Received everything needed to safely color my hair. Directions very easy to understand and follow. My color match was on point and blended in very well to my current hair color. No harsh smells and my hair was left very soft and natural in texture and density. Would Highly recommend.

You know you're never sure when you order anything on line, let alone hair color. This kit was great ! It came with everything and more you need to color your hair at home and the instructions were on point. If your hair salon isnt open due to the virus I would strongly suggest to give E Salon a try. You wont be sorry.

This is a great product, salon grade and very effective coverage. I have used HUE touch-up hair color from Alta and noticed after coloring some grays. With E-Salon hair color, no grays at all. Love that the color comes directly to the door. Covering roots every couple of weeks, it’s nice that I always have the color in hand and waiting for me rather than remembering to go to the store and picking it up. Highly recommend!!

I couldn’t wait to try eSalon’s custom color set. It was my second time coloring my own hair after using a different product the first time. Everything you need with easy instructions are included. My gray coverage isn’t what I expected but I will say that I’m not faulting eSalon.
I would saturate the hairline more and leave it on a little longer.
My hair feels great. The color is beautiful and the shine is wonderful!
I also ordered a kit for my elderly mother and did her hair today! All her gray is covered. She looks beautiful!

I LOVE the color. It was super easy to apply yet my grey's are pretty stubborn and are showing through already. I did let my colorist know and my next order, which is coming up soon, should take care of that.

I “just” wanted to color my hair the same color it has always been. I have never had any success with box or even salon coloring. Usually it takes about 4-6 washes to finally get the correct coloring.
I just did my hair today and it is beautiful and a perfect match! I am truly amazed. I have short hair, so in truth, I only used half of the product shipped. I will do another coloring in 6 weeks or so. I am so happy!

This product was a great experience. Step by step directions included were easy to follow. Color was as described and depicted. In the basic kit, I wish their had been hair clips provided in the kit, at least two. Thank you for such an amazing product!

I did mine and my daughters hair and the results were perfect!! I colored over highlights on my daughters hair which I was told at the salon would have to be done in “sessions”....products and packaging are professional and instructions were exact! Saved us hundreds of $$$ at the salon!

Product great i was really pleased with the colour, i went from blonde highlights so was nervous when i decided to colour my hair and go brown but esalon were great and added gold and copper tones so my hair would not go green! i would highly recommend especially if you are going for a complete change like me with blonde hair to brown

I can't believe how great the color was. I don't enjoy doing it myself but during these times, at least I don't have to look so terrible. The color match was amazing thanks to Jennifer really listening and getting it right and working from some photos..

I have never colored my hair myself (well, at least not since college and I'm now retired!) and I was scared to death to try this product. However, I am so glad I did. The color is fantastic, the videos show you exactly what to do and the product arrives on time. You will also get a chance to change your selection a week or so before your next shipment. I loved every bit of this product. From the box it comes in with your name on it. Personally sent for me. I chose a light brown color at first and talked to my stylest Jennifer and came up with a medium Golden brown. The smell of the product was so good. No ammonia smell at all. So easy to apply and well definitely buy this product again.

I didn't expect much for my trial attempt with e-salon's product. However I was very pleased!
The color is rich and professional and easy to use. Everything i need comes in the shipment.
Next time I've requested just a wee bit more of vibrant violet in the color, The phone colorists have all been great to work with and to modify per my requested preferences.
I give e-salon a 5 star!

I am very pleased with my first Custom Color Set. The color is exactly what I expected, It covered my grays well and has not dried my hair at all like store bought hair color. It smelled great, and the color has beautiful gold highlights when the light hits it. Best of all, it is a lot less expensive than the salon. The videos are very helpful. I plan to continue using e-salon.

I have never colored my hair myself and was so worried about the color match. I have dark brown hair and do not like the 'red' tone that comes through with some brown colors. This was actually a perfect match, no reds. My husband said the color was better match to my natural color than my expensive hair stylist! Thank you!

Nothing ruins my day more than a “bad hair day” so you can only imagine how I felt after 9 weeks. I tried box color for the first time ever and won’t be doing that again. My eSalon color came, I am so happy! I can’t stop looking in the mirror! My hair looks great, I have told everyone and did a drive by to show it to my cousin. She will be your next customer!

Es ist sehr hübsch aufbereitet und vor allem auf meine individuellen Wünsche hin zubereitet. Ich kann es jederzeit ändern. Und ich finde, die Materialien haben eine hohe Qualität, vor allem hält die Farbe sehr gut und sie hat einen Glanz, die Haare sehen wieder sehr gesund aus.

I was a bit concerned on what I might look like and what it would do to my hair and how it would match. I LOVE IT!!!! The color covers my grey and my darker roots really great. The color is just what I wanted, and it doesn't bring out my reds when I wash it. It makes me look like I have expensive low lights. Very natural looking. My hair is soft and easy to manage. I colored my hair mid February. The color was much darker than I usually would buy at Walmart and I was nervous about it. I have received so many compliments on the hair color and it is now mid May and I do not have any roots, except my grays. The color was an exact perfect match to my natural color. I don't think I've worn my hair this color since my teenage years and I love it.

I just have to say I was a little skeptical about the whole DIY hair color as I have had many fails in the past, but, your product went above and beyond my expectations!! As a novice to coloring my own hair I approached this with trepidation . Certainly I’ve been paying someone to do it for me because it’s difficult and a professional was needed. Don’t risk it: it’s too important. Boy was I surprised! It was so easy and turned out every bit as good as my professional. The virus pushed me to try and I’m so glad I did!

I have been going grey for ages. I have tried all sorts of hair dye (supermarket / hair salon). It's been a long time since I was really happy with the results.
I too the plunge and tried esalon. It was the best hair dye I have ever used. People in work asked if I had been to a salon (despite Covid lockdown). Was chuffed to say it was a home dye).

I tried the other widely advertised mail-order home coloring system and then eSalon. eSalon is so much better than the other. The color was better matched to what works for me, it colored my grey, and my hair feels healthy and feels like it will last longer.

This was my first time coloring my hair at home. I've been getting professional salon coloring for almost 20 years. I went from colored blonde bayalage to a chocolate brown and I love it! Instructions were easy to follow and it colored over the blonde. Only 4 stars bc my few strands of gray are still showing even though I followed the suggestions on the site on how to color. But even with that, I'm definitely going to be ordering again, way cheaper and a lot less time then I spend at a salon!

I searched for salon quality hair color since I'm allergic to box color. I came across eSalon and thought, "why not?" I am so happy I did. I chose my custom color and uploaded a pic of how my hair looked at the time of the order. My stylist thought the color I chose was too dark and shipped what she thought was best for me. I am so happy she changed the color because the one she chose for me is perfect. Everything came in the kit that I needed including the one time shampoo and conditioner. I'm ecstatic my grays are now gone and the color looks amazing! I'll definitely be ordering again and telling all my friends about it as well.
