Perfect color. Next I think I need to adjust the ENDS to the higher volume color/darker color and the roots to the lighter color? Maybe? My ends are still quite light and the goal is to have one all over color.

Been coloring my hair for more years than I care to think about! Started going white in my early thirties and have not stopped coloring it since. I was tired of paying huge amounts of money at the salon as well as doing it myself at home because it just seemed to fade so quickly and really very brassy looking.

I couldn't be happier with the products I receive from esalon. Not only is the personalized packaging impressive, the color products are fantastic. I have never been happy with coloring at home using the other brand name products and believe me, I've tried them all. I always regretted that I didn't go to a salon but not anymore. esalon is THE BEST!

the colour was absolutely gorgeous and I really loved the root emulsion application process, it was very easy and quick to do considering I have long, thick hair. the customized kit it came in was very cute as well, can't wait to get my next box!

After many years of professional color, I think my hair looks better than ever. The color is perfect and my hair is very shiny. Everything I needed was in the package and the instructions and video were very helpful. This is a great, safe alternative to going to a salon, and at a very reasonable price. You are the best.

Easy mixing, application, instructions. First time dying my hair with permanent color at home and it was so straight forward and worked really well. The color didn’t burn or sting or irritate my scalp or face at all. The stain remover did a perfect job at removing unwanted hair color from my face and neck.

Okay seriously this is legit!!!! I was sooo nervous to do this myself. I have strawberry blonde hair naturally and had it dyed medium brown two months ago. I had growth starting to show and heard about esalon so I answered a few questions and got amazing kit/instructions mailed to me. I was afraid that my grow out wouldn’t match the rest of my hair but it’s absolutely perfect! And honestly, can I just say my hair is the softest and shiniest it’s been in sooo long!? I will definitely be continuing to dye my hair with esalon!

I loved everything about my esalon experience. From ordering to my positively gorgeous color. And even after my first color when I requested a little more gray coverage, bam they did it. I love the fact that colour is mixed for you and its not just flat colours. The mix is thick so doesn't run. The colour lasts till my next colour comes

I have tried store bought colors, professional salon colors, but always felt short of the desired shade, I must say that the final results I have obtained with eSalon colors are nothing but outstanding, everybody likes my color, but most important, I love my new color and I love how easy and inexpensive it is! I have changed my shade several times and have even done highlights, every time the results were perfect. Kudos to my personal colorist!

my hair is quite dark and thick. I really just want to be lighter than a dull dark brown. I chose my colour and to my surprise it had actually taken really well despite me previously colouring it.
I received one bottle for my roots and another bottle for my ends. It really has worked beautifully you can clearly see all the colours from the colour chart of the dye in my hair. I have asked people what they think and they name the colours that are deep within. I really like my hair colour.
The packaging was personalised with little touches such as my name and the date I bought it etc I thought was really great. The instructions were very easy to follow. 10/10 for this.

The product came promptly. Instructions were super easy and with their first order they even give you some free stuff which I thought was cool. Once my hair was completed the color was beautiful it was something that I have been trying to achieve with box dyes for forever and couldn't. There was no breakage and I have very curly coarse hair. My hair felt shiny and soft. I am now waiting for my second order which I am very excited about because these fantastic colorists mixed up a lovely little potion for my hair to achieve something just a smidgen lighter so I am very excited! I'm definitely sticking with eSalon.

My previous color purchase turned out to be not quite right. It was my natural color but I found it to be a little flat, I changed my profile and now I have the perfect color. It is the same color but, I added a warmer tone. I can't be more pleased.

I have had light golden blonde and most recently strawberry blonde that came out beautiful. The color is Spot on what I wanted. I have curly hair and it came out soft and shiny. I’m very pleased with salon and will continue to use their color.

I started using this product two colorings ago. Love how natural my hair looks. The first time I think it was a tad to light. I sent a message to my colorist and she redid the formula. Love the end product. Again very natural looking and perfect. Not to light and not to dark!!! I have had so many compliments on the color. Wish I had made the switch sooner. And the main reason I had switch was that my grey would not stay covered. I don’t have the issue any more. I look so much younger too.

Wanted to go slightly lighter and warmer this time yet still cover all the grey . Left message on my order, stylist made note, mixed different ratios and l wasn't disappointed. Have had many compliments on how my hair looks shiny, rich and healthy ...... the new shade suits my colouring.

I have to admit I was skeptical with the colour, however that soon disappeared when I dried my hair and received some amazing comments on the colour.

I am on a limited budget so paying over a hundred dollars to have my hair colored was not an option. eSalons product is exceptional! A step by step illustration that you attach (a sticker is included) on a mirror makes the application so much easier. Best yet is the color and the fact that my hair feels so soft and healthy. Very happy with my custom color. I had a mixed bag of hair problems. Lots of gray around the frame of my face and dark brown roots in the back, semi-orange brown hair mid length because I had previously tried to highlight my hair on my own which turned out bad and then blonde blonde ends from previous professional highlights. I was worried about trying to go all brown and ending up with different results. The eSalon expert formulated two dyes for me. A darker one for my roots and lighter brown for my ends and my hair came out perfect. Beautiful rich brown even color all over and looks very natural. It has also lasted and stayed that color for 4 weeks so far. My gray roots are just now starting to grow out, so will definitely be ordering again to touch up root in next week or 2. IMO esalon not only has good color product and color matching, their customer svc is fantastic. I had a small issue w my color & Carmen was right on top of it. She was in constant contact with me via email to ensure I was satisfied...and I was very pleased w the service.
Additionally, I really like the packaging of the items as well as how they notify you before your shipment to see if you need to make any adjustments to your color. I can't say enough how professional and customer friendly they have been since my first order. I've experienced poor CS during COVID with attitudes of "oh well" let's blame COVID - so NOT the experience with esalon. I highly recommend them.

I'm incredibly happy with the assistance I received from my color specialist. My original color gave hints of red that I didn't love with my skin tone and my request to the eSalon colorist was for deep golden brown tones to correct my original selected color. I also wanted full gray coverage which I was unable to achieve. The new color kit received delivered my exact specifications and I couldn't be happier. Wonderful customer care and easy communication.

I've been pleasantly surprised at how well the color sent to me matches my stylist's professional color. I still need help applying it. It's hard to do the back of your head but my husband helps. They send more than enough gloves and accessories and I can't wait for my highlight kit coming in the next delivery. Very worth the price.
