past. I also used the mixing bowl instead of the bottle method and it was so much easier and I got NO drip, or messy color all over the bathroom.
I will never go back to the store bought Colors again. I highly recommend eSalon.

I've been using eSalon for about a year now, & would not consider using anything else. The quality of their products is top notch. The fact that is home delivered is one less stress. I really love the eSalon!! You go to a beauty shop you get what you get. Whether you like it or not. With the eSalon all you have to do is send your Stylist a message and let her know what you think and what she thinks she can help you to get the color that you actually want. This is my second time trying to get the haircolor the way I want it it’s a little dark yet but Daniell is great she’s working with me and will get it right. Love it!

I had a couple of issues with my color on my first order but I reached out to my salon colorist and sent a picture and they were quick to respond and send a color correction that solved the issue. I recommend sending a couple of recent pictures in natural lighting when you place your order. Great customer service. Covered my grays nicely.

I have been using this product for a few years and I honestly can't think of one complaint. I can't remember how I learned about eSalon but I'm so glad I did.
I began coloring my hair after I began going grey all around my face. However I refused to buy color from a box at the grocery store for fear it would look as cheap as it was. I couldn't afford to have it professionally done once let alone on a regular basis. So I decided to try something in the middle. Found eSalon and have never been more pleased with the results. I refuse to even try other companies. Why? If it ain't broke, don't fix it!!
