eSalon went above and beyond my expectations with the way they matched my current hair shade to the dye needed for my roots -- my hair color looks even and has lasted far beyond the usual drugstore dye kits.

I would have liked more of a Blue/black,instead of a Soft black. But i have to admit that this is by far the Best hair colour. I waited a few days to wash my hair {after the initial washout} not one mark on my towel. I was amazed! Very pleasantly/Happily Amazed.

I just wanted a good color match to cover my grey roots but I was afraid that I would get the color wrong or I would burn my hair and scalp or something else diasterous would happen and NONE OF IT DID!
The color match was perfect, the communication and directions were great and I knew exactly what to do and how to do it. eSalon made it really easy to follow and provided everything I needed to do the job completely. I didn't even have the dye ring around my scalp that I usually do when I leave the salon ( due to the stain guard and clean up toilette they provided)- everything was perfect and every last detail was thought of!
I'll definitely do this again vs going to the salon!!

As seasoned colour user I was sceptical but hopeful about using this product. It's very easy to use and the result was so much better than I expected for a complete colour change. Good overall coverage and colour really matches my natural colour and therefore my skin tone really well. It was right first time which is unheard of for blonde to brown colour I have previously achieved. Very good product arrived quickly. Good website easy to navigate.

Love this product , being a natural ginger.. I find it really hard to hone colour. In times of austerity and the freedom to do when you like the n your own time... perfect for me . Hair glossy & natural healthy looking. Not used my tint rinse yet .. will review product when I have .

Honestly im at school. 2 hours before a supper with a headmaster i dyed my hair. 4 girls that had never dyed hair before were doing this, and it turned out amazing. Even if i did spill some on the floor. Extremely satisfied!!!

They say the third time is the charm, and it sure was the charm! I tried the custom color set twice and asked for color adjustments both times. I messaged my colorist and included pictures of my results each time. I just used the custom color set for the third time and they Nailed it!! I am so happy with my color and I am so glad I stuck with eSalon to make my adjustments and help me find my perfect color. Each time I’ve used the set I’ve become more comfortable with the process and now coloring my hair doesn’t seem so daunting of a task. I am very pleased with my results. Thank you eSalon!

I was skeptical about purchasing hair color online but I am amazed by how my colorist Mindy was able to match the color to what I was looking for. I was also pleasantly surprised that I didn't get the usual breakage following a color treatment on my thin/fine hair. Instructions were easy to follow and although I did not receive the color application brush it was still easy to apply using the bottle technique.

Got my kit yesterday and loved everything about it.
Love the package, love the poem inside and the love and care put in it. Applied today and love the colour and how it makes my hair shiny.
I just feel that it doesn’t cover the greys. I applied a lot on top of my head, kept it on for the time advised and it didn’t cover my greys at all.
I am willing to give it another try though because the colour is really nice and the shampoo and conditioning that came with it are very good too.
I will give it a 5 star with 1 suggestions and 1 warning to canadian customers.
Suggestion: something to cover the greys easily
Warning: it took a little over 2 weeks to arrive in Ontario. So, if you are buying in Canada, be patient. The colour may worth your while.

I was a little nervous at first but I must say I am so happy I made the purchase. The color is exactly like my original hair color and the kit included everything to make the whole process go so easily. I highly recommend ordering from Madison Reed!

I have to say I was very wary of doing this. I have had my hair professionally colored for many, many years. I was looking for an alternative to spending time in the salon and the cost. It took me 3 weeks to get up the courage to "do it myself". I must say my colorist was spot on with her recommendation and blending. Very happy I took the plunge and tried this.

After 3 previous tries (my trust issues rared it's ugly head), SUCCESS! I'm leery to color my hair often because coloring tends to damage my super sensitive curly hair.This demi color is perfect and as it fades I can already see where natural highlights are taking form. Me gusto por que no tardo en pintar mi cabello y quedo como yo lo quería y a pesar que yo me lavo mi cállelo todos los días todavía está en su color lo recomiendo mucho lounico que se tardo en llegar pero creo que fue por el proceso somos muchos los que compramos y hay que tener paciencia si lo compra por internet y no me quejo solo digo por que por el precio y por todo lo que trae no está mal.

What’s not to love? This colour is excellent.
The whole concept of eSalon is fantastic for long term home hair colourists like me.
These products genuinely are pro quality, they give great results, shiny, even, long lasting results that get complimented regularly.

Got my first colour and I’ve coloured my hair today I cannot believe the difference . My hair is transformed the roots and ends all blend together beautifully , I will never by a shop bought colour again . My hair looks as though a professional has coloured it . Fabulous products .

I was hesitant to sign up for anything w an auto delivery but I was shocked at 3 things. The color and conditioner were fabulous. Cancelling (due to thinking of letting my hair go grey) and then changing my order frequency was easy. Resarting my order was easy. I love this product and their customer service!

I've been an esalon customer for over 2 years and I totally recommend this product for people like me who don't have a ton of money to spend on hair. I'm Asian-american and I get the darkest brown and I'm always really happy how it turns out. It's very easy to apply and rinse out. I love that the package includes gloves and stain removers. Also, it's great to manage my own account easily on line, so I can customize my shipments. That's a really big plus for me.

Totally sceptical, after I’d coloured and my hair was wet, I’d already planned my complaining email!!! Once dry I am amazed. The colour is fantastic no greys at all no demarcation lines and my hair shines. Admittedly my hairdresser told me the colour to go for and I needed help with the back of my head but this stuff works!!!

Die genaue Abfrage vorher über meine Ursprungsfarbe , meine Wunschvorstellung oder einiges mehr , finde ich sehr genau u überzeugend . Mal sehen, wie lange die Haarfärbung so hält . Werde auf jeden Fall danach weiter bestellen .

First time using to cover new growth roots and gray. Matched perfectly!!! Next time I know to leave on a little longer on the heavier gray areas around my face. Overall very happy with the results. My daughter said it looked just like when I had it done at the salon!

It was a little more red than my natural, but it was pretty close! Hardly anyone even noticed I had colored it! The grays were gone for sure. I was very pleased.

I am very happy with the color. It is so easy to communicate with the colorist. Sending a picture is helpful. I have used it twice so far and my expectations have been fulfilled. I won't purchase anything but this color.

Habe meine haare mit einen mittelaschbraun gefärbt, meine haare hatten schon einen rotstich. Durch die färbung wurde es minimal abgeschwächt. Ich werde es aber, definitiv alle 2 bis 3 Monate mit der färbung weiter probieren meine Friseurin meinte rotstich aus den Haaren zu bekommen ist halt sehr schwer auch mit den Farben vom Friseur, da ich immer mit drogerie Farben gefärbt habe. Dennoch bin ich sehr zufrieden. Die anwendung ist,sehr leicht und danach hat man ein schönes haargefühl. Bin gespannt, ob ich meinen rotstich auf dauer mit dem mittelbraunaschton endlich weg bekomme.

Easy directions, all supplies enclosed, and the color turned out beautifully. The color has not faded and it’s been over a month since I did it. I love how esalon will send an email if they think you are going to dark and give their suggestion. Great company and I will continue to use them.

I only did my roots but the color came out exactly the way I wanted it to. It wasn't too dark, which tends to be my experience when I color my own hair. It covered my grays very well and lightened my dark roots. Basically, it did everything I wanted to achieve. I get compliments on my hair all the time now.
