I adjusted my color formula just before my last shipment. When I called in to change the color it was super easy to speak with a colorist, explain what I wanted to achieve and she adjusted the color. I just applied the new color yesterday and it's perfect, it's exactly the color/shade I wanted to achieve and the shine is fabulous!
I've been using eSalon since 2015 and I've loved my color through several shade tweaks. The new "cream" formulation is so much easier to work with, so easy in fact, I was able to apply the color significantly faster and still achieve excellent grey coverage and final results are amazing.

I've used this service in the past, many years ago now. The addition of shampoo and conditioner were fantastic. It's interesting that my hair is growing in with a lighter color and not white or grey though there are some grey. I'm taking a Folexin daily so that probably accounts for that.

I was pleased with my first color kit. The color was easy to apply and the instructions were easy to follow. I loved the classic conditioner, it made my hair soft, smooth, and shiny. I will definitely order again.

I will always use and recommend this colouring product. It's personalisation means a lot to me. The colour is never flat. It's multi layered and toned. I love it! It leaves my hair in better condition than it was before I coloured it.

Haven't had my hair colored since January in a salon.Purchased e salon in July and finally in August I colored my hair myself for the first time.The instructions were very helpful and the color came out perfect.Thank you Genevieve for your help in putting together the color for me.I will recommend the product to anyone.

This is my second purchase and I have to say esalon have been fantastic. I contacted them to adjust my colour as the first try did not come out very even due to colour build up. They listened and adjusted colour and it is perfect and even. It coloured greys really well (even though I did miss a few) Thanks esalon xxx

The first kit i recieved was okay but needed tweaking. I told my personal colorist and she did my 2nd kit with a few changes. I did my color last night and I am extremely satisified. Its so great to color my hair and not have to worry if the color is going to be all wrong. Im extremely satisfied. Thank you.

I can’t believe I’ve been paying so much all these years to have my hair professionally colored. When my salon closed because of coronavirus, I found myself left with 3 inch dark roots and crispy highlighted ends. I took the Esalon quiz and my color arrived right away. The directions were really easy to follow and the results are amazing. My colorist sent me a color to blend the two colors I had in my hair and it did just that. My hair is soft and shiny and feels amazing. I will be doing my own hair from now on. The results are great and the amount of money I’m saving is amazing! Thank you, Esalon!

This is the best hair colour I’ve ever used. It perfectly covered my greys and there’s plenty in both bottles for my long hair. I absolutely love the result and I’ll never go back to box dye

The color really fixed any yellow- orange color and faded discolor shades. The base matches exactly my color and brings shine and softeners to my hair.

This is the first hair color I’ve ever used or had done at salon that feels really nice and soft afterwards,the look is so natural looking and I just love the grey coverage, it’s by far a super product if you want to keep grey Away.

I have never colored my hair myself before. I had full highlights in my hair that had become very blonde over time. Due to the virus, I did not want to go to a salon and decided to try Esalon due to its ratings with Allure magazine They sent me, based on my photo, two separate bottles of color, one was for my roots and one was for where my highlights started. My hair has turned out great! I can’t believe it is all the same color roots to tip. It was easy to use and I highly recommend this product!

I recently received my hair color kit from eSalon. First of all I have to say I absolutely love the packaging and the personalized products. I also love the fact that I have everything I need in one box which makes the process so easy. I was nervous about coloring my roots but I took my time. In the end I am thrilled with my results. I had never coloured my own hair prior to covid lockdown, and was super hesitant to try but consider me a convert. Fantastic products and services, very adjustable. Great customer service . My one criticism would be shipping... takes a while but I’m assuming that’s more covid and postal service than esalon. Thank you for a great product

I was very happy with the color! It looks so natural and so close to my original color when I was younger. I am outdoors working in yard and swimming in the summer so I could have gone a shade darker, maybe? Looking forward to my next shipment. Will not hesitate to advise others of this. Price is reasonable. Saving the cost of going to a salon and getting it done.

I'll be coloring my hair myself at home from now on. Why pay $150 or more at the salon and sit there for 2 hours when I can get it done from the comfort (and safety) of my home?

First time doing my hair and eSalon made it easy. It was recommended to me by my niece. I was really nervous but it is so easy to use. Color went on fast (I have very long and thick hair) and I had no problems. Well be doing it again.

I have always had my hair colored by a local salon. Although my hair dresser is a friend, it is still expensive and I had always thought about trying to color myself. Covid-19 hit and the salon went on a temporary close down. I saw an ad for esalon and thought this must be the time to give it a try.
I am 100% satisfied with this company’s products and professional detail! The Custom Color Set to color my grays was a great match to blend in with the color of my hair!
Their packaging and instructions are amazing as well, all the way down to the cute little sticker to hang the instructions on your mirror!
My only negative which is incredibly minor, is they send a box that says there are two pair of gloves in it, and my last two orders only had one pair in them.
If you are looking to color your hair yourself, I highly recommend this company!!

I am so happy with the color. My colorist tweaked the formula twice and it is gorgeous. I get so many compliments with people assuming I have ventured back into the salon. Love this. And now I can afford to color more often as I really always needed to but had wait it out. So glad I found you!!!

I haven't colored my hair in many years but decided I didn't want to go to a salon during COVID19 and have heard the Madison Reed commercials for some time. So I decided to order. Today (7/31) I tried it - so easy and the color is perfect. My hairdress just lost a color client...but unless you can send me a home haircut in a bottle, I'll stick with her for cuts

The colour can be changed each time depending on mood and season. Esalon send an email stating when they are about to mix your colour and you can message the colourist directly.
Easy to mix and apply with esalons mixing bowl and brush.
Makes my hair feel beautiful with long lasting fabulous colour.

I absolutely love the my custom color. It just about matched the same color I had in my younger years. I was born with red hair and had it up thru my 50's but now with age more and more white was appearing. This is the first time I've colored or had my hair done by a pro that I haven't came out looking more orange than red. More importantly, my husband loves it too.

The custom color is pretty amazing. I had tried every concoction available to cover grey/white roots during this social distancing era- they were a bust, especially bad optics on video conferencing. The eSalon custom color got the job done. Very natural appearance and brought back shine to my hair. My first use was too light as I didnt leave the product on long enough ( read the instructions!)

I am very pleased with the color my colorist, Sarah, suggested. My hair is fairly long and thick and so I was a bit panicky when the bottle was empty and I still needed color for my ends🥴Which in places are a bit lighter after process. I thought this was to be an all over color but seemed to appear more of a root touch up? Anyway, pleased to have it looking gray less and not washed out in color anymore👍🏼

My hair color is a rich mahogany copper with brunette. I’m naturally a brunette but adding this color made it look fabulous. I’ve gotten a ton of compliments on it. I will probably keep getting this color.

Your color kit transformed my hair - I've been coloring ( or touching up roots) of my long hair for nearly 35 years, and have gone to great lengths to protect my hair. But I've never used a color that did Exactly what it promised- color match and gentle on hair.
Don't go anywhere cause I'm gonna need y'all for several more years, lol!

I loved the fact that e salon reviewed my photo and encouraged me to tweak my request- I went with the recommendation and it was a great result. Also when I felt my grey coverage could be stronger- they again revised my formula and it was super. Very happy with the e salon quality, service, and convenience!!
