I questioned the appearance of the new formula when I combined the color with the developer. It was much thicker and gray in color. I was assured by customer service that it was not a mistake. My hair color looks great as always, it rinsed out and washed better than the original formula. I’m very happy with the change. Love eSalon.

I've been using eSalon for several years now and today, I opened my kit and found a wonderful surprise! The (new?) formula was soooo thick and creamy! I LOVED IT! It clung to my hair, no dripping and it was so easy to wash out afterward. In fact, my hair felt so soft and amazing when I rinsed it out that I almost hated to shampoo it. But, I was too excited about using the free sample of Caviar shampoo and conditioner... which was the cherry on top!
I don't know what you did to the formula, but I am so grateful. It was honestly so much easier and I didn't get a DROP anywhere. My hair feels so great right now! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Ich liebe es. Ich habe dieses Produkt zum ersten Mal gekauft, und ich muss sagen, dass die Ergebnisse sehr gut waren. Ich würde gern ein anderes Mal kaufen, und bei meinem ersten Kauf habe ich sogar extra Farbe für die Haare in der Länge bekommen.

Really pleased with how my hair turned out as it was the first time for me to colour my roots. The instructions were easy to follow and I appreciated all the information given. The only reason I’m not ordering again at the moment is that my hair stylist is returning to work but rest assured I will definitely order again if needs be. The team had added a bit of extra grey coverage because I have been shielding and spent 4 months in my room and working from home; I was so grey I was really concerned but wow the difference and shine I have now is brilliant. I will be able to use my camera during the conference calls! Well done and thanks a million.

I asked the stylist to make my color a little darker and I can't be happier!!! It has the right darkness and a perfect shade of red and copper. So glad I took the risk to go a little darker.

Just used the new and improved hair color. The product was thicker and easy to apply. What I loved about it was it didn’t run all over my face! Also the sample shampoo was luxurious. It lathered so much for the amount used. I will be purchasing this product!

The step by step directions were easy to follow and I loved that I could attach them to the bathroom mirror! The skin barrier and cleaner were a great bonus I wasn’t expecting...no ugly

This was the nicest color I ever had. It lasted so long. Did not wash out like the color I got at the salon. I will stay with it. The condition of my hair is very nice now. It was so easy applying the color. I just followed your directions. I was so surprise to see how they matched my own without even seeing me. Thanks to all of you I am truly happy with my hair now. It took one more thing of of my mind with everything else going on.

Can’t say enough good things about my first experience with ESalon! I usually get my hair colored at the salon but had recently tried coloring my hair at home with another product, which turned my ash brown hair red. My ESalon colorist came up with a great soft medium brown color with ash tones that not only fixed the red, but gave great gray coverage and shine. I love that they listen to what your hair color needs are and review photos to come up with your perfect color. Have recommended to my family and friends. Great experience!

The color is gorgeous! Getting more compliments on my eSalon color than my $150+ stylist color before Covid days. My hair feels more healthy, I go longer between washes and it has covered my grey for 6 weeks! I will stick with this color for as long as my daughter feels like doing my hair!

My hair color as a younger person was almost black. As I've aged, I still only have some gray but not all over--just in streaks. I have been coloring my hair for several years (a very dark brown) and due to the COVID lockdown here, my salon was closed. I decided to try eSalon and am so happy I did. Without sending them a picture, they matched my color perfectly. Not sure how they did it, but it looks like me!
Also, the kit is so well done with instructions and all the necessary items included. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to try coloring their own hair.

This is the most awesome product you'll ever find it covers my gray totally you'll never find this color in a box I've tried them all so I know and I doubt you can even find it in a salon I'm giving a big shout-out to Sylvia because she did a really great job It was well worth every penny thank you

I haven't colored my own hair for years, and I was nervous going from salon color and highlights to at home color. With the individualized directions for the color I wanted and the two blends, it turned out beautiful. I get tons of compliments. I'm going to stick with esalon from now on. It's awesome!
I did realize I needed to have 6 sections of hair because my hair is thicker. My grays covered much better and my roots stayed away longer after my second try using 6 sections of hair.

Love the color chosen for me to help cover my grey growth. I was like, well it cannot look worse than what I have now so let’s do this! I was very pleased with the color, and it blended very well with the rest of my hair. Oh I had about 4 inches of new growth and it’s holding the color too. I’m on week three and color still looks good.

The colour was perfect! Instructions were clear and left my hair evenly coloured and shiny. My hair was rather dry afterward, so I’d suggest using a good moisturizing/repairing shampoo and condition for a few weeks following your colour treatment (not the stuff from esalon though). Love my colour and will definitely use e-salon again.

I was extremely nervous about doing my own color for the first time. However, with the salons being closed, I was not willing to let my hair care slip. A salon has been great, the product is easy to apply for a beginner, had great coverage, and I will not be going back to my regular salon even when quarantine is lifted. Other than the highlighting kit being out of stock, everything has arrived quickly. Thank you eSalon!!

After trying so MANY different kinds of brands of hair dyes to cover my grays and finding that your products work..... I cannot express how happy I am. Even with the little amount of conditioner you sent, it was surprisingly enough to soften my hair. Also, I LOVE that wipe- it wipes dye cleanly and completely! Thank you sooooo much! This was the first tune trying this home colour and I'm so glad I did because the coverage for Greys is fantastic. Also my hair has a lot of natural warmth in it which I hate but as I choose a colour with more Ash in it this has made such a difference. I will certainly be buying it again and recommending it to others.

Color was perfectly matched to my hair. I had a tweek made for the summer to give it more pop and it was even better. Colorists are very responsive and experienced. I have gray hair that holds the red perfectly with the blend I received. Packaging is very user friendly for anyone with no experience coloring on their own.
